I have not finished my Legacy Bliss treatments but I really see improvement in my abdomen and arms. I looked forward to my weekly appointments. The technicians are very engaging and keep you informed while going through your treatment. Brya is my favorite even though all the technicians have been great.

I have wanted to get laser hair removal on my legs for several years. I saw this online and called to set up a free consultation and i was sold, they were so nice and answered all my questions the cost was reasonable. I had my first treatment on my legs more than 3 weeks ago, there was no down time, no pain, it was quick and easy. Since then i have only shaved one time, i am very pleased with my results so far and cant wait to try their other treatments. I am thrilled that after I have finished my treatments I will no longer have to worry about shaving before getting in pool, going boating, or just going out. Thanks LightRX!

I had an excellent experience going to Light Rx. I’ve had many laser treatments in the past, but Light Rx’s machines are more up to date. My 6 treatments have almost completely cleared my facial hair. All the girls there are very good.

Professional and friendly staff. There is feedback before and after each session about progress and post care. Results are different for everyone, but I can honestly say there ARE results if you consistently put in the work. Technically, yes you could put in the work without spending the money; however, if you are going to spend the money it will jump start and enhance the work you do put in.

I love they know my name even though I've only been there 2 times. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable, but I'm not ready to comment on procedures yet cause I'm not seeing any changes yet. But again I've only had 2 visits.

I am very pleased with my IPL photo facial services so far. I have had to cancel and reschedule my 1st appointment several times and they have always been so polite and accommodating to that. I even had to reschedule when I went in for my first appointment, because the forms I had to sign stated that I had to be completely out of the sun for a minimum of 4 weeks, which I didn’t know about and I had been to the beach 2 weeks prior. I spoke up about it before signing the forms and the technician was very polite and rescheduled me. When I finally got to get the first treatment I had a different technician, named Lizzie, who made me feel so comfortable and calm. I have an anxiety disorder so I was very nervous about the treatment and she must have observed my anxiety (even though I didn’t feel like I made it obvious) and she offered me a stress ball to squeeze during the procedure. That helped me a lot! Also, she was very gentle and slow and explained each and everything she was doing and what to expect. She was so wonderful! I have requested to have her do the next two treatments too. I highly recommend her to anyone who has anxiety like me! And lastly, I developed dark brown flakes over the areas that I have light tan sun spots, and I was warned that would happen and I have read about it as well, so I have immediate evidence that the treatments are working!!! Woohoo!

Most of the women are very friendly. However, once my services are complete, I will not be returning. Because of what they were sent, it took months to get the gel that you rub into your skin. When I finally got it, it was expiring and I was told to bring it back. It is also my understanding that that should be applied at the majority of my appointments. However, again they are constantly out - so it isn't applied as it should be. It took a couple of months to get one machine fixed. I think schedules have been messed up and not everything is handled correctly. The home office should be ashamed - after over 5 months, the toilet still does not work correctly, hardly flushes but always runs. I would rather go somewhere that looks like they want to make you feel better. Also, results here aren't that great.

The treatments are definitely working, and others can tell as well, because I have been complimented on weight loss by several people. The staff have a very good sells approach which I'm sure it's a part of the job. They rush things at you so fast that it's hard to understand what does what and how everything works. I know they try to promote the special that they offer new people, but I'm curious to see how the treatment that I was offered on Groupon works before I can see if I want to invest in any other Procedures. Also reading reviews help me also purchase offer.

I have had trouble getting appointments. I financed $1100.00 worth of treatments, however, if you aren’t receiving the treatment on time, you can lose what progress you have made. Which makes it useless. If I knew then what I know now, I would try a different facility. The girls are nice. But that really isn’t what I paid for. Also it is very difficult to get a live person on the phone. They send all calls to a call center. I talked to a lady named Deanndra and she was extremely rude . They canceled my appointment by text message and when I called to get it rescheduled, she put me a month out. Seems like a long time. So I wouldn’t go to this Lazer facility, there are a few others in Louisville that I hear are worth checking out. I will try to g we all of my treatment finished because it is costing me a lot of money. But I won’t go back when I’m done . Everyone was nice though.

The staff and atmosphere are AMAZING at this location! When I first went in to inquire about treatments that would be best for me, I was extremely nervous to show them my "problem" areas. They instantly made me feel comfortable from Day 1. They explained things every step of the way, what to expect, etc.. The wonderful staff that did my treatments were always professional, yet friendly and personable. I went in for my first Legacy treatment and the lady performing the treatment (Destiny) was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable and there was never an awkward silence or anything. She was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had about the Legacy treatment as well as other treatment options. If this is something you are looking for I would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! I treated the top of my feet, around the eyebrows, neck, and soon my back. I haven't completed all my treatments yet, I've only had 3 so far and the results are great. The people here are probably the nicest people you'll meet, very open and down to earth. They really care for you and want you to leave happy! It's worth the money and if you are wanting to do laser hair, this is the place to go.

Since I'm an African-American female I had many concerns about the laser possibly harming my skin, but the staff assured me that it was safe and I would have great results. LOVE LOVE LOVE my results so far. After just one visit I saw DRAMATIC results on my legs. There was 6 weeks between my first and second visit and I only had to shave twice!!! Premier Laser Spa is awesome!! Everyone I have encountered has been very reassuring and comfortable to talk to. The price is total worth it and I enjoy every time I go. I always feel comfortable going in for my treatment. The building was a little hard to find the first time but after going a few times now it's not a problem. Plus I'm getting great results and love watching the hair disappear more and more every time I go. They are always willing to work with you when you want something particular. Appointment times are easy to make and I have yet to have a problem where I had to cancel an appointment or had to leave work early to make an appointment.

I just had my 3rd visit and the results are great! My hairs are disappearing quickly and the treatments seem to be doing perfect. I applaud my technician, the very Beautiful Ashley Von Der Heid, who is so very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and sweet. She explains every procedure, and then gives advice to minimize any after affects. I feel really comfortable just being there with all the friendly staff in a relaxing yet professional environment. Louisville LightRX is fabulous! I have completed some Bliss treatments (permanent fat reduction) and have seen incredible results! I started Venus Legacy treatments (skin tightening) and had great results as well! Venus Legacy feels like you are sitting under the warm sun and to me is very relaxing. FYI-As part of most of the treatments, you will need to drink lots of water and exercise. Going in to LightRX also helps me stay on track with trying to be healthier.

I have had several treatments done for neck, arms and thighs therefore I have worked with everyone on their staff. Leslie, the clinic director and the techs Alexa, Kaitlyn and Lizzie have all been very friendly and professional. I love getting this done! I am SO happy with my results already. I am getting ready to get my 4th treatment and I am amazed at how well it works. In some places I am not even regrowing hair!! I have very dark hair and light skin. I am getting numerous areas done and so far have no complaints! The staff is awesome and friendly every time I am there! Some places are more tender than others, like a rubber band being flicked against my skin. My ankles are the most tender but the pain is short lived. Highly recommend!

The staff is timely and they send reminders of appointments which helps since they are usually 6-8 weeks appart. I got great results. But the best part is the staff, everyone has wonderful bedside manner. It can be pretty embarrassing showing off your hairy spots, but I never once felt uncomfortable.

I highly recommend!!! The staff are very professional and make you feel comfortable through the entire process. There are no surprises and they explain the full procedure and what to expect before they start. I can't believe the results after just one treatment! I am so EXCITED about no more shaving and no more embarassing and painful razor burn!!! The only regret I have is that I didn't go to Premier Laser Spa of Louisville much, much sooner!

Premier Laser Spa of Louisville is highly recommended by me for anyone who is looking for hair removal. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about laser hair removal. Background: I did a lot of research prior to starting my laser hair removal on my legs. A friend who had worked in the industry a few years ago gave me one piece of advice: Don't go anywhere that offers a Groupon. First, I went to a different business and they wanted $5,000 for 1/2 of my legs- basically below the knees. That was way too much to still have to shave. Then I went to LightRX. I was able to get a package for my entire legs for a much more reasonable amount! Now I am over halfway through my package and am THRILLED with the results. I have dark, coarse hair so I was the ideal candidate. At this point I feel as though I have already gotten my money's worth, and I still have a ways to go. I only shave once or twice a week, and the hair that I do have is very fine now. Does it hurt? Yes. It IS totally manageable (AND WORTH IT) but some parts of the leg (ankle, shin, knee) are worse than others. Feels like a hot rubber band. Thankfully it is only for a split second. And again, worth it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean. If you are considering laser hair removal, I would recommend setting up a consultation to see if you are a candidate.

I tried Laser Treatments from a company while in Utah, and they told me that it would be no problems getting my arms done. After 3 treatments, I noticed absolutely no difference in my arm fuzz. So, naturally, I was skeptical when my husband encouraged me to try Premier. During my consultation, I asked about my fuzzy arms. I was immediately told that they would NOT treat my arms, because the hair was too light! It was this honesty that convinced me to try laser on my legs and underarms. And, am I ever glad I did! First, I must rave about Ashley! She is a total professional. When I flinched during my treatments, she always asked me if I was ok, or if I needed a break. She explained what she was doing, and what I could expect. After my experience with the other company, I was, again, skeptical. However, I will never doubt Ashley or Premier again! Within 1 week, I noticed a difference. After 3 weeks, the difference was significant, and after 5 weeks, pretty amazing. I just had my second session, and can't wait to see the results.
