I love coming here! I was new to the city, and I desperately needed a good med spa to get my laser hair removal done. I found this fantastic spot! My tech Angel was excellent and so knowledgeable. This was not my first laser hair removal session, but it was the first time a tech took the time to explain how everything worked and ensure I was comfortable. She provided the best customer service, and I found my permanent Med Spa. They offer such excellent treatments and the entire front desk staff is so welcoming.

I love this spa and have been going for many years. Susanna is AWESOME and super knowledgeable about ALL skin which is difficult to find as a woman of color. However, Chic la Vie does a poor job when it comes to social media presence and marketing. You kind of have to go to the spa to find out what services they offer which is irritating when you want to decide what kind of services you want to try. Hopefully they get it together. In the meantime, if you do decide to go and see what they offer, just know that you are in excellent hands!!!!!

Kind of long, but worth it. I absolutely love, love, love this place!!! Not only is the environment welcoming and absolutely gorgeous, all the staff is welcoming themselves and caring. I have walked into a Plastic Surgery center before and felt judged, unwelcome, and have been talked down to. But not this place! Dr. Smith is hands down, the greatest and nicest surgeon I have ever met, and so unbelievably patient. At first, I went for a consultation to see what my options were and decided to wait cause I was scared. A year later I went back and picked his brain again. He was so patient with me and I think he could tell I was nervous, but he sat there and gave me all the information I needed and answered every question I had. When I told him what size I wanted, he said he advised against it because of the size, but said in the end it was my choice. I still went with the size I wanted and he was never rude or downgrading about it at all. My results were absolutely amazing and everything I expected. At my check up, Dr. Smith told me that he was glad I went with it because they looked great. I will never go to anyone else if I choose another cosmetic surgery again. Now for Chic La Vie: I have never been so in love with a medical spa in my life. As a mother of 6, a business owner, and 33 years old, life has been kind of stressful on my body. I have been going to Chic La Vie for 3-4 years now and have never had a bad experience with them at all. Char, Erin, and Rebecca are my go to girls and they are absolutely amazing. From the time I’ve met them, they have treated me like one of their personal friends, always on time, and professional. Any time I’ve had a concern with anything at all, a line, complexion, breakouts, etc. they have always helped me. Not to mention, Char sat down with me and personally wrote up a face care routine when I wasn’t even scheduled with her that day🙏🏻 Most places wouldn’t give you the time or day like Smith Plastic Surgery or Chic La Vie does, and this is why you have a forever customer. Thank you everyone for making me feel better in my own body. You’re all a godsend.

I have wanted to come across a spa where the facials are not presented to you as a menu option but where a game plan for good skin care is presented as an individualized treatment plan to accomplish my desired outcome & Suzanne did just that. In my experiences in Vegas quality was always hard to find but I now see that at Dr Smiths practice he hires nothing but the best , most knowledgeable staff. I have never written a review before, but i also have never been so happy with a business before. Susanna and Erin are incredible. I have had minor skin cancers and belmishes treated by them with lasers and injections and the results are way better than I expected, and that is so rare in today's world. They are professional, and most importanltly they really care. Everyone from the front desk to the specialists are amazing! Erin was very personable, I had a consult with her prior to my lip filler to ensure I was choosing the right product since it was my 1st time to have my lips done. She was very thorough in explaining all the details involved and confirming that I was choosing the right brand of filler. She explained everything she was doing at each step. I could see immediate results prior to leaving the office & without seeing the end result in about 2-weeks, I’m very satisfied with the initial results. Very natural looking which is what she said is her goal, not the fake look. I highly recommend her!!!

I had cool sculpting on my stomach done ( 4 sections), Suzanna was really amazing, she identified where the fat was located, measured applicators against my stomach and outlined where they would go with a marker, I spent around 3.5 hours there, and felt very cozy and taken care of. I just had it done so results will show in 1-3 months. Really knowledgeable, professional and personable. I also had Fraxel dual for the face with Suzanna 6 months ago, also great!

We talk about my skin type and the different treatments that my face would benefit from. Then, she uses all of her knowledge and equipment to make my skin glow. I tell her to just do whatever she recommends and it works. I mean, she’s the professional, not me, and I trust her completely. The redness has faded, my sun spots are almost gone, and my skin is glowing. The Spa itself is fine. The staff is friendly enough and it’s pretty inside, but really I go here because of Eva.
