So I had seen the Fix advertised on multiple occasions and went to try it out on a Saturday. We were a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. Erin the woman who works at the front desk was super nice and very informative. We were looking just to get one of their boosters that they offer. We decided to get 2 boosters (sunshine & anti-aging). The nurse that administered them (Lindsay) was so nice and made us feel comfortable. She explained the whole process. A day after receiving the booster shot I felt wonderful as did my husband. We’ve been back for multiple occasions and have definitely taken advantage of the Wednesday happy hour special for boosters. I highly recommend this place!

The Fix is amazing! I go every week for an IV and booster shots and have nothing but nice things to say. The staff is welcoming and helpful with answering any questions you may have. The owner, Erin, is wonderful and keeps her business very clean with a calming atmosphere so you can relax and enjoy the experience. All of the nurses I have had have been comforting, professional and so nice, which makes the experience so pleasant considering there are needles involved! They have complementary waters, sparkling waters, teas. etc. to sip on while you get your IV and also have the comfiest blankets you can use if you get chilly. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I took my husband here and it was our first time ever trying IV with vitamins. He was not feeling well at all and very dehydrated. He said within moments he was no longer in pain and felt so much better. He had a great experience and we would definitely go back here again.

Absolutely love this place!! Erin and her staff are the best and make you so feel comfortable when you walk through their door. My mom and I love to go and get boosters whenever we are able too and we can definitely feel the difference. The Power Boost, and Glow Boost are just a couple of my favorites. The Relax Boost is another one of my go to because it really seems to help with stress and my chronic migraines, such a great and easy alternative to taking a bunch of vitamins everyday. If you haven’t checked out The Fix yet, you don’t know what a gem you’re missing!

I have had 2 IV Therapies and cannot say enough how my energy level has improved. Not only is their facility spotless, they make you feel at home. Erin, the owner, as well as the nurse on duty, were always checking in on me to make sure I’m warm enough (cozy blankets provided) and if I need any water, etc. On Wed’s they do a great deal on boosters! Give it a try!!!!

I've been to the Fix in WH 3x's now and this place is amazing. I have Crohn's disease, and in the past, dehydration would send me to the ER for fluids. Not only was this expensive, but I never had the option of getting an IV BEFORE the symptoms got bad enough for the ER. Now, at the first sign that I may need to have my fluids "topped off", I head to the Fix. The place is spotless clean......the person at the desk was constantly wiping things down if she wasn't attending to customers. The nurses I have had were professional and courteous....this place is fantastic. :)

I am so happy I found this place. I go once a week for the happy hour booster. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are so beautiful and kind. Since going I have noticed improvement in my hair and nails. I also had a few of the fixes and immediately felt hydrated and full of energy. Once you go trust me you will be back again and again.

I am new to the services offered at The Fix. Last month (April 2021), I received the Foxy Fix. I felt wonderful afterwards and felt the effects for about three weeks. This month so far(May 2021), I received a couple of boosters and will be getting the Slim Fix later this month. Service is wonderful and very knowledgable when I ask my many questions!! Also pampering with the comfortable furniture and beverages offered!

A++++ IV Bar!! I’ve been into the IV Therapy thing for years and visited many different places throughout the county, and The Fix is by far my favorite. They do a great job at keeping the process quick AND relaxing. It’s always super clean, which is a plus especially in the COVID era & the nurses are nice and understanding when people are visiting for their first time/a little afraid of needles. 5/5 recommend to all of my friends and colleagues!

I Love the Fix. I window shopped for a while before I finally stepped in. I love the atmosphere. The lounge they sit you in is very comfortable. The staff is extremely outgoing and humble. So far I have done the fit fix. B12 shot. Dose of Sunshine (Vitamin C) and Glutathione. I always feel hydrated immediately. Then very energetic for the week after. I am very much planning to go back. Leaning towards the Rocket Boost.

I’ve never been to a place that is cleaner than this. Danielle the nurse got me right in my first time and every time. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I came when I had a stomach bug and wanted to avoid the filthy ER. Not only did I receive the fluids I needed but they have a variety of vitamins and boosters for all different health conditions. These extras are not a available at the ER or the Dr. offices. The afternoon after my first treatment I felt amazing and was able to keep down fluids and eat again. It saved me! The space is relaxing and comfortable. It’s like sitting in a spa but receiving the absolute best medical care there is. The chairs are comfy, candles lit and music playing. And as I said, I’ve never been anywhere that is cleaner. Located downtown in West Hartford, there is ample on street and off street parking that is free. On my second visit I met the owner Erin, who also is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Both ladies also have beautiful bedside manner and make you feel welcome, heard, and respected. I believe they both also use the services themselves. I find comfort that they wouldn’t give me something that they wouldn’t take themselves. If you need fluids, vitamins, immune support, to just feel healthier and more energized or for beauty this is the answer. The website is quite informative and during busy times the staff makes themselves available to answer questions. I can not express how grateful I am to have found this place and I have never felt better in my life.

I have been twice. Once for a booster and then for an fix and booster. it is really a wonderful relaxing place. The staff is warm and inviting. The process is relatively painless. They even give you a hot pack after an injection! I will be back on Wednesdays for happy hour! I recommend this place!

I've been twice in the last 6 weeks - both times for a hydration fix after an illness and then for hydration following a long weekend of flying. Felt noticeably better both times! The environment is spotlessly clean yet still welcoming and cozy. The staff does everything possible to make you comfortable and valued. It's totally relaxing. I have been going to the fix every week for 4+ months now. I LOVE IT! I come for the sunshine booster (Vit D). I am in and out in 15 mins even during happy hour time. Erin is always so pleasant, the nursing staff (Danielle) is knowledgeable about all concerns or questions. My labs have gone up significantly with the Vit D subQ, it has been a life saver. Also The Fix is in a convenient area, beautiful location.

The fix is magical! Whoever thought I’d look forward to getting shots? Wednesday happy hour is where it’s at. Not only are boosts half off, they give you wine and cheese, too! See? Magical. The vibe is so cozy and welcoming, it makes you want to take on all the IV therapy you can get. Not to mention, I feel amazing after boost shots - especially the vitamin D during these horrid cold winter months. The owner is a doll. Everyone should get a fix!! HIGHLY recommend:)

So I have to say I’ve been hooked on the Fix since I first found it about 8 months ago. I highly recommend the IV drips with boosters in the weekes in between. I have eliminated popping tons of oral vitamins & prefer to get necessary vitamins this way. ~It has boosted my immune system, improved my mood immensely, relieved some stress and helped In my weight loss. I will continue to bring my friends and recommend the Fix to those who need a boost.

I went to The Fix after an unfortunate bout of food poisoning. Unfortunately, that accelerated some serious dehydration and a bad migraine. The nurses were very kind and knowledgeable and explained all the options that would help my situation. I had the Simple Fix and by the time i was half way through the bag, the throbbing in my head had ceased and i was feeling human again. I relaxed on the couch under a cozy blanket and zoned out while being checked on every so often. Everyone was incredibly kind even though i was in very rough shape upon arrival. I will most definitely be back for more! Thank you!
