I've been to New U Natural Beauty a few times and absolutely love everyone there! Dr. He is very knowledgeable & professional but she also makes me laugh and I always look forward to going back. This past visit I had lip injections and facial fillers. Dr. He's objective is to create a natural look so you still look like yourself (but improved)! I've also had lashes done there in the past and constantly got compliments and was pleased that they lasted so long. This place is awesome.. Everyone is super nice and friendly, the place is so clean, smells super clean.. And ms. Irene, she does my facial, she always makes sure that I’m super comfortable before we start.. She knows how to do her job very well, every after session I feel so refreshed!! I can't say enough positive things about this establishment. I brought my wife in for eyelashes extensions and so glad we decided to go with New U Natural Beauty. From the moment I walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Our lash expertise was Maria. Maria is the reason why I'm writing this review. When an employee goes beyond the normal,they need to be acknowledged. Maria made sure my wife knew everything about the process and how to care for her new lashes. She took her time and explained everything and made sure my wife got exactly what she wanted. I can't thank her enough. It's people like her that make these businesses thrive. My wife is so happy and excited about her new look. Maria did such a great job. We will be coming back for sure to see Maria. I just had my first session of laser hair removal and i felt nothing! They put this cool gel on you first and i thought she was rubbing the gel in with the laser before turning it on. Granted, i was on the lowest setting because this is my first time getting laser hair removal, but I still felt nothing. The appointment was quick. Everyone was friendly. I can't wait to go back. Update: Irene rocks. She's been my tech from r my laser hair (I've now done Brazilian, legs, and underarms). I'm amazed how well this is working and how pain free it is!

Arrived slightly before apt time, front desk staff immediately welcoming, made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed or unsure of anything. Offered to go over additional offers and services.They honor their Groupon pricing. You do your paperwork to sign in electronically, I just happened to notice them sanitize it after me so I felt they were still being “health conscious” in our post covid world which I liked. Olivia and Carol were the two nurses who performed the Botox treatment on me. I appreciated that Olivia set very honest and real expectations of results, she was educated, and wanted to educate me on how make sure I would remain the happiest with my appearance, but did not attempt to oversell me, or push me to do anything. Carol was extraordinary friendly and also made sure I saw the unopened untampered with product that was being used on my face. This is something so important to pay attention to at places that do cosmetic enhancements. Made sure I knew to follow up if I wasn’t seeing the promised results in two weeks. Totally professional, but also warm. Would recommend to anyone who’s had sketchy experiences elsewhere or who is considering a procedure for the first time. These nurses are proud of their work.

My rating is the results of multiple interactions occurred over the past several weeks. First and foremost, I loved Olivia when in 2017 she worked on my eyebrows and gave me a look that I absolutely adored thanks to the microblading technique. I had never had permanent makeup done before and she explained everything clearly and thoroughly, gave me her time while I had a million questions and treated me with respect and patience. Fast forward to 2022. At one of my visit with a lashes technician (at a different salon) I was discussing wanting to redo microblading for my eyebrows. I was then informed that this process can only be successful once, as it damages the sking long term after the first time. I was bummed out and I kept wanting to check in with Olivia to see what her thoughts on this might be. I finally made contact with the front desk, asked for Olivia and - understandably - she was busy with a customer's session. I explained my circumstances and the representative on the phone seemed to be very adamant to help me get an answer. She informed me Olivia would call me back, no later than the end of the following business day. Waited a week, never heard back. Weeks later, I was driving by and thought I'd stop and see if I could get my answers. I talked to the front desk and the attitude received was nothing like what I had experienced before. The feeling I got was that, because I didn't have an appointment, I was not "important". I explained I only needed a quick 2 minutes with Olivia to ask if she'd be in favor of treating my eyebrows with microblading as she did in 2017. When I was told Olivia was busy - understandably - I asked if I could wait until the end of her session and catch her before she started her next client. Reluctantly the front desk representative said yes. As Olivia came out and greeted her next client, front desk failed to grab her attention and explain my request. One time, two times, three times. I waited over 1.5 hours only to ask a question that I was never able to ask. Nonetheless, after making my remarks to the front desk that I was being overlooked in favor of others (yes, I know they had appointments and I didn't, but I was only needing TWO minutes), I proceeded to make an appointment for the following month. The appointment date came and went without a reminder (my bad for not checking my appointments until later in the day only to discover I was past my booked time) and now I am thinking even more that I am obviously "surplus". It looks like this business has an established clientele, which I missed to become part of. I am not a high maintenance person who needs work done on a regular basis, but occasionally I like to treat myself to a touch up of some sort, and I remembered being comfortable with Olivia and very happy with the results, so I wanted to give her my business again. Sure, when I walked into the waiting area and looked around, I realized I am not the ideal target customer, but I believe it was wrong to treat me like a less desirable client just because I don't obviously do the whole enchilada of fillers/botox and stuff on my face and body. I was just looking for someone who I know did a fantastic job, and made me feel like a million dollar back when she was getting her business off the ground. I am glad for the success Olivia found on her path, but I would recommend her to instruct her front desk to be considerate of ALL visitors. Whether they are established clients or not, you never know what an inquiry can lead to. This recommendation comes from a small business owner's perspective.

It was my first time I got my lashes done before I went for my vacation. First of all, it looked amazing and very comfortable. I followed the aftercare instructions they provided for me and my lashes lasted! It has been 3 weeks already, they withstood swimming and extrem humidity. Came all the way from Sweden to do cool body contour and Ultherapy. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am more than satisfied! The service and knowledge of the staff is amazing and I felt very well taken care of. The cool body contour is an amazing experience, so cold but totally pain free!:) I already noticed the difference. My skin is tighter, cloth fit much better and it’s only been a week. I highly recommend the ultherapy too as my face now is toned, tightened and took years off. Why need surgery when these non-invasive procedure worked so well. I have been getting my lashes extensions for over 6 years now, I have been to many places till I found here. They can get the exact look I wanted. Now, I get my lashes touch up here once a month when I am in Vegas for business. I was so proud of myself that most time my lashes can hold up till my next touch up. Don't think about going anywhere else if you are considering coolsculpting. After going on several consultations and comparing, nothing beats New U in terms of quality and value. Their Cool body contour treatments are fairly priced for the level of service you receive. Getting an appointment was very convenient - Eunice called me to schedule and was there to greet me and review my pricing after meeting with the person who did my evaluation and performed my treatment - Ruby. She was awesome and made me feel totally comfortable. It was clear she knew what she was doing. Once I started seeing substantial results after the first treatment, not only did I see a change in how I looked but I also an enormous change in how I felt and behaved. The physical changes were so great that it motivated me to work a little harder at the gym and eat a little healthier and I'm happy to say that thanks to new U I'm down over 10lbs and over 2 inches off my hips and waist from where I started. 🥰

I signed up for the monthly membership which is $80 a month and you get to choose from a variety of services which are upwards of $160-$200 on their own. I’m currently taking advantage of the facials. I’ve done the microdermabrasion with the tea tree and the Hungarian mask. Highly highly recommend. I’ll be back as always but they are all so sweet here and leave me feeling amazing!

I have been going to new u for about 5+ years now and I absolutely love this place! It's the BEST EYELASH place in Vegas! I used to go to Olivia all the time, since it's always hard to book an appointment with her, I had 3 other girls (Andrea, Carla and Jennifer) work on my eyelashes and they are all great. Their artistic work is way beyond any lash extensions I had before I started coming here. I always fell asleep during my appointment and woke up with beautiful lashes. I come here almost once a month and that's my most important beauty routine that I will never give up. My eyebrows had been the source of annoyance for years, as I hated how thin they were and I have tried every trick in the book to make them grow thicker (oils, ointment, latisse, prescriptions, yoga, you name it!). My hair is blonde and I am so afraid of doing anything permanent to it. When my friend Tammy, who does lashes at new u also, did 3D eyebrows with Olivia a few months ago, I was impressed by how natural and perfect they looked. After spoke to my husband about it, he bought me a gift certificate for my birthday and told me it's the time. I finally did my 3d eyebrows with Olivia last month and I have to say that's the best thing I have ever done to my face! It's truly amazing!

I just got my 4D permanent eyebrows and eyelash extensions done with them a month ago and I am very happy with it. I was originally thinking about doing 3D eyebrows also called micro-blading, after their receptionist showed me both 3D and 4D pictures, I decided to go with 4D because i don't have too much hair and I love the ombre look. It turned out so natural that everyone at my work thought I went to take a makeup class over the weekend. I love the shape and color of my eyebrows, it's so perfect and she got the look I always wanted. In the past 4 years, I have done eyelash perms and eyelash tints with them, and they always turned out great. I tried eyelash extensions the first time, there is no comparison, love the fullness and the length. It feels like my own lashes and saves me so much time in the morning to get ready. I Highly recommend this place!

I have gotten an acne treatment here and all I can say is that it’s MAGICAL. Pricey yes, and it is a process, but way better than going to a dermatologist and getting monthly prescriptions with dangerous side effects, which I did for months until I decided to give this acne treatment a try. I am in the medical field so I was very hesitant, but again, could no longer deal with the side effects from my accutane. I am so glad I did. I had one of those cystic ugly looking acne. Thank God for Olivia and New U natural beauty. If you have a teenager dealing with horrible acne, instead of it eroding their self-esteem, just give New U Natural beauty a call. You won’t regret it. This is the most affordable place for "cool body contouring" that I found. I lost 8 pounds so far with 10 applicators. 1 week after the procedure I took a epsom salt and sea salt hot bath for 45 minutes and I lost 7 pounds overnight! Olivia the manager is so informative and patient she took the time to explain everything during the consultation. Also she was very thorough in taking before and after pictures of me. I noticed some good results on my stomach, butt and back. I appreciate Diana and Eunice for being so helpful with the procedure too. Eunice suggested the Eminence firming cream" which I like alot and now I can save money because I don't need as much botox. It's super easy getting a appointment. All the other staff have been so friendly too and spa hours are convenient.

I am not big on reviews. But I can’t let my experience go unheard. Thank you for giving me back an amazing new me! When I first time visited New u, was back 4 years ago. I had very uneven eyebrows from tweezing it too much when I was little. I have done so much research and fell in love with their work. I am very happy with my microblading eyebrows, that’s exactly what I wanted for color and shape. I also got a micro needling treatment to reduce my acne scars and large pores and the treatment was a huge success for me. The most resent procedure I got from them was sculptra for butt lift. I was injected by their nurse last month. They were very enthusiastic about the treatment and went in to depth explaining what they were going to do. I definitely noticed the improvement of my butt, can’t wait to go back for my second treatment!

I've been coming to New U Natural Beauty since September of 2014, for acne treatment. I became interested because they promise a permanent cure! Plus, it's all natural and has no side effects. They don't even touch your face to give you the treatment (meaning I could come in with my make-up on and not be self-conscious about my redness and scars ) It's a very quick treatment about 2 minutes! If you need sessions beyond 15 they are free. I loved this because I saved enough money for 15 sessions and just continued my sessions without having to pay. My face is less oily and any breakouts I do get heal much faster! I started with very bad acne, and continue with my sessions. I also tried Beyond Botox. I loved the same -day results. I got this treatment to help eliminate my acne scars. I was not expecting my lines and wrinkles to disappear too!

When I had them done before they would fall out in clumps, and they looked like they were all the same length. I had my I Lashes done by new u and it was incredible, I had lots of choices. I went here to redeem my groupon for the juvederm ultra plus lip filler. It is in a shopping center next to Smith’s so it’s easy to miss and at first gives the impression of a salon style building....but when you actually go in you see all the product availability and the services they offer. (More than you could imagine. I have been to way fancier places and they didn’t offer half of what this place does). After the sign-in process..the paperwork etc. I was greeted by one of the consultants and she explained some of the different services and the different products that can be used in each. She was very knowledgeable in each of the products (Botox vs dysport, kybella, cool sculpting, sculptra, etc) and really explained the different areas for use and the differences between the results and the length that each product usually lasts. I was pretty impressed. I didn’t come in not knowing what they were, but she did clarify some of the details for me. After finishing with her I waited a few more moments while the person actually performing my lip filler finished with another client. I was introduced to the APRN doing my procedure (and I am horrible with names but I’m pretty sure it’s her establishment)escorted back to a clean room and put in a comfortable medical type lounge chair. She assessed my lips and immediately noticed areas that needed fixing from the last juvederm I had done a few months ago at a different establishment. She noticed the smallest things and it was amazing. I knew that my lips didn’t look completely right but didn’t know exactly why. Took her two seconds and she had it pinpointed. She also told me that she wanted to use some of my juvederm ultra plus for my lips to even them out, but she didn’t want to use it all because my lips would be too big and they wouldn’t look good. I hesitated but agreed, I came in for a bigger pout and she was explaining that she wouldn’t suggest it! The audacity. But I agreed and let me tell you. I AM SO GLAD I LET HER DO WHAT SHE FELT I NEEDED, instead of me just dictating what I thought I wanted. She fixed my lips. No numbing cream and little to no pain (I had the lidocaine cream spread on my lips last time and it was way more painful than what she did with no numbing cream). She has a gift with needles. And she used the rest of my syringe to fill in the smile creases on my face. Dramatic improvement that I didn’t know I needed. Even though she is serious in her demeanor. She knows what she is doing and she has an absolute gift for aesthetics and symmetry. Next appointment (I have already made another one, they require a two week follow up to ensure that you still look as good as when you left) I am simply going to walk in and ask her to work her magic. 🤗 I have cancelled my membership at the other place and I am excited to see what all NewU can do!

Love this place. I've been coming here for a while now, between acne treatment and scar removal. Olivia has done wonders for my face. She helped me get rid of my cystic acne and the scars left behind from it. The scar removal isn't the funniest thing in the world to go through but you will be glad you did it afterwards. It will scab up but it just peels off after a few days.

It was a nice and almost no painful procedure, they make sure to aline the eyebrows they're very precautionary on how you want your eyebrows, in my case I took a star away because I choose to go for the 3D one as they recommended but is nothing close to the microblend ones , they use something like a stapler to simulate" the hears and they come out very tick. But overall at the end the eyebrows were ok.
