Michelle is an exceptional Esthetician! I can't recommend her highly enough. I first sought Michelle out for Laser Genesis for myself and my teen daughter. I had this treatment back home a few times through two different plastic surgery centers that I love and respect, so I know first hand its magic in being able to help a variety of skin issues, as well as pigmentation and treating scars when administered through skilled hands. Not only does Michelle own a new latest generation unit, her knowledge and experience with Laser Genesis, as well as other lasers, was very apparent upon first meeting. But, what made her stand out from my two previous treatments was the time she took to prep and deep cleanse our skin prior, as well as nurturing it with a great line of products after. I genuinely feel this was the best Genesis treatment I ever received because of that. The other thing that makes Michelle stand out is that she genuinely cares about the comfort and well being of her clients. She helped my teen daughter navigate some challenging skin issues with extremely sound advice that my daughter really took to heart. She took a lot of extra time to go in depth with her about her skin routine as well as how diet relates to skin health. Michelle's Beauty and Wellness Center would definitely be my go to place if I lived here full time. I look forward to visiting her again during my next vacation to HI.

It was my very first man’s facial experience with the esthetician Michelle. The esthetician was very professional and she explained hydra facial procedure and home care maintenance tips. She did used hydra facial machine vacuumed my skin and cleared up blackheads and whites heads very throughly. She showed me the waste water ( dead skin cells and impurities,blackheads) from hydra facial experience.My skin felt so clean and glowing after the platinum hydra facial .it was relaxing facial experiences and helped my stress went down . I purchased 4 session and get one free hydra facial on Father’s Day special offer . highly recommended Michelle’s Med spa in to anyone. It is located in downtown Honolulu 1188 bishop street . Takes 10 minutes take U ber from Waikiki to this Facial spa. She also introduced me IPL and laser hair removal service. I will try those advanced laser facial service next session. Mahalo

I went to Michelle for a platinum hydrafacial during my vacation at Oahu. Michelle tailored the experience to my needs and followed through after the treatment to make sure everything’s working as expected. I had some sunburn from the water activities and my skin was under a lot of stress. After the treatment, the skin is much more relaxed - there’s also this beautiful radiance that I absolutely love. Follow the treatments, my melasma showed good improvement , and my face turned much smoother after six sessions and I love the home regimen kits and anti aging vitamins she recommended. I don’t get facials often probably because I have not had a good experience. Michelle was recommended to me for both hydra facials and the laser treatments. Michelle recommended the best option for my skin which is the laser genesis. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the services and products she offered. I did the hydra facial, laser genesis, and picosure treatments and the results and experiences have been amazing! The laser genesis and picosure helped with acne breakouts and acne scarring, clearing up skin by probably close to 50%. The hydra facial was really relaxing and cleaned out clogged pores. Michelle tells you exactly what to expect and the best post-procedure care. She also directs you to products and services that might continue to help you in the future. (Free consultations!) She gives you free samples, free services like eyebrow waxing, and great price discounts for returning customers. The facilities are very cleanly and Michelle is very nice. Definitely one of the best places on island for medical spa treatments.

Michelle is exceptional. I have struggled with acne scars since I was a teenager , and have done several rounds of Micro-needling and various skin care regiments to reduce scarring with minimal result. Michelle recommended a series of PicoSure skin resurfacing treatments be able to really penetrate the deep scarring. It’s only been two weeks but it I’ve seen AMAZING results and have had plenty of compliments on my skin. Excited for my second treatment, 10/10 recommend !

I went into Michelle’s shop for a laser genesis session and I already see great results! It takes about 3 sessions to see a very big difference, but since I have heavy scarring I will require a few more to heal my face. She is very gentle in the procedure and will talk you through the entire process. Make sure to visit her if you have a chance! I don’t trust anyone else! Michelle is the only one allowed to touch my face!

Michelle is wonderful - I can’t say that enough! I first went to Michelle for a Lash Lift and quickly learned that she was able to do other procedures - including hydra facials and dermaplaning. I was so impressed with the results from both treatments that I also scheduled my son for acne facials and laser treatments. I went to Michelle being concerned about fine lines, spots and after talking more about it- I ended up doing microdermabrasion and laser genesis. My skin felt so much smoother after microdermabrasion and decided it was a good move to combine before laser genesis. It was a very pleasant experience and Michelle sent aftercare directions and helped me pick out an eye cream. I liked that she help guide you but didn't pressure into anything. Michelle has helped me so much with my skin. I cannot stress how much I deeply appreciate her. I have struggled with issues like acne scars, uneven texture, and hyperpigmentation for a while. Michelle is very experienced, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had related to skincare and the treatments their place offers. She will initially ask about your general concerns, consider skin type (dry, oily, combination), and your current skincare routine during consultation and go off from there before settling on treatment options suited for you. I honestly feel that Michelle takes care of me. I personally came in for a pico laser appointment at first and the experience was good. I already had a few treatments done and with each visit, she always asks about how I felt about the sessions and if I was feeling okay during the process when I'm with her. I value my comfort, well being and safety so I'm grateful for her for always checking with me. Pico laser can get uncomfortable, everyone's pain tolerance to the machine will vary a little depending on your skin sensitivity. Thankfully the numbing cream applied prior to the session made it bearable. Michelle is understanding, kind and sincerely wants to help with your skin. She made it a point saying that results from treatments require a lot of patience and get better with time. They are quite an investment and how I take care of myself outside of those treatments is also very critical in how all that connects to overall skin health-- I learned so much from her and understand that more now. Michelle gives sensible, heartfelt advice and feedback. She will ask a little about lifestyle. She takes the time to talk about on how I can take care of the health of my skin more effectively (like changes to diet or routine, tips on managing stress level etc.) just like she did with explaining how their treatments and machines work. Michelle sometimes suggests or recommends supplements and skincare products she feels will help with maintenance and managing acne, depending on your condition and what your body needs. I use some of products she recommended for me now and they have helped me immensely in keeping the results I got from my treatments. Overall, my skin is healthier, I feel more confident in myself and feel that I can take care of my skin more better! My improvement and progress so far wouldn't have been possible without the help of Michelle. I recommend her to anyone seeking treatment for scars and acne issues.

The sun damage looks so much better after even one treatment and I still have 2 more laser treatments to go! Wow!!! Okay I don’t get facials often and this is exactly what I needed. Michelle did wonders for my skin. I walked away with clear skin. She removed my blackheads, milia (non acne bumps). I struggled with acne and resulting acne scars. Also, pigmentation for years. I tried many treatments such as HydraFacial, IPL and Laser Genesis with minimal results. Then, I received Picosure Laser treatments with excellent results. My skin turned smoother, brighter with much more even skin tone and texture after 6 treatments with Pico sure laser. After 6 treatments, I am offered 50% discount for Pico-sure laser maintenance treatment …..very happy and highly recommend it.

I came across Michelle's while vacationing on the island. I wanted a facial and bikini wax and booked based upon her reviews. I am so glad I did. Despite myself arriving 15 minutes late after having difficulty locating the street, Michelle still greeted me pleasantly and completed my full facial session. The suite is clean and relaxing. It was clear from the beginning that customer service, my comfort and satisfaction was her #1 priority. I appreciate this so much. My facial was top notch, my skin looks amazing. Again, Michelle always making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I was able to really relax during this facial. Angel completed my wax and did an amazing job. As we know a bikini wax is not usually a comfortable service, but this was the least painful wax I have ever had. Angel was also very conscious of my comfort and satisfaction, making customer service her priority. I will be visiting these ladies each time I am on Oahu. It's too bad I have to wait until then to see them!

Michelle's Beauty & Wellness Center is amazing. It has a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. It is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've had a couple of LED Body treatments and it is a great treatment for relaxation. It feels amazing and you leave feeling completely rejuvenated! I can't say enough about the HydraFacial treatment, I have tried many different treatments to lighten the sun spots on my face; none of them really worked. I discussed my skin concerns with Angel and Michelle and they knew exactly what I needed. At first I was skeptical, but I have to admit that Michelle and the staff is very knowledgeable in beauty and skin care. I have noticed such great results from my first treatment that I went back for more. So far, I have had 2 treatment sessions and I am so excited with the results! My skin looks and feels absolutely amazing! The sun spots on my face have begun to lighten significantly and the pores on my face appear much smaller and less noticeable. My skin looks GREAT!!! Although most of them were facials, I was looking for a Brazilian wax and after reading some amazing reviews I decided to book an appointment and it was a perfect experience. They are the perfect place for waxing and pampering if you're looking for a place that will give you A1 quality service and will have you feeling extremely relaxed.... this is the place. Michelle did my arm pits and did an amazing job they were softer than a baby's bum. Angel did my Brazilian wax and she answered any questions I had. She walked me through the process and ensured that I was satisfied and happy with my results, that meant a lot to me. I love how present and unique they are in their services. Every experience is so personal and I feel like that makes it super special. 20/10 recommend. If you're a first time waxer this would be your perfect place here in Oahu.

This place is amazing! The lady at the front desk is so helpful, patient and informative! My esthetician, Michelle was outstanding! My skin looks so much better after the initial visit and using their home care products for nearly 2 months. I am excited for my next anti acne facial! The extractions do hurt quite a bit, so just be prepared! But the end result is so worth it! The whole spa is beautiful, clean, warm and cozy. Wow! What an experience! I went to get my eye lashes lifted and tinted for the first time. I am very active and rarely wear makeup. I wanted to feel more confident with a bare face. I was greeted so warmly by Michelle. She was referred to me from a friend, who had the most amazing lashes. I relaxed on a comfy massage table, legs propped up, a water fountain next to me for ambiance, and before she worked on my eyes she used essential oils and greeted my head with a gentle quick massage. I'm not generally one to write a review, but I've been to Michelle's 2x now and had a great experience both times. I originally went after buying a Groupon for a lash lift, tint, and keratin treatment. I have long lashes that usually stick straight out and touch my glasses. The end result was perfect, a nice beautiful natural curl that brightened up my eyes and lasted for almost 8 weeks. I was so happy with it and ended up buying a 3 service package that was comparable to the Groupon so that I could keep up the look, and I referred my good friend (she has a referral program too). The next time I came I got to try her new full body red light therapy machine too before my lash lift service. Once again great experience and not disappointed. She even applied some wonderful facial products before I left (her own special blend). Groupon purchases are seriously hit or miss for me. So glad I found Michelle's. Or derma builder booster (deposit protein to your skin) . Help Fine lines and wrinkles . I love the hydrafacial with those two booster in my skin. The esthetician did great job .Their stuffs are Knowledgeable and friendly,amazing vibes from the cleanliness to the music!
