I did a zoom evaluation for Cool Sculpting and another procedure. The lady was nice enough, but the price was far more than I would have thought. I could have afforded $3700 for my upper tummy and lower tummy, but not $3700 just my lower yummy. Thank you for the service of evaluation....

Overall, I think the staff and service were excellent (10/10), and I would recommend Ideal Image to others. In particular, Nurse Amanda was amazing and very thorough with her work! The only qualm I have is with the consultants. I suggest having medically trained staff weigh in on consultations because having sales people decide which treatments are effective for clients is not very objective. Personally, the consultants gave me me inaccurate information, but thankfully Amanda is amazing and made things work for me!

Loved my whole experience! I researched a few places around town and decided on Ideal Image because I knew for sure their hair removal treatment was 100% legit, some places are cheaper but it’s not permanent (and you might not know until after). The staff was always EXTREMLY kind and nice to me. Communication and scheduling was very easy. More importantly, now that I’m finally done (after almost two years) I love my results. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the price is pretty high, but honestly I’d still do it again.

It was overall very accommodating. The sales process was long, but very clear in what you are agreeing to. The only pushy part was to set up the first apt after closing the sale. No biggie. Unfortunately, what I agreed to for financing is not what it appeared to be in the first bill. I panicked. I immediately reached out to my sales rep via email on a Sunday questioning the rate. She replied right away! On a SUNDAY! I was so surprised and so grateful! The following day via email I sent her a pic of the bill and she worked directly with the lender for me! In the end it was the right terms of the financing agreed to, just a funky bill presentation. My sales rep even stayed after hours to personally call me and ensure I was well taken care of and understood everything. I am very happy with how Ideal Image turned around a feeling of doubt into a new forever client. If you have the chance to work with Sales rep, Marie I, do it! She is the best example of outstanding service I have received in years. Now to find out how in spa service will be in a couple weeks for the first appointment.

I have gotten most services done here over the past year. I can honestly say I love all the nurses. They take such great care of you and address any/all concerns you may have. They make you feel comfortable in very vulnerable situations. The consultants have been nothing less than honest with me as well. I’m not a great “candidate” for some services I wanted, so they made sure to tailor my services to what would work best to get my expected results. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable for questions. They act professional, always offer me a beverage when I walk in, and have a smile on their face! I have not had a bad experience here yet!

The staff was friendly and efficient, however my last two appointments were in a treatment room that looked to also be used for storage. I was also told that I was paying for 10-12 treatments depending on hair growth, but at my 10th appointment, I was told that was it and I had to pay for any further treatments. I never achieved full hair removal and was disappointed that I was mislead in my initial consultation.

I have recently moved from a different medical spa in the area over to Ideal Image. From the moment that I sent an inquiry the spa was extremely responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. I believe that the hair-removal contract should be based off of number of appointment times rather than monthly/time. It is occasionally very difficult to schedule an appointment that works within that "appointment in 6 week" timeframe and still get the most laser hair removal for your money. The staff is very nice and helpful, but corporate needs to change patient satisfaction to their priority- because Ideal Image as a whole is not something I would recommend when there are other companies that prioritize patient's results rather than making them pay additional fees if their initial treatment did not do the work it was intended to in that time. All people's bodies and hair growth is not time interval dependent and this should be implemented before I recommend their service. I personally am happy with the results but wish that there could be more accommodation for specific cases.

Nothing wrong with the visit. I’m just upset and feel deceived - I thought I was coming for electrolysis only to find out it was just another laser hair removal - which I have done in the past. And I feel marketing and consultation is just a play on words. Hair growth in unwanted places is an emotional things for people and I feel your advertising took advantage of that. I have decided to cancel my treatment plan going forward because this is NOT what I want. I want permanent hair removal not reduction. Be honest with people…laser is a choice for some and that’s okay.

So far I've only had the consultation. The first call after submitting my interest in service was great. The lady told me what to expect for the zoom meeting and set up a time that worked for me. The call for the consultation was first by a representative that then put me on hold for over 20min which I did not enjoy, but once I was on the phone with Anthony, I had a great consultation and he was able to answer my questions and supplied all the information I was looking for with a follow up email. His timelines was greatly appreciated and he was great to talk to. Update** Just had my first visit. It went great! Victoria was informative, made me feel comfortable and has a quick process. I went in thinking it was going to be very painful and of course there are some areas more sensitive that others but it is quick and doesn't linger. Victoria made sure I was doing well all along the way. Most areas didn't hurt at all. Can't wait for my next treatment!

I went in for a consultation for Laser Hair Removal; Emily was my consultant and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process and what to expect both during and after treatment. I felt very comfortable with my decision to move forward and she was able to get me in the same day just 20min after the consultation! I really wish I could remember the nurse's name who did the Laser Hair Removal but she was very nice, professional (she has been a nurse for 25 years) and made me feel super comfortable during the treatment. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. I did not feel insecure or concerned about choosing Ideal Image and their staff. I am already considering other treatments!!!

I purchased 2 syringes of juviderm from my online consultant Jane McGinn for lip fillers! My first time ever and I was SO nervous!! When I arrived to the spa, everyone was super nice!! The nurse that did my injections was awesome! Her name was Kim and I would definitely recommend her and ask for her again! The pain was not even close to what I was expecting and I had almost NO bruising!!! My lips look great and I’m getting lots of compliments!! Definitely would recommend!!!

Currently I am receiving laser hair removal treatment on my bikini and under arms. I was able to purchase a package for the two areas, and pay on it as a loan. I started my laser hair removal journey just before COVID really hit the USA. During the lockdown I was unable to receive treatment, but a week before we were able to open back up I received a call to schedule my next session. Everyone is on top of their game here. My technician was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. I have not had to "shave" my chin, in almost a month, this is huge for me. I was actually brought to tears, over how happy I am with the results of laser treatment. My only concern at this point is rather or not I will "run" out of time. My understanding when I signed up was that my visits for laser treatment were "until" the hair was gone- I didn't realize I had a limited number of visits, in fact I specifically remember the young lady that signed me saying it was lifetime maintenance meaning if a stray "poppep" up I could go in for a follow-up. She assured me that even if I moved, I would have this options. The last few times I have gone, they talked about it being my last few visits- yesterday I asked the young lady if I was running out of visits, she checked at the front desk. The receptionist told her my contract was one that was not extended (due to COVID). So I am slightly confused. I love this service, and have been so very happy with the results. I would hate to not have the option to maintain my hairless face :)

Laser hair removal for my underarms has worked wonderfully so far. The treatments are quick but very painful by the 5th appointment (nothing like getting struck by a rubber band). Kim Vanderveen is the best RN there! I had most of my treatments with her. She always took good care of me and always asked how I wanted the process to go. Definitely schedule with her.

I've been going to Ideal Image for a couple sessions and almost due for another. I'm getting laser hair removal done from an area I've always hated having hair. After the couple sessions I've had, it's already been much nicer with less hair in that area. If it continues to go well and I get full hair removal results, I'm thinking about doing some other areas on my body that I hate, just not as much as what I'm doing now. The staff always makes you feel extremely welcome! I was nervous my first visit but since I've been there, I've always felt comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend them for this type of service if you are able to have it done. Update 07/03/2018: So I'm almost finished with my first hair removal area and am very happy with the results as I got exactly what I was hoping for. I have started another area of removal which is a lot more sensitive so it hurts more but after going the second time around, it wasnt as bad as the first. I am loving the results I see a few weeks after my appointments and am excited to keep coming back for more despite the little bit of pain. Its worth it in the end!! Will continue to go here and get more done as I'm able to. The staff are still very polite and professional.

She totally made feel comfortable, answering all questions and explaining everything to me so that I could understand and feel prepared for what I was getting into. I am re-reviewing: Ideal image is still a wonderful place to go. All the employees are kind and very friendly every time I come in. But lately the music has been very strange. One minute you have pop and the next is explicit rap music. The music before was pop but family friendly. It is hard to stay calm and relax when you are not sure what will come on the radio next. I would really love if the music got change to what it was before. I am having laser hair removal for my face and it is amazing and the results are spectacular. Every time I go all the ladies are so sweet. They greet you with a smiling face and are always so nice. I highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone who wants hair removal or any of the other procedures that they offer. You will always be greeted with kindness and a smile.

I just went in for my free consultation today and was a little nervous going it. I didn’t really know what to expect so I was keeping an open mind. Everyone I talked to there was super friendly and I immediately felt so relaxed. I kept asking questions and each one was met with a reassuring answer. I went in there expecting just a consultation, but ended up having my first session done right away. Kim did my procedure and she was fantastic. Kept asking how I was doing and making sure nothing was bothering me too much. Just a perfect experience. If anyone is scared about having hair removed this way, I would definitley recommend coming in and talking to someone. Amazing, amazing place. I’ve had a few sessions of laser hair removal (Brazilian/Bikini Line and Underarms) with Melissa, a registered nurse. While some of those reviewing mentioned their prices, they offer a better quality, cleaner, and safer experience than others. You get what you pay for, and in my experience, it’s worth it. I feel so much better receiving laser hair removal treatments from those who are skilled in the medical field. Each time I go in, I’m reminded of how very friendly, professional and careful are their reception as well as medical staff. Although some areas are more sensitive than others, Melissa has been quick and extremely cognizant to any and all possible discomfort, immediately applying these areas with a cooling gel and making my experience absolutely carefree. I can’t wait to have completely smooth skin! After finishing up my current sessions (the hair is already so much softer and grows more slowly already!), I’ll be coming back to get my legs done as soon as possible.

I recently did cool sculpting after years of contemplating it. It has been three months since my procedure and I’m very disappointed with my results. At three thousand dollars I feel there should have been significant results. High price low results. After my 90 day check up I was kindly offered to have a second treatment, but could never afford to shell out thousands for this. I feel that I was not 100% educated on this procedure and wish I would have asked more questions. In saying that, I didn’t know my three grand was for one procedure and that clients often do more than one. I was in the mind set that it was a one and done. If I had known, I would never have moved forward with getting this done. I’m ashamed I didn’t do more research. After going to Ideal Image for years (Botox and laser hair removal), I suppose I just blindly trusted. I understand that Cool Sculpting is a procedure that has helped many. I just didn’t know that to get results, multiple treatments would be needed. I love Ideal Image. They’ve been wonderful for me. I just feel a little duped by Cool Sculpting’s promise. I take responsibility for not doing my part in educating myself.
