I went in for first time lip filler and Botox this past week and I had such a GREAT experience I have already recommended Ideal Image (Specifically Ravi) to a few of my friends! She did such an Amazing job and made the experience super simple! The results are AMAZING already and I can’t wait to go back for more!! The girls did great, and it seemed like the manager/supervisor was actually trying to turn that office around for the better. Hopefully she does, trying to get an appointment is ridiculous especially when they cancel three of your appointments and then expect you to not make those up. These girls tried to put in an extension of my contract for me so hopefully i am able to make those appointments up.

Today was great. The lady that did my services deserve Gold Stars. She was very informative. Helped me with any questions I had. Listened to my complaints about my previous experience there and all. Plus came up with solutions to help. I forgot her name but I need her next time as well.

It was really good, although the procedure did have some discomfort. I was nervous, but Sam put me right at ease and she offered me a stress ball and a distraction device, which helped a LOT ! She also talked to me all the way through so I always knew what was going on. She gave me a count, also, so that I knew exactly how much was left with each section as she worked. My after-effects are also exactly as she described them, so nothing has been a surprise. I have followed her advice exactly and it has been helpful in my recovery. I am looking forward to amazing results soon !

I've had nothing but great experiences being treated at Ideal Image. I've been treated by nurses, Sam and Shelly for LHR and Kristen for Lip Filler and Sam also did my Botox. I highly recommend Ideal Image for all of your aesthetic needs. All of the staff are great!

The service itself is amazing and when the nurses have availability they have the best customer service, but due to staffing issues and influx of customers, they constantly reschedule you, or have a waiting list to schedule you. This is a pay everything ahead of time service(payment plan or not) meaning you’re locked into this contract for this service until all appointments for the procedure are done- they give a lifetime guarantee. You can only get out of this contract if you have a medical condition or doctors note, so knowing this before you start the process might deter you from going with this company since they can barely schedule you. You are supposed to get the treatments a certain amount of time apart and due to rescheduling issues and waitlists this pushes the time between treatments further apart, possibly causing delayed results or not as good of results. Maybe go with a different company with guaranteed appointment slots, or only use this company in a bigger city with multiple locations. Otherwise this location needs more staff- and needs to work on retaining their staff.

Ravi did my lip fillers less than 48 hours ago and I am already so pleased with the results. She was very precise and gentle. She was knowledgeable about the product and gave great advice. I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend her to any first time filler customers, especially. I missed it, but she did call me and left a voicemail the next day to follow up if I had any questions or concerns. I had one experience with filler previously and the product didn’t give me the results I was Expecting, did not last, and I was in tremendous pain for a week with horrible swelling. This time swelling is already gone, they look so beautiful and I’ve had very little soreness! Thanks again Ravi!

I read a lot of reviews about how skilled she is before I scheduled my appointment, and I can attest they were all absolutely true. She is a perfectionist, and I am obsessed with the way my lips turned out. In addition to being a master in her trade, she is also extremely personable and made my experience better than I could have imagined. The Ladies at the front desk were also super sweet and welcoming! Overall great experience, and I will be back.

I love Ravi!! She is the best! She gave me some life changing advise when I saw her for my cool-sculpting treatment. I told her some symptoms I was having, she recommened I go get my hormone levels checked! I took her advise and she was so spot on right. I’ve been coming here for laser removal and the staff has been friendly and I have had really good results but trying to get an appointment is so difficult! I’ve been canceled on twice - the first time due to scheduling me when no staff was available to do it that day (?!) and the second time they scheduled me on Memorial Day, which is fine with me but apparently they are closed. Why the hell would you schedule someone on a day you’re closed? 🤣 so now the soonest available appointment is 6 weeks from the day I should have been scheduled, so I’m missing an entire treatment since they’re spaced 6 weeks apart. And it’s not my fault! It’s an absolute scam and I genuinely feel like this is done on purpose. For how much they rope you in to pay, it’s not worth it because of the scheduling. Get more staff and also staff that knows how to make an appointment.

I receive services from ideal image for two years now. I am not impressed with this company overall. It has many many times felt like I was on a used car lot with the sales approach that all of the managers have. I was told I could come back for touchups if the hair returned but they said nothing about it costing for me to come back for touchups. Made it sound like their services were guaranteed so if the hair came back, they would remedy it. That’s just one of many instances (one time my name was signed to a contract that I didn’t agree to). BUT! The workers who actually perform the service get five stars from me. Kara specifically turned my attitude around about my experience there. She is light and friendly and helped me prevent more pain from the service by telling me what no one had told me before. She was courteous and helped me get a deal for future services. I will be requesting her for future services. Also the front desk girls are typically not very helpful or knowledgeable… But now they are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!!!

I am over halfway done with lower body hair removal and I’m beyond happy with the results so far. I started it before with another company but the technology the used was not as advanced, causing a lot more pain. The staff are really knowledgeable and answer all my treatment questions. They also always look for a good deal! These treatments are not cheap and I would be shocked to find good quality treatment that is cheaper, but in starting my upper body contract, they sifted through all available deals to decrease the price and not exceed my monthly price limit! 10/10! Also, shouts out to Amber (there are two! I’m speaking of the younger, curvier one!). She does an amazing job! She ensures all areas under your contract are thoroughly treated, has great conversation, moves quickly and makes sure you’re not in too much pain!

After being transferred to log onto zoom, the rep wanted to see me face to face and she seemed very excited at first. Once I start asking questions, her attitude changed. I was quoted 1 price per unit but she inflated the price considerably. After asking more questions she finally said the price I was quoted is if I became a member? Why didn't she offer that to me? She went on to inflate to number of units to 70 when she said that It look like I only need 20 units. Stating that I can reserve the extra units for another time. This is not how business should be conducted. I will have to pass this disturbing information on to others, not to get caught up in dishonest sales tactics.
