I had my first Diamond Glow treatment with Carmen and it was an amazing experience. My skin has never looked or felt better and Carmen took the time to explain how to keep my skin looking and feeling that way all the time. I really appreciated the time she took to educate me. All the staff I spoke with were super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and treatments. I am looking forward to going back soon!

Kelsey is an amazing injector and Nurse Practitioner! My Botox lasts so much longer with whatever magic she’s doing. I also use the Glastonbury location for IPL and have gotten rid of a ton of sun damage with those treatments. Always happy to see everyone and happy to schedule my next treatment. Definitely consider the membership too. Saves you a ton of money!

Today I had the best experience with Carmen at The Medspa in West Hartford. My medical facial (Hydrofacial) was not only luxurious and relaxing but an aesthetic masterpiece. Carmen has a wealth of knowledge (not to mention a higher Ed degree as a biologist) whose expertise comes from over 25+ years in the medical spa industry. She spent a significant amount of time discussing my daily routines, my diet, my sun exposure history, as well as my needs for long term care. I was impressed, and to be honest, I am rarely impressed (I am a skeptical native NJ girl). I’m looking forward to sticking with her as a client for years to come. The Medspa is gorgeous, quiet (a must for me), comfortable and immaculately clean. Stop in, I swear you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. It’s the only local place in the west Hartford area that I’ve been to that has consistently given me great results. Probably because I make sure to research how long a place has been around to make sure I’m picking a person with real experience. Whenever I’m in town I book ahead to be sure to have an appt lined up to keep up my coolsculpting and botox results. They also have promos available too. The owner(?) Roni is the sweetest person! Always so welcoming and so knowledgeable about which procedures to get for maximum results (and also which ones to avoid which is just as important). Thanks for always letting me ask my dozens of questions about fillers and peels!

I had a "Skinwave" yesterday. While it's not a facial in the traditional sense, it was incredibly relaxing and I honestly have to say, I think it really did reduce my fine-lines immediately. I think I've had 3 facials in my lifetime and this was by far the coolest experience, Great Mother's Day gift if you don't know what to ask for! I felt very safe during these covid times. Yiu have a beautiful space and wonderful staff.

What can I say. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB!!!. Felt totally safe as they seem overly careful. They treated me with such respect. This was my first time as I am pretty young, and the Botox was perfect. Just the right amount and really made me look natural and refreshed. Coolsculpting is NEXT on my list. They have a beautiful space. Super friendly staff!!!!

I chose to meet with Caroline based on a recommendation. To get more information on cool sculpting. I was so impressed every thing from the beginning, the hotel itself is spectacular, i was welcomed with open arms into the Medspa and i was so impressed with Caroline's knowledge and her kind and comforting manner. She explained everything to me and gave me options, not pushy at all. Then i met with Ronnie to discuss pricing and again was so comfortable and she explained everything in detail and even told me about financing options. On the day of my appointment i felt great the entire experience was even easier than i had expected. A little cold here and very minor discomfort there but overall im so glad i made the choice to move forward and have this done. Today is the day after and really im just sore like the feeling of doing to many crunches but not bad at all. I am so excited for my results plus just knowing i put this time and money into myself has given me even more incentive to keep up my work outs at home and stay on a healthy track. I would highly recommend this Medspa and the cool sculpting procedure to anyone who is looking to better themselves and feel great.

What a wonderful and kind experience I just had. I’m local in West Hartford and I stopped by Delamar Hotel for lunch and decided to check out the Spa for a facial. I ended up meeting their Medspa Director and booked an appointment for Botox. Caroline is such a caring Nurse Practice and really took her time with me. It was a unique experience as usually I get Botox elsewhere and this was the first time I was “listened” to. So much time was taken and I felt so special. I was seen a few weeks later and then booked Coolsculpting. I relaxed for a few hours of me time and they even brought me up lunch from their awesome restaurant, Artisan. I’m looking forward to seeing my results and being a patient for life. Bravo to this wonderful addition to West Hartford. So unique, so discreet and so relaxing.
