I am SO impressed with the service I received, and Nurse Practitioner Katie Ortiz is the most knowledgeable, sweet, kind and caring person. She answered all my questions, went in depth on what treatments were best for my facial features, and during the procedure she asked me regularly if I was comfortable. She even chatted with me about family and we had a great conversation. If you decide to use MCL, Katie Ortiz will not let you down. She even followed up with me daily for five days after the service and asked me to send pictures so she could make sure all was well. LOVE LOVE LOVE and am going to tell all my friends! Danae Moreno is THE BEST injector I have ever had. I loved my experience at her salon in Katy Cinco Ranch, but she has also driven to me in Sugar Land which was so convenient. I had bariatric surgery a week ago and was severely dehydrated. I was interested in getting some fluids to assist with this and aid in my recovery. Danae was the nurse that assisted me and answered all of my questions regarding IV hydration, as I was worried especially after having surgery. I received The Wellness IV hydration package. Danae was very professional and well prepared. My veins were very hard to find since I was so dehydrated, but she was prepared with various tools and techniques to find one! The spa environment was clean, quiet and comfortable. It made me feel very safe getting this knowing I had a competent, knowledgeable and well trained nurse caring for me during this process. I would highly recommend Danae for any of your needs!
