Never in my life have I ever been treated so well! From the moment I walked into the building Jasmine greeted me at the door and hugged me, i felt so appreciated! She helped me sign in and set me up to speak with the nurse to make sure that I would be cleared for the procedure, even the nurse was absolutely fabulous! Caroline was absolutely fabulous and so very professional! She talk to me through everything before doing it and let me know what I may or may not experience and gave me extra pillows, this was such an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back! The entire staff really made me feel loved! ❤️❤️

My experience was excellent today, I really enjoyed the nurse that assisted me in my session. It was my mistake as I forgot to ask her, her name as I was leaving. So I cannot share it with y'all which I do apologize for. I found her to be very thorough, attentive, considerate and provided a great quality of service and was just an overall pleasant individual. So much so, I have specifically scheduled with her for my next appointment. Her level of service is excellent and that's my preference. I am truly enjoying my experiences at Ideal Image Woodlands/ Kroger location. A very pleasant host of an all women staff always smiling, makes for a very comfortable and familiar space. Very happy!😊

I was a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect. Walked in was greeted very friendly and offered a complimentary water. Than not soon after the nurse specialist called me back. She explained and talked me threw what to do and to expect. Very helpful with my questions and concerns. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Very tentative and responsive if I felt any pain.

I have had a very lovely experience with Ideal Image here at the Woodlands center. I am having laser hair removal done. My online consultant, Jessi Bushey, was wonderful! She explained everything in detail, was patient with me, and worked with me to give me the best package possible! The team here at the clinic are all very nice and professional. The procedures themselves are done really well and the practitioners are professional. My only issues is you have upped the prices of items such as Botox to $10/unit unless you buy 100 units and I don’t feel like that is fair to your members especially the younger clientele who do 20 or less units because our cost has gone up. The whole point of a membership is to be able to get a deal on services for paying a membership fee and this has made me have second thoughts on renewing my membership after this year.

Ideal Image helped me exceed my goal. It helped me get rid of stubborn fat that had been lingering for over a decade. I had to do my part by sweating as much as I could. My success with reaching my goal was a result of me drinking water and sweating. Sweating included sitting in a sauna, working out, and not eating after 6pm. Ideal Image activated the fat cells, but I had to flush the out, by any means necessary.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Ideal Image. Jasmine the receptionist was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Jasmine answered all my questions and gave satisfactory answers. I could speak with her all day. In regard to my cool sculpting treatment Nurse, Kathy had me in stitches. She explained all that she need to do and how the process would go. After she was done she massaged the area, or should I say tickled, tickled the area. At least that's what it felt like to me. I could not stop laughing. Lastly, I ended with Nurse, Joseph. Nurse Joseph completed my cool toning session. He was so sweet and kind. He continually check on me throughout the process. The procedure was quick and painless. I do not know if I am a weird one or what, but it felt good to me. I'm looking forward to my result. Can't wait! Thank you again for an enjoyable experience.

The experience was great until I had to call back because the rep scheduled my appointment in another state when I just gave her my home address, so I had to call back and spend another 30 min on the phone trying to find a location that’s not to far away so I won’t have to wait till November to get my procedure. Other then that, things were great but I still have to drive 5 hr away for the procedure.

I've been going to Amy at Ideal for over a year. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service I receive from her, and the staff. I've been to several other med spas and the don't seem to know to schedule appointments correctly. They always get me in right at my appointment time, I am greeted with friendly smiles (behind masks of course currently) upon arrival and treated as an actual VALUED client. I also love how conveniently located they are at Market Street. I'm a working mom who often forgets to schedule my appointments in advance. They are always able to get me in within a very reasonable time frame. I highly recommend Ideal and Amy!!

I appreciated how easy the process was and I will be reviewing my options. I like that the information is sent in writing and I have the time to make my decision. My nurse was very professional, kind and thorough. She was not in a rush, she took her time and I was out in a timely manner. My appointment was the first of the day. I used the restroom and it was nasty. There was old urine on the seat and the garbage was overflowing. The garbage was also full in the treatment room. That made me feel uncomfortable because it made me question how clean are the exam tables and equipment. I will definitely consider switching to the heights.

This has been my first experience with Laser hair removal and I can say it's been a great one! The overall staff and environment is always friendly and welcoming. Their prices may seem a little expensive, but trust me it's worth it to have the procedure done correctly and with licensed professionals. I've already recommended to a family member. They decided to go somewhere cheaper, but I can tell you...their results have not been nearly as great as mine! I recommend this place to anyone looking to simplify their beach vacation with a never again bikini line!

UPDATE: After I posted my review I received a call back from this company regarding what happened to me the other day. They were very responsive and understanding about what happened to me. We went over treatment for my burns and they even amended my contract which was nice and fair of them. The nurse Liz was informative and kept apologizing about what happened. She asked for me to come in the same day she called so she could meet with me and see what happened. It was nice to speak with her and she took pictures to show upper management of the injury. The Regional and Area Manager both called me on the phone to hear what happened and really tried to make this right. It was surprising how they actually sounded concerned about what happened to me. I did tell them I only wanted Emy to do my treatments going forward as she has always been the one to do them until that day. Emy is great and I'm glad she is on their team. If you ever need treatment please see her or Liz. Since the employees/managers of this location did reach out to me and showed good customer service I thought it would be fair to update my review and star rating to reflect this. Unfortunately, the damage is done to my neck and chin and now I have to go through the healing process and hope there isn't any permanent scarring that cant be cleared up with some bleaching cream. I appreciate them taking time out to call me to try to make this right as some companies won't even do that, but this shows they do care about customer service and their brand. FIRST REVIEW: My experience wasn’t good. The new girl (Regina) that did my laser treatment burned me in areas that wasn’t getting treated and now I have 3 burn marks on me. I took pictures. She cleaned me off with witch Hazel and rubbing alcohol! My previous lady NEVER used alcohol and I felt as though this girl was rushing my treatment. I never want her to do my treatments going forward. I’m also to the point where I don’t want to come back. I’m African American so this burn mark is going to scar me badly. Now I’ll have to go to dermatologist to get it treated. No one has called me to check and see how I’m doing and I called to mention this and felt as though Hannah was being dismissive about it.

Always quick, never have to wait. Always professional and friendly. On this particular visit, I was unable to have my BBL treatment, due to experiencing extreme pain on the first pass (which I hadn’t on the previous 3 visits). In fact, I tolerated the entire treatments quite well. My “therapist” figures that I must have gotten some exposure to sun while doing some landscaping (albeit not “laying in the sun”). This is my first experience with a med spa. I wanted something that would get rid of age spots and even out my complexion and the broad band light therapy seems to be working. I've had 2 appointments and my dark spots are lighter and my complexion is starting to even out. I'm hopeful that i will see even more improvement over the next several months. The treatment itself is fairly quick and varies from painless to mild discomfort. My service has been prompt and the staff has been friendly and professional.

I normally get my treatments in the Dallas area and I use a different clinic in Dallas, but I am temporarily living in Houston. I am not new to getting facial injectables, so I know what has worked best for me. I was due for Botox treatment and needed to find a reliable clinic in the Houston area. Overall, I have had a good experience except for the wait time to get appointments. I am not sure this is standard wait time for them or because of Covid. Even though I had great results from my first treatment of Botox, the first nurse missed injecting a specific area that is a big problem for me on my face. After ten days from receiving Botox, I realized that this problem area was not treated. I called and they immediately got me in, looked at their notes on treatment and made the correction for me. Even though I had to go back to the clinic, I can still appreciate being conservative with injections. I always take the approach...less can be more. Additionally, I was glad they had made proper notes from my appointment, hence validating my concerns that this area on my face was not treated. Since I was a new patient, an easy fix, and they got me in immediately for the correction; I would still highly recommend their clinic and nurses. I will also say that they have very reasonable prices on their procedures. I am scheduled to get my yearly fillers in about a week at the same location. I can't wait.

And I’ve been a customer at Ideal Image since 2005. I started my treatments in Florida. The laser hair removal is the real thing. Don’t waste your money at other laser hair removal places because their lasers do not work. Ideal Image is a very reputable company who stands behind their work. And the lifetime membership for hair removal is awesome. I’ve also had fillers and Botox at Ideal Image. They always have amazing specials. And they offer a variety of other services to keep me looking my best! I’m excited to try the Ultherapy. I’m in my early 50’s. I try to do what I can to prevent and preserve my youthful appearance. Ideal Image helps me do just that. The idea of having a plastic surgical procedure on my face terrifies me. Ideal Image provides non invasive procedures preserving and promoting a youthful natural appearance. Thankfully, I can purchase procedures interest free for 24 months. I will keep coming back!

Even though we have not used their services I wanted to write a review for this location. I went in looking at permanent hair removal for my son and where they could have sold us a very expensive package they actually were super friendly and super honest. What looked like black hair at first glance under a strong light it had a red tint and therefore the success rate would not be good for this type of hair to be removed permanently. This was very honest, nor did they try to sell us on other options or make a hard sell on anything in fact they were just helpful and suggesting different options. I was impressed by their overall honesty.

The best customer service and satisfaction! The ladies always greet you with a smile. I am getting hair removal on 2 areas of my face. After 7 treatments I have 90% hair loss and am very pleased with my results!! I was hesitant about the procedure as a woman of color fearing that there would be scarring or burn marks. My skin is smooth and hair free! I love this location and so glad I took the risk! It was definitely worth the results!

I am currently having two areas treated for laser hair removal at the ideal image located in The Woodlands. I started out with my underarms because I was new to this and wanted to be sure that it was what I expected. After my first treatment I had a significant reduction in hair growth and the hair that remained was much finer. I'm on my fifth treatment for my underarms and I no longer have to shave for four- five weeks between my treatments. What I'm super excited about, but was unsure of at first, was are the results permanent? It just seems to be good to be true. However, it is in fact true! I'm now at about 70% reduction of my original hair growth with still 6 treatments to go. I was so excited about my underarm results that I started treating the area that we all would love to have done...my legs! Ideal Image ran a special on full legs that was too good of a deal to pass up. I just finished my second treatment and am very excited about not having to shave my legs anymore. The office in The Woodlands is very conveniently located right on the market street. The ladies at this office are also extremely professional and so nice. This is important because you will see your technicians a lot over the course of your treatment. I've been treated by Erin and I absolutely love her. She makes me feel very comfortable and ensures that my experience goes well each and every time. Ideal Image offers 6 months 0% interest for financing which made signing up the first time a whole lot easier.
