I had such a pleasant experience at Copper Well Retreat. My daughter and I booked with Emily, their new esthetician, and we were not disappointed! She was professional and explained our services and all the products that she used. The foot soak (with rose petals and a cup of hot tea) was a special service and the glow facial she gave me was exceptional! Such a calm and relaxing day of pampering. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a couple's message and couples foot rituals! Our experience was SUPERB from the beginning to end! The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and inviting. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and professional! We had a phenomenal experience! We will return for additional luxury services!

Update: After several emails and this review, I was finally contacted and able to get the second massage. I appreciate the call and being able to finally get the full use of the gift card but still frustrated by the whole experience. The massage therapist is solid here and is very good at reading the body. I would rate that as a 4. Unfortunately given the overall experience I won’t return. Firsts review: Though I enjoyed the massage, this review really deals with the management and their professionalism, customer service, and honesty. I was given a two hour gift certificate, but due to the type of massage I requested there was only availability for one hour. Instead of the one hour massage being half of the two hour massage gift card, it was $100 out of $150. Though there was confusion when checking out, I did not want to protest and argue after the massage. I assumed this could easily be handled later on. I was wrong. Despite repeated calls and emails, no one has followed up with this, not even to tell me that this false advertising is their policy. Disappointing and frustrating. This review may not stop you from going, but at least do not buy the gift cards or think that owner has any compassion for your mental and physical well being.

My mom and I greatly enjoyed our spa services here! The space itself is so relaxing and inviting, the staff were friendly and professional. We both had different massage services and then tried out the infrared sauna. My massage left me completely relaxed and reset. My mother said her massage and facial was fabulous as well. We finished off our time there with the sauna. My mom says that she wished she had chosen to do the sauna before her facial, but besides that modification we had nothing but a great experience at copper well. Absolutely will return!

I absolutely loved this spa and Stephanie. She was so nice and such a great job on with my massage. I let her know about my Psoriasis on my scalp (that I’m self conscious about) in the beginning but she didn’t care and massaged my scalp (which got done for the first time ever) and it felt so good. I will book with her again. Thank you copper wellness for such an awesome staff

This place is so lovely. Unassuming in its location on a busy road this place is truly a hidden gem!! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming as is the entire staff including the owner. Wonderful and unique services at very reasonable prices. The foot ritual is to die for!! Ask for Karoline, she's amazing!! If you haven't given this place a try you are missing out ;)

Best spa in town! Their attention to detail makes them top notch. I was given a gift card for my birthday. I had the most relaxing experience. The whole ambience of the spa is perfect. I enjoyed a foot soak, body scrub, facial and massage. Every single treatment was great. All the staff was professional. I will definitely be a repeating customer.

My Mom planned us a girls day back on June as a surprise . That was our first massages and foot ritual. Everyone was so pleasant and nice.I was breastfeeding at the time and had some of my milk with me on hand they were nice enough to store it away for me until we were done . The atmosphere was very relaxing . We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this place to anyone .

Truly an amazing place! Booking was easy, everyone was very friendly and the little spa waiting area is a delightful place to wait for your treatment. I was lucky enough to get a massage from Kristin. I am in awe of how she was able to help relieve chronic pain that no doctor, specialist, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc… had only made a dent in over the past 5 years. Kristin is a legit miracle worker and the rest of the treatments look heavenly as well. If you’re thinking of booking here, DO IT!

Customizable sessions with sacred rituals combined with an experienced team makes each visit a great experience. They offer sauna sessions, group classes, private experiences, and more. I'm looking forward to taking a class in the Sage House Yurt. Trust me, there is something here for you and when you find it, it'll be a part of your life.

The Copper Well Retreat is such a lovely, uplifting, relaxing, peaceful and zen zone. It is a beautiful place for your body, soul & spirit and mind!!! My husband & I had the Stillness Foot Ritual done today by Emily Smith. She is amazing! She is a very personnel young beautiful lady with gifted hands. She explained everything she was going to pour into the water and what her next step was going to be. The lovely tea and lemon cake that she brought to us just topped it off!! Such a wonderful gem on top of a little hill on a very busy road that properly gets ignored a lot. But folks..you need to slow down pull in or call and make an appointment to come see what all they have to offer you to relax and feel energized once more! This will be on my monthly or ever other month place to go
