Blue Halo is the only place I trust with any spa services. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they listen to your concerns and set you on the right path for desired results with no high pressure sales (unlike many other places I have visited throughout the years) but, have not been to any other med spa in over 5yrs....... Kathrine and Courtney are masters of their craft, I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. Quality is OUTSTANDING and prices are reasonable. Very highly recommended!!!

I went for a prenatal massage, it was fantastic! The masseuse was wonderful and checked in quite a bit to ensure I was comfortable. The only downside was hearing a lady talk through the walls during almost the entire massage which interrupted my relaxation but not the fault of the masseuse! I prefer a quiet environment.

I don't have a lot to compare it to, since this was my first Dysport experience, but I also don't have any complaints. I will say this though; Dr. C did my injections and he was wonderful! His body language and knowledge exude confidence, without even knowing his well versed background and medical experience. I think I was in the chair for a total of maybe 9 minutes, start to finish and then I was back on my way, resuming my busy life. Results exceeded expectations! I will definitely be back for more Dysport treatments.

The physical massage was AMAZING - However, I had never had such a cold massage therapist before. She never asked me my name or really looked at me and welcomed me. The second she finished the massage, I mean the very split second it was done, she said okay ill step out and give you a few minutes to get dressed. There was no second for me to slowly come back to reality. I don't know her name but she was terribly cold and seemed angry at me for just coming to get a massage.

Just had the best facial of my life from Emily! I’ve never had a bad facial from Emily but this one was on a whole extra level. I travel a lot for work and anytime I’m in town I look forward to visiting Blue Halo for a little self care! Just visited the Shelbyville Road location for the first time since it opened about a year ago and it did not disappoint. All the amenities of the Old Bardstown Road location with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, and a little Dysport in my forehead. Pam did my Dysport injections. I had a few questions/concerns about how my body reacted to prior injections from other providers. Pam was able to explain why I was creating a wrinkle that I didn't have previously, and she was able to inject a little differently so the wrinkle is barely there now! They also have a nice selection of medical grad skincare products available. Always love a visit to Blue Halo, don’t miss out go book an appointment now!

When you walk into Blue Halo Med Spa they treat you like a queen and make you feel instantly relaxed. Nikki at the front desk is super professional and knows what she's talking about. My technician was Katherine and I would highly recommend a different approach. I was looking for somewhere to get a massage closer to home than Z’s salon. My mother pointed me at this place. I’ve had four massages. Just got back from the 4th. Exquisite! Fully relaxed! A slight issue probably caused by Corvus -19 is they take you straight to the room and you have to get de-robes there. That’s finally changed. A locker is provided and you can use the bathroom and shower. On my appointment day I come straight from work so I’m dirty and sweaty. It’s nice to wash all thr away before my service. A+ experience!

The spa itself is beautifully decorated/designed and they offer snacks & water/coffee/soda while you wait for your appointment. Courtney was very thorough throughout the entire procedure. I had heard that Microblading could be painful, but I felt very little pain. She let me look at my brows several times through the process and asked for feedback on if I wanted any changes. It doesn't matter which technician you're with, massage or otherwise. I've personally had the perfect derma peel, microneedling, hydrafacial, and several massages and have never been dissapointed. I've also received dysport, and restylane filler by several of our injectors, and what they do truly is art.

When I arrived at the spa they did a great job of letting me know how their sauna functions, were very friendly and the spa is gorgeous. However, I’m giving 3 stars because the infrared saunas do not get above 133 to 135° F currently, and that was a huge bummer for me, personally. Not to mention I did not find this out until I was inside the sauna 30 minutes later, still waiting for the temperature to rise. That is something important that your guests need to be aware of *before* we are put in that situation, it’s a bit frustrating wondering why the temp isn’t rising and takes away from the relaxation. Some are trying to reach particular goals with using these types of facilities. I very much appreciate your staff working with me to help me reach my goal when I was disappointed about the experience. I would love to come back but I hope the saunas get fixed!

I get the hydrafacial *religiously* and it has really changed my skin. My tech is Cait and she’s amazing. She takes notes with each visit and documents what works on my face and what doesn’t. All of my hyperpigmentation is gone and I had mannnyyy dark spots due to years of acne. The Spa itself is beautiful and the staff are all very nice. It’s a full service Med spa so whatever you’re looking for, I’m sure they provide it. 10/10 highly recommend.

I found this place to be inviting, relaxing, and professional. I had a massage and it was good! Eve one was Venice and followed COVID protocol perfectly. The only thing I didn’t care for was that on Yelp, there is a discount if I checked in, for the first time clients, and I was told that I could t use it! No explanation of why. So, I was disappointed by that. Other than that. It’s a nice place, but I don’t know that I’ll go back, since they don’t follow thru with their discounts when offered.

I won’t be back They reached out to apologize and credited me back for the aftercare that I felt obligated to purchase. Getting into my 20s and having a hormonal change I was struggling with cystic acne. The technicians knew exactly how to help me. They gave me multiple samples of creams/masks, got me on a great skincare regimen and made me a VIP member which has helped tremendously with discounts/deals. I can confidently say that my skin has never been better and it is because of the staff and services at Blue Halo! I reccomend doing the dermaplaning and hydrafacial. As well as the daily power defense, instant pore refiner, and exfoliating polish from the Dr Zo Obagi skincare line they carry. Don't hesitate it IS worth it!
