Said it would be delivered in two weeks. Then they called on Monday and said they could deliver it in an hour. Made me very happy!! Great experience start to finish! The sales team was very helpful and patient as we made our final decisions. (we worked mainly with Sheila) The delivery team did an excellent job working around our in-progress construction work and working through inclement weather. Brad Looper was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Brad did the final setup of our hot tub. Brad has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience with how to maintain a hot tub. Brad spent 42 minutes!!! giving a tutorial of maintenance, chemicals, and next steps. His tutorial was extremely well organized and thought out. This process was Great and Extremely easy to complete. I contacted them because a great friend purchased from them ant told me how great the experience was. He gave me Jackie's # and when I called she answered and I immediately knew from the beginning of our conversation that she was extremely happy to help. She walked me through the process and explained everything that would happen and I purchased a basketball goal. She helped me get set up to get the foundation for the goal and told me not to hesitate contacting her with any questions. I emailed her on several occasions with minor questions and she always responded within an hour with the information that I requested. Being a disabled veteran with back and joint issues, I had always wanted a hot tub. Finally decided to take the "plunge" and went to Recreation Unlimited. Jackie in sales was kind, professional, easy to work with and helped us find the perfect fit. Mike in the installation area sent out Brad and Josh to set it up exactly the way we wanted it. Now, I can absolutely say, this is the single best purchase I have ever made. Highly recommend both the spa itself (caldera) and the staff. Will continue to use their services for life.

Great service and great hot tub! It was so difficult to find much selection in 2021, but we found the perfect hot tub at Recreation Unlimited. It was also priced very fairly and we even received a nice discount after picking a duck from several floating plastic ducks that had various discounts on the bottom. It was a fun thing for my kids and our hot tub is better than we could have hoped. We LOVE the built-in blue tooth speakers too!

Great experience all the way through! Talking to them on the phone they advised me on specials they were running and when they would expire. Installation was scheduled through text messages which I love! The installation process was smooth and they were even able to do it ahead of the projected date. The product is excellent too!!! Hi I recently ordered a freshwater salt system cartridge set from recreation unlimited. The delivery company lost my package. I contacted them and recreation unlimited. The next day I received an email from Nicole Whitaker stating that she had contacted the carrier and confirmed it was lost. She also stated a replacement part would be sent out same day. We are very pleased with our new shed. It is fantastic. Sheila Thomas, our sales contact, worked closely with us and owner Brad Riley on selecting the right shed and options to go with it. Ours is a rather large shed (14'x26') that will be used as a garage. We wanted concrete for the floor and Brad knew who to use for the concrete work and how best it should be poured. Due to the size of our backyard gate we believed that the shed would need to be built on-site. Brad saved us a significant amount of time and money by recommending taking down the fence temporarily to allow a prebuilt shed to be moved into place. He also worked with the city to determine all building code requirements for this project. Once all the preplanning was done the shed and concrete was ordered. The concrete was poured 1 week before the shed was delivered. I must say that the crew from Rod's Quality Concrete did a great job and worked a long day (up past midnight) getting the concrete floor to look perfect. The shed was delivered a week later and it was quite a process to watch as it was removed from the trailer and wheels attached to one end. A device called a "Mule" was used to pull the shed to it's location on the concrete pad. Once in place it was bolted down to the concrete and caulking applied along the entire base perimeter to seal out water. There was one issue where the concrete was damaged on one edge while setting the shed in place. This was repaired about a week later and now looks great. We are very pleased with Recreation Unlimited and the ease of working with them through this entire process. Their sheds are very high quality, perhaps the highest quality shed you will find. We look forward to many years of its use. Thanks Recreation Unlimited!

Jackie was great to work with. We had looked in our area (2 hours away) and couldn’t find anything we really liked. An online search led us to Recreation Unlimited. Searching their website led us to the Enamour Spa in the Fantasy line. A couple of phone calls to ensure it was what we were interested in and we were ready to buy. We actually did all the paperwork through email and did not actually visit their location until the day we picked up the spa. Being 2 hours away was outside their delivery area but the spa itself was really easy to move an set up. We were in it the next night. Our second time using RU to install a basketball goal. Both experiences were excellent. Work was done quickly and correctly, the crews cleaned up after themselves. Other than the presence of a new hoop, you never would have known they were there. We had our first hoop 7-8 years before we sold that home and had no issues. We don't anticipate any issues with our new hoop. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend RU to others.

The text messages from Ciera kept you in the loop of the progress and she was very responsive. On the day of install, I was getting ready and heard something so I looked outside, there was the crew installing our new hoop. In the pouring rain, the two gentlemen that were installing it, were installing it as though it was for their own kids. I truly did appreciate that! I ordered a garden shed with some modifications. The cost estimate was exact, the structure was delivered and installed on schedule, and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought one of their Cal Spas hot tubs. Oh WOW, what an amazing experience. It looks absolutely amazing in my backyard. The design these hot tubs have is something of another world, as I do believe they think of everything that will make the person using them feel great after using them. I've had mine for about a week and they're relaxing, and take away all your stress. There hasn't been any issues with the hot tubs at all, and the staff service was very great when I was there picking out what I wanted to buy. They communicate with you, and make sure you leave there happy with your purchase.

Recreation Unlimited worked with me to design and deliver a nice 8x12 shed for my yard. The design options fit great with my existing structures and had a lot of variety to be able to do so. Sheila was patient, explained all the options answered my questions in a timely manner and provided details when needed. The site inspection was timely on arrival and explained site pick very well. Delivery went smooth, had a delay due to weather, nothing that Recreation Unlimited could control. They stayed in contact for delivery date and called to notify me of completion of delivery. All in all In was a positive experience. The shed itself fits right in, looks great and has plenty of usability. Just a note for taller people, the loft is at about 6’, same as the sidewall height which is clearly listed in all the designs. It’s a great space for my yard storage and looking forward to organizing it as the weather warms up a bit!

We got a really nice playset and play surface for our kids this year. Everything seemed to be the best quality we could find in Indiana. Also, you can go and tryout pretty much all of their playsets. We bought ours while one of the home shows was going on. They were running a free install special during that time. Also, when you go checkout their playsets they ask you to sign in. I think this puts you on the mailing list. We ended up getting a $100 coupon in the mail, so I would say it was worth it. As to durability, I cannot speak to it yet. The other reviews are great and our set is really well made. I’m sure it will require some normality maintenance. Also, the sales and install people were all great. The lady who helped us did not try to up sell too much. Both installers were friendly and polite to my family.

We have used Recreation Unlimited twice now. We ordered a play set back in 2015 and was thrilled with the experience. Last month we ordered a 54" Goalrilla basketball goal from them. The sales process was great and Sheila was very helpful. The install was a two part process where they poured the concrete anchor and then they were back out exactly a week later to stand up the goal. I would definitely recommend them for all of your recreational needs.

I cant say enough about the Customer Care this Team at Recreation Unlimited has shown us. They were patient and were with me every step of the way while making our decision on a Trampoline and Goalsetter Basketball Hoop. When I had Questions, they answered them extremely quickly and they are extremely knowledgeable as well. Even though I had done research, there was some data I couldn't find, they were still there to answer those questions as well. When in doubt seek Recreation Unlimited out. We ordered 2 sheds from Rec Unlimited. Sheila and Brad were terrific to work with, took the time to understand our property and needs and make recommendations on what would blend in and work for our storage needs. The potting shed is terrific and we are excited to get some seeds started in it once it warms up. The Challenger shed has a nice cabin feel to it, and we partitioned the front half to function as a playhouse. The build quality is great, the sheds were delivered when promised, and installation/placement couldn't have been smoother.

I was very disappointed with the wait time to have the goal installed (5-6 weeks) & then told a week prior to arrival that the unit I wanted wasn't in stock. During the application process I was asked if the installers could leave the dirt from their dig and I said 'no.' They did anyhow. The goal is fine, but there is more give in it than I'd like. My sales rep was very good & she handled the stock issue very professionally, but overall I'm not very satisfied with the experience.

As soon as the schools and parks closed for COVID, we started researching swing sets for the kids. After looking around at Amazon and Costco, we ended up going with RU for the quality and free install (they had a special going). We’ve had neighbors who bought from Amazon wish they had one a little bigger and nicer like the one we have. The installers were great. They took the time to put it exactly where I wanted it, confirming multiple times. They were really nice and professional, even during COVID. Overall, great experience. Oh, and we never even went to the showroom (again, COVID). We did it all over the phone which was very easy. The customer service team was very easy and pleasant to work with.

I purchased a 60" Goalrilla basketball goal on December 30, 2020. At the time of purchase, they walked me through the installation requirements and told me the installation team would be in touch to setup an installation date. Cierra was in touch the first business day of the new year to setup an installation time. The installers arrived for the install on time (actually, a few minutes early) to install the base. They were gone in less than 30 minutes. The base was perfectly level (not that perfect is required). You need to be at your house to confirm location of the base but once they start digging you do not need to be home. You need to have a place for the dirt to be dumped. Recreation Unlimited also arranged for the utilities to be marked prior to base installation. The base needs to cure after the install. Two days after the base install, Cierra called to inform me when the goal would be installed. The installers arrived on the day Cierra told me they would arrive. You do not need to be home when the goal is installed. I was home when the goal was installed but they arrived, installed and left so quickly, I did not even notice they had arrived. Fast and efficient. Everything they said would happen happened and happened on time. Form start to finish, the process was quick and efficient. The goal is amazing. I almost bought a 54" backboard but ended up buying a 60" backboard and I am happy I did. The goal can be adjusted from 7.5 feet to 10 feet. The crank is smooth and you can go from 10 feet to 7.5 feet in about 90 seconds. If you are looking for a basketball goal to be installed you came to the right place - Recreation Unlimited. The grandchildren love it and I wish I had done it a long time ago.

I was trying to get some basketball schools for our local elementary school and was working on a short timeline. I had planned to work with a company we had done business with previously, but the deal fell through at the last minute, and although I had never worked with Recreation Unlimited before, the reviews I read were good and I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Kurt Schraf in the commercial division and from the beginning, he was on top of the situation. I told him I needed a quote within hours and he had it for me. One of his associates even happened to be near the school at that time and stopped by the school to personally check out the situation. I told Kurt I didn't want to play games, that I just wanted a quality product for a fair price. Within a couple of hours I had a quote that I felt was more than fair and I took it to board that would be making the decision. While I encountered a few obstacles on my end that I didn't anticipate and that were in no way Kurt's problem, he worked with me every step of the way, doing his best to help me overcome them, worked within the constraints I laid out and always responded in a timely manner. The finished product looks fabulous! The school is happy, the district is thrilled and I couldn't be more pleased. The project came together so quickly and we got a quality product for a fair price, with installation that more than met our expectations. I highly recommend working with Recreation Unlimited.

Our initial purchase of a Cal Spa did not prove to be a favorable choice even though our previous spa was a Cal Spa and had virtually no problems through 13 years of ownership. We went to Recreation Unlimited because the spa we'd purchased from another company was leaking. The first visit was to ask questions about repairing the leak. Mike Green took the time to explain to us the procedure that is used to find and repair a leak. He also gave us an indication of the the cost to repair. We checked around with two other companies who do repairs to ensure that the price range was accurate. It was. We worked out an agreement with our original spa company so that we could return the damaged one. We then purchased a new spa from Recreation Unlimited. The entire transaction from browsing models in the showroom, to making the purchase and getting the spa delivered couldn't have been easier nor could Jackie and Mike have been any more helpful. The bottom line is that we love the deal we got and the helpful and knowledgable staff at Recreation Unlimited and would definitely recommend them.

The grandkids love the swing set. The cost of the swing set is higher than some, but the quality of the material and duribility is also set to a high standard. Unlike The WalMart sets this is heavy duty and built to last many years longer then traditional wooden swing sets. The installers (I did not get their names) did an excellent job putting the set together, and leveling it. They had forgotten a ships wheel. I called the same evening this was discovered and by the next morning it was installed. I had no idea they had come by and taken care of it.

Wow! I wish we had discovered how great this place was sooner! My 3 1/2 yr old had a great time and we actually were there as part of a preschool play date so it was fun to be able to visit with the moms and kids outside of school. only downsides were that no snacks are allowed, which I understand because of the potential mess, but also no re-entry is allowed so that meant we pretty much had to leave when the kids got hungry. Still it's a fantastic place to let your kids burn off some energy indoors and a little taste of summer during this cold, long winter! I can also see it being a fun place to visit in the heat of summer, when it can sometimes be too hot to play outside. Great value for only $8 weekday admission.
