I have always gotten excellent service at Adore. Helen is a thoughtful, client needs driven nail tech with great attention to detail. She did great work when I messed up my nails and needed them repaired. Jen and Keri have been my hairstylists, and know exactly what is best for my hair and take the time to answer any questions I have or help me style my own hair (I don’t have eyes in the back of my head, you know). Bri does my daughter’s hair and she’s looooves it every time she does it! Even flys in from out of town because she won’t let anyone else touch it! All the girls are so amazing and it’s such a fun and family oriented place! Highly recommend!! Years of experience in one salon, never lets me doubt I’ll walk out feeling amazing!!!

Helen & Jenn are phenomenal! I have had my nails done by Helen for several years now and she has yet to not make them perfect! Jenn is a pro at making hair gorgeous and does so everytime! Not to mention Kayla at the front desk ALWAYS makes you feel welcome! Excellent service + a beautiful ambiance = an extremely satisfied client! :P

🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍 I had a bit of an emergency. I decided to do a big chop and went to a barber but he only cut the underside I think he was a little scared to do the top and have me panic. He was awesome so if you need a barber go to handsome fellows and see Julio but he recommended two stylists at Adore one was Erin and I had already looked into Adore since someone else had recommended another stylist there. I had a birthday party to go to and I decided to go to Erin and luckily she was able to get me in the next morning. I love love love my short cut and she took the time to show me how to style it. I have lived here for 10 years and I have never found a stylist who really perfected her work. I want someone who is an artist and takes pride in their work. She is the one. It took a long time but I'm so glad I found her. I also have had Jenna do my cut and a bleach and fashion color and it was amazing!! I really love this salon and I have two people i trust to do my hair. Which is good because I can sometimes wait to book and then need a cut soon. Sometimes it's hard to get in with one do I can get in with the other. Everyone is so nice that I have interacted with and I always enjoy my monthly visit.

This is the BEST salon & spa in Louisville!!! The service is exceptional! This is the place to go to get Adored and pampered. I have had my hair styled, my nails polished and a beautiful spray on tan and there is NOTHING not to love about this place of business and the owners! I have been getting Adored at Adore since the day they opened their doors and I look forward to each appointment I have there. The staff is great, they love what they do and want you to feel like you are special, and each time I have been there I have left feeling just that. This is a wonderful Salon and Spa!!!!! I just randomly came across this salon after moving to Louisville and it couldn't have worked out better. The atmosphere is fun, from the moment you walk in the door and they offer you water or sangria to the time you leave and everyone in the salon is making you feel like a supermodel. The staff at Adore Salon and Spa are kind, honest, friendly, and outgoing. They truly pamper you. I can't say enough about the staff. They are like a big family and make you feel like a part of it too. The girls are very talented and the prices are great! I would recommend this salon to anyone! O and did I mention they do much more than just hair?!?!?! It's a one stop shop for hair, nails, waxing, and sooooo much more.

Brittany Milburn is my new hair therapist!!! I have not trusted anyone to cut my hair, other than my German friend/master cosmetologist, since 2011. My first experience with Brittany was about 5-6 weeks ago. She listened to what I wanted and where I wanted my hair journey to take me. She was very attentive and precise in the detail and care she took to create exactly what I vocalized. She has been honest about the time the transition would take to get my hair where I want it to be. She's a great conversationalist and professional. She is stylish and neat. I like this little salon and have recommended it to friends who have daughters that are too big for kid-cut type places and too young for pricier places like Z. Have stopped in a couple times for last minute haircuts with Shelby. She's very attentive and does a good job with my hair. This place, from the moment you walk through doors you are royality. My girl that cuts my hair Sabrina, was chosen for me just by asking if they had someone who could do funky short hair. And boy did they hit the nail on the head. I feel amazing. I went in with hair past my shoulder blades walked out with a shaved pixie. And it looks and feels amazing.

I love this salon! The women that work here are super friendly, professional, and educated. They are always on-time and thorough with each service (I get a haircut, eyebrow wax, facial, mani/pedi every other month). It's clean and well-decorated, and prices are fair. See Shelby for a great facial and Dawn for the most thorough mani/pedi I've ever had (this is not a rush job - it's 45 minutes per service and SO AMAZING)!
