I’ve been going to Felicia for years. She is absolutely wonderful and insanely talented. But because of the fact she is so highly requested, she recommended I book with Raven when I called for a last minute appointment before an impromptu trip. Raven exceeded my expectations and solidified that Ageless Beauty is truly the best facial spa in the greater Grand Rapids area. You can’t go wrong with any of the specialist that work there. The cleanliness & professionalism is equally matched with their friendly personalities & candor. It’s like spending a day at a spa with your best friends when you come in. If you haven’t gone to Ageless Beauty, you’re missing out.

Had my first facial at Ageless Beauty Friday night with Felicia. I was impressed with the time taken to evaluate my skin to select the best products needed. I have sensitive dry skin with rosacea. Not only was the facial very relaxing, but my skin felt so smooth and amazing afterwards. The atmosphere is gorgeous and relaxing. I have never had a skin routine and I enjoyed the education Felicia provided during the service. I have left with scheduling my next appointment in my series in two weeks with Jessica and am looking forward to getting my skin care routine on track. I went to Ageless Beauty and got a Hydro Facial from their employee. Raven. I've never had any kind of spa service before and I usually struggle with dry skin around the T area. Raven took her time to explain their products to me and the benefits of a healthy skin care routine. They provided me a weeks worth of cleanser and moisturizer and after going through that my skin has never felt better. I went to see Felicia at Ageless to do the new Hyaluron Pen. So amazing! We used it in my lips, and then the area from the nose to the outer lip, that tends to lose volume with age. It's very non-invasive, and perfect for those that adjust like needles..... or pain. Felicia is very patient, professional, and takes her time to put it exactly where it should be. Felicia is absolutely incredible!! I recently tried the Fibroblast and I am THRILLED with the result!! Wow, I wish I would have tried this procedure years ago. I have always struggled with eye bags and with only one treatment my eye wrinkles are permanently reduced by about 75%!! I have also noticed my eye bags are significantly reduced. I used to have to pile on the concealer to face my day, and now at 40 years old I can go makeup free!! I feel amazing about myself and I am now a true believer in the power of Fibroblast. The results from the Fibroblast are permanent and last for years. I feel as thought I had a natural looking professional eye lift. I am going to do one more treatment and my eye wrinkles will be permanently gone for YEARS!! I feel amazing about myself and my confidence has has increased so much. I've been seeing Nikki since about last June for regular sugaring appointments. Before going to Ageless Beauty, I waxed occasionally but never stuck with constant hair removal. This salon feels like a hidden gem! The prices are great, the location is convenient in Eastown, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, the quality of the product (sugaring is way better for my sensitive skin than harsh wax) and Nikki is so personable that my appointments go quickly so I'm not thinking about the actual hair removal process. I plan on trying more of the services that Ageless Beauty provides and plan on sticking to this salon as long as I'm in the area. I Would definitely recommend for sugaring hair removal!

I have been struggling with consistent acne for years and have tried many skincare lines and products, even all natural and expensive ones. The combination of consistent use of this skincare line and the facials/peels that Felicia offers has helped my skin tremendously. Felicia walked me through everything and made sure I was confident in the process. It has been just about a year since I started seeing Felicia at Ageless Beauty and let me tell you, I have never looked and felt as confident with my skin as I do now. I am someone who has always struggled with severe acne and I felt like I had literally tried just about everything under the sun to “cure” it (ProActiv, Clinique’s Acne Solutions system, many prestige brand acne treatments (which included hundreds of dollars spent at ULTA), topical acne cream prescriptions, topical and oral antibiotics, many birth controls, a round of Accutane, changing my diet, etc.). Last year was my wedding year, so I wanted my skin to be glowing. Felicia was highly referred to me by a friend and I decided to schedule an appointment. I’ll admit – I knew nothing about facials, chemical peels, etc. when I walked into Ageless Beauty. All I had ever known was prescriptions and generic 3-step acne cleansing systems. From the day I walked in to the present, Felicia has always been super understanding, welcoming, informative, and shows a genuine interest in her willingness to help me improve my skin. My treatments are always thoroughly explained, and my questions are always answered, whether that is while I’m with her for an appointment or in-between appointments. Thanks to Felicia’s knowledge along with my consistency, my face has never looked as good as it does now. I actually get compliments about how great my skin looks (which is honestly something that I never thought would happen)!!! The plan Felicia put in place to treat my acne included chemical peels, microdermabrasion, consistently using an at-home Face Reality system, and consciousness of the use of products that can cause flair ups. I am so glad I took a leap of faith and put my trust into Felicia because I can truly say that I am so much more comfortable with my skin than I have ever been in my life.

I added photos with almost exactly a year difference with my treatment! Make the call & appointment. Felicia has been doing acne treatments on me for the past couple months. I get compliments on my skin/improvement all the time, even my mother who is the most honest person in the world commented on my improvement the other day. I’ve learned a lot of things about skin care and even birth controls that can affect your skin that I would’ve never known without seeing her. I highly recommend trying and sticking with her acne treatments (multiple treatments is key)!! Felicia is so personable, sweet, helpful and you can tell her overall goal is for your skin to be the best it can be.
