PRP and Gainswave. This review is for the men. Nirvana Med Spa is not what I think of when I see the word spa, It is a medical clinic, no froufrou here. It's efficient and clean. Dr. Salman Hashmi is a real M.D. who graduated from a prestigious Medical School (yes I checked). The staff is always friendly and concerned with your comfort. Before starting my procedure, Dr. Hashmi and I set in his office to discuss my expectations and to lay-out a plan of action to maximize my results. He seemed very confident, however, after 10 years at 10% function I wasn't. Has it worked? In three weeks I was pointing at the ceiling! Of course, your results my vary. I'm a healthy male in my 60's, I'm planning to continue with treatments.

Dr. Salman Hashmi at Nirvana Med-Spa is incredible. I was very nervous about my PDO thread procedure, but his staff was so comforting, they answered all of my questions and they offered Pro-Nox to calm me. The procedure was almost painless. Dr. Hashmi explained everything as he was doing it and I absolutely love the service I received. It really is an instant non surgical face-lift and has me looking at least 15 years younger. He made me part of the whole process and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to regain some of their youth without surgery. I can't stop looking in the mirror!! I haven't seen myself this young in so long! I can't believe it. Thank you Dr Hashmi for giving me some of my confidence back. I am a Nirvana client for life.

Dr. Hashmi and his techs Carlos and Alelhi were amazing! I was nervous to do the procedure, but they calmed me down, and even worked with me drawing blood (which I despise). They hand drew my new hairline, hand pulled and placed my grafts. Anytime I felt pain they would work to eliminate it. They answered any questions I had by call or text in short amounts of time. If cost is something you fear, they have fair prices compared to larger and out state hair restoration places. Set up a free consultation in person or zoom, and he will honest with you! The procedure was also more affordable than Bosley's would be right here in Little Rock! Not having to travel for it is a huge plus as well.

You won't be disappointed.... Nirvana truly earns 5 stars! This is the place to go in the Little Rock and surrounding area for a "Best You" in 2019! They offer so many services, it's a one-stop shop. The facility is brand new, with a calming aura, brand new state of the art equipment, and most importantly Dr. Hashmi and Ann are perfectionist/artists. My experience was way beyond expectation, I don't ever give reviews but when I walked into the building it was more like an art museum/Spa and now I know why they named it Nirvana, walk in with your jaw clenched and float out on a cloud. Looking your best and feeling your best; perfect start to being the "Best You" in 2019.
