First time getting a body scrub and it was my favorite part of my spa package. It was so relaxing and the smell of the watermelon scrub was pure love, I had to purchase the scrub. The facial was just as wonderful! My face felt hydrated and plump but firm, which is a hard task with my dry texture skin. 100% would recommend.

This was my second visit to Serenity, first with Ronesha. Love this spa! It is comfortable and welcoming. I had a 55-minute aromatherapy massage with hand and foot melt. Every minute was wonderful! Very much looking forward to my next visit! Don’t skip the hand and foot melt!

I have back problems and it is hard to find someone who can do a good deep tissue massage, especially for 85 minutes. Kasey did an excellent job! She listened to my medical issues, was very knowledgeable and did a GREAT job. She was able to breakup my knotted muscles and really helped with my nerve pain in my hips, thighs and legs. It was the best massage I've ever had and really helped relieve my pain. I highly recommend her and Serenity Spa.

I have not had a facial for a long time because that experience was not good. However Paden listened to my concerns and she did a great job explaining each step. The products smelled and felt amazing. She expertly and delicately applied each product. I highly recommend! I think I fell asleep I was so relaxed!

Massage by Richelle ~ very tentative to my needs and an amazing job ! Ever have a massage so amazing that by the time they get to your arms your jaw “pops” when arm is pulled a tad ? Yes - she is that good! Facial Paden ~ my face has NEVER felt so amazing ! My skin has not been this beautiful since I was 9 maybe? I am so happy and proud of my bare & fresh complexion now ! I walked out a new woman ! * I was greeted at the door with smiling faces and happy people ! The sweetheart that checked me and checked me out - Southern Charmer ! I thoroughly enjoyed my services today! I had an excellent massage with Ronesha (her neck massage was fire!) and a facial with Paden, who customized my facial to keep my sensitive skin happy. I was so relaxed that I kept falling asleep in both services. The spa is in an old house on Old Shelbyville Rd and is so charming. They coordinated my two services perfectly. It was well worth the splurge, beyond my expectations and I hope to come back soon!!

I had nano needling with Paden today. I’ve never had this done before and I was unsure what to expect. Would it hurt? Would there be any down time? Paden walked me throughout the entire process. I’m happy to say it didn’t hurt at all and was completely relaxing. The serum is doing wonders and I’ll be doing it again soon.

I LOVE Serenity Spa in Middletown. I've been a long time customer with Denise Willinger and her staff. They are excellent in taking care of their customers. My massage today was with Richelle for a 2d time - she's an amazing masseuse! Great hands - can always find knots I didn't know I had and work them out. Today she had to last minute make room changes - and she was kind, calm, and professional as she explained why it wouldn't be comfortable being in the 2d floor room with a temp of 85 degrees (outside was going into the 90s in Louisville!). I always come away feeling relaxed when I have a massage here! Come try the blue house in old Middletown - you'll love it too!

I received an anti aging facial from Poonam. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin and skincare. I felt completely at easy with her expertise. The facial was both relaxing and informative. She treated my problem areas and gave me a variety of suggestions on how to eliminate and handle future break outs due to hormonal changes. Friendly and professional environment. Just love this place and the staff. Best spa I've ever been too!

I started going a couple months before my wedding because my makeup artist suggested a facial as a way to help with some dryness I was experiencing and to help my makeup lay on my face better come wedding day. I had never had one and had always wanted to try. I did a Google search and found that the ratings here were great and the prices were reasonable. They have many treatment options in many price points to fit many budgets and needs. I was not disappointed. I have since been three times and am now considering becoming a monthly member come the new year and going on a regular basis. Britney and Poonam are amazing and are very happy to explain everything they are doing or allow you to just relax if that is what you prefer. They are also very good with product recommendations without being pushy about selling products which I think is awesome.

It was my first time getting a facial, eyelash lift, and eyebrow tint! Poonam did an incredible job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left feeling so pleased with my eyebrows and skin and eyelashes. I felt pretty and relaxed. It was a great experience and I was happy with the products that were recommended for my skin type. I loved every minute of my service here with Poonam! I had the most relaxing facial I have ever had and my skin feels amazing! Poonam recommenced great skin care products and provided samples. The products are very affordable. The service I received was the vitamin C facial and I can’t recommend this enough. I am sad we are moving out of the state otherwise I would go see her every 4 weeks! Serenity spa is just that, very serene!

Love this place!!! I have been a member for under a year. Had my first massage with Denise (aka the owner) today for a couples massage. Was absolutely the best massage I’ve had in 25 years. I have had my fair share of massage therapists in my lifetime. Every massage therapist I’ve had here has been wonderful! I definitely recommend them❤️

I also appreciate her tips for releasing tension on your own during the day, and her specific stretching suggestions. Antonia also did a fantastic job. I got a massage and facial. If you want less tension in your body, this is the place to go. I've had a tension headache and kept getting charlie horses in my neck. I have a high pain tolerance but as soon as that pain was removed during my massage, Lord have mercy, I almost cried out of joy. Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful service.

I've visited Serenity Spa twice in the last couple weeks for chronic hip pain. I had been to the doctor and tried pain reliever and muscle relaxers but it was a bandaid on a big problem. I was skeptical about Quantum touch healing and curious how it could help with physical pain. I was pleasantly surprised when I started feeling relief after my first session with Denise. She's extremely knowledgable about the body and the benefits of massage and healing energy. Even if you are not experiencing pain, the massage alone was awesome. I think my mom is hooked! She went with me for a massage for the first timeand will definitely be going back!

Highly recommend this Spa! The experience is delightful from the moment you enter. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Britany is the BEST! She genuinely cares about your skin's needs and will work with you to provide the best treatments possible. I recently tried the micro-needling facial (not at all scary like the name may imply), and it did wonders for my skin, including some large facial scars from a fairly recent accident. The treatment experience was exceptional, and Britany did an excellent job of explaining each step of the process and follow up steps. Put your face in her hands and feel like a million bucks!
