The scheduling process is wonderful with an app + there were plenty of details available re: services and preparation before appointment time. Masks are enforced and it was super convenient that there were some provided to customers at entry along with hand sanitizer. Great professionalism.

It was a fun experience. I went in with a little fear for what pain I was going to feel and it was surprisingly alot less than what I imagined. My nurse made me at ease we had such a nice conversation through out and the process seemed super quick with us speaking and laughing the whole time. I recommend to anyone, my experience was great and I love that I don't really have downtime with ultherapy. Can't wait for my next treatment and to add services!

Service was OK, little pricey but THEY DON’T ANWSER THE PHONE. Getting a hold of the front desk at Ideal Image in Indianapolis is AWFUL. Shameful for the their costs to be so high but their customer service is so bad. Also I’ve been in the waiting room for over 20 mins several times waiting for them to let me in and when I ask the desk they said, “oh sorry I will let them know you’re here!” And that’s happened three times. They need to work on customer service.

Because I am on a nutrition plan that I started on Dec 28, 2020, and lost 87 pounds, she did not recommend the program. We had an amazing conversation and because she was authentic and transparent and cared about me I would refer all of my friends who may be interested in Ideal. Most companies will not be honest or transparent only looking to make the bottom line. I do appreciate her and she was amazing!!

I’m a nurse myself and (1) her distraction technique during the procedure thru talking about my interest was awesome (2) she spent time to look at my body in different angle to make sure it’s done properly (3) when I mentioned it was itching last time, she made sure to use extra measure such as hydrocortisone and give me a sheet that lists a few ways to prevent itching(or mild allergy). I was so impressed w her service that I scheduled my nxt appointment with her again! Wondered if she was house supervisor when in hospital just because of her professionalism. Two of my appointments have been cancelled day of and then my appointments have been pushed back 4-5 weeks. The package I have is based on a certain amount of months rather than sessions, so its kind of frustrating to pay thousands of dollars to then not be able to use it. It seems as though they’ve sold more packages/have more clients than the location can handle. UPDATE: I called to see if they had any cancellations to get in sooner and Carly was able to fit me in on her schedule which was greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough nice things about her, highly recommend that you request her when scheduling services!

Been getting laser hair removal on my upper lip for a while now! I’m complete with my standard sessions and onto my lifetime sessions & I’ve been frustrated that I still have a lot of hair growth. However, Ideal Image is amazing and has an extremely welcoming staff that I absolutely love! I saw Makayla today for my session and she really took her time to go above and beyond to take care of my problem areas and to make sure she really got the hair that was really bothering me. She consistently updated me as to what she was doing and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She did an amazing job and the team as a whole is awesome! If you’re considering any kind of cosmetic alterations, this is most definitely the place to go and they make it affordable with payment plans and their seasonal deals that they offer very frequently. Very friendly and an immaculate, CLEAN environment. 10/10

I have few laser treatments with different nurse at Ideal Image. But today my nurse is Bianca, she just so gently and keep encouraging me to endure the pain. She use the ice bag to cool down the skin right before and after laser. That so feel much less burn sensation. I really like her and ask her every treatment now.

My experience was great! It was my first visit and I was a little apprehensive. I was lucky and ended up being there on a training day and the top Allergan injector in the country was there! My initial impression was good upon entering. The receptionist was nice and made me feel comfortable, and the office is appealing. I was inquiring about Cool Sculpting to price compare with my dermatology office (Forefront Dermatology). Prior to going in, I knew that I would not buy anything but kept an open mind about future services. Eventually Jessica the store manager came out. She seemed "fake nice" and was definitely sarcastic about the shorts clients wear for observation. No biggie. I was sitting in a room waiting to be inspected and it somewhat took a long time for it to have appeared like a slow day for them. Fine. The nurse comes in and obviously is not interested in customer experience. She quickly and painfully grabs my abdominal area, love handles, and thighs while spouting off numbers to Jessica and quickly leaves. It was really weird how Jessica - who to the best of my knowledge is not a medical professional - was in the room while the nurse did my assessment. The nurse could have written those numbers down herself and passed them off to Jessica. In the end, it was time for me to sit through the sales pitch which took a while to gather. After looking at how expensive it was, I politely declined and said that I would check in later if the pricing was for me. Jessica was very pushy in this area which I somewhat understand because she was trying to make a sale. However, she was somewhat insulting towards the dermatologist office that I mentioned which also does Cool Sculpting. In the end, I could see that she just wanted me out of there as she did not price me for one of the areas I had requested until I mentioned it at her closing speech. On my way out, I heard Jessica whispering about me to the receptionist which made everything really awkward. At that point, there were people in the waiting room too. The biggest lesson that I learned out of this was to stick with what I know. I was pleasantly surprised that my dermatologist office does Cool Sculpting for cheaper too!
