It's been such a great experience so far coming to true jewel. I've been here for couple treatments such a vein removal. Nicole was great at explaining everything In detail as a professional she is. They are now offering new services such as Morpheus for skin tightening in which I'm looking forward to trying. As if right now my facials maintain my skin clean n clear, Vanesa takes care of my skin , she's very gentle with her touch n leaves my skin feeling great !. Honestly I recommend this place . Everyone is very attentive n snacks are great. Such a happy place, they also will accommodate you with booking appointments n reschedule if necessary with out charging a late fee if you call in advance.

I gave this medspa a try since I live in Culver City, it's new and so stunning inside. I had an appointment with Dr. Partovi who did my Botox and fillers, he made some great suggestions on preventative Botox in my forehead that I never thought about as well. I was going for a natural look, I'm so happy with my results and excited that I found my new cosmetic spot. They have garage parking as well! I highly recommend you give True Jewel a try.

What a wonderful, helpful team of people! I received top notch customer care, I felt very comfortable, was given in depth explanations of treatments and left very happy. Nichole PA was super sweet and actually listened to my concerns. I decided to go with the Morpheus 8 treatment, it was a little uncomfortable and I appreciated how she took her time and checked to see if I was okay numerous times. I came to True Jewel to have some micro needling done for bad acne scars that I have had for years and it has been a wonderful experience! I was getting these treatments done at another establishment but the price was about 4 times as much and the treatments had been painful. My experience here is that the price is significantly better and the staff and doctor has been so kind and patient with my concerns. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting, even offering snacks and drinks while you wait. I’m looking forward to continuing treatments here !

I have lived in the marina for 2 years now and have been searching for a med spa that is trustworthy and reliable. Finally I found true jewel from yelp and instagram. The location is about 1 minute off the 405 and easy to find. Parking wasn’t an issue at all as their is street parking and a garage. Its very clean and ultimately aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Nicole (my injector) actually saw me walking in and opened the door for me. I was treated with a warm welcome and then escorted into a private room where Nicole went over my ultimate desires and reason for visit. I felt like she actually took time to make a client/ nurse relationship and I didn’t feel rushed at all which has been the case at previous establishments I’ve been too. I felt very comfortable and will highly recommend them to any friend or family wanting a new med spa because let’s be real, their hard to come by.

I really like the treatment I got here , I have some acne scar and I tried the micro needling with the prp and it’s going well. Healing good. I came to true Jewel because I found it on Instagram, I’m a man and of course I didn’t care about fillers and stuff , but I tried Morpheus 8 for skin tightening it’s more natural in a way and I’m 58 now and god know I need a little help for my skin. The Physician Chaya recommended to start with 3 treatments , one each month and so far I did one . I heard it was a little painful but honestly I didn’t feel much. Laura from front desk was very attentive and numbed me for about an hour and they utilized the laughing gas while the treatment and honestly everything helped . My skin feels good so far , the healing was good too. The only thing was the drive for me was long because of traffic , but everything was wonderful! Everyone is so nice . Thank girls !

Update Today I had my first appointment for Morpheus 8. I was nervous because I heard it can be painful. Vanessa and Caroline both mentioned that they had both had the procedure done and told me about their experiences, which helped me feel less nervous. They used a strong numbing cream, they also said I can have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) while I had the procedure done. Chaya is the best, she made sure I was doing ok during the whole procedure. I can't wait to see my results!!!!
