I do hormone therapy. Walking through the front door of Chapter the front desk staff is amazing. It is such a welcoming, warm environment. It is comfortable with a sense of belonging. I have treatments with Amber who is the most darling girl ever. She is warm and personable and is just a joy to be with. I look forward to seeing her for every treatment. I love it here.

I love this place! Super friendly staff, especially Riley. She’s such a gem! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was super patient with me. My injector Jess was also amazing. She explained everything in detail and was so caring during the service.

I have seen Tana the last two appointments for Botox injection. I have had others in the past that were good but Tana did an excellent job. She is up to date on the latest injection techniques. She tried something a little different for my forehead and it was perfection. No heavy feeling in the forehead and very natural looking expression as far as eyebrows go. I was ready to end my membership due to living out of town but Tana has changed my mind on that idea 😊

They were so accommodating when it came to my membership and now I just received the sweetest comfort gift in the mail from them 😭 They are so thoughtful and I really feel like they care about me as a person instead of just a customer. - Reasonable prices, amazing service, professional, clean, friendly.. I could go on and on. I love going to Kacey for LHR. She makes you feel so comfortable and she’s thorough! She makes sure she gets every spot on the area you’ve asked for which is MUCH appreciated. I never feel rushed through with her.

I just finished my final Vivace treatment at Rejuv. I’ve been having trouble with acne, acne scarring and melasma. This treatment coupled with PRP has been a game-changer for my skin. Unbelievably happy! I experienced reduction of acne considerably, lightening of the scarring and melasma and overall, an even skin texture and tone. Pore size is smaller and my skin is tighter. It looks plumper with fewer fine lines and wrinkles. BONUS! I’ve worked with most of the women at Rejuv. But notably for this experience: Kyra is the bomb! Sweetest human ever. They are courteous (and discreet) and always have a kind greeting and an offering of refreshments even when they look crazy busy, they set the tone for what always is a calm and relaxing experience. The services staff are top notch, book before you leave because these people have appointments sometimes two months out! The spa is beautiful-everything for the comfort of the customer. The product lines are always an offering of the best and if better and newer formulas become available, Rejuv is probably the first to know, and their well-trained staff is very patient with recommendations and will even let you know if a product is not something you need. My skin looks great in my 50's and going to Rejuv for treatments and products is something good to do for yourself. Five stars PLUS!

I recently scheduled for a 30 min consultation to discuss bio-identical hormone therapy. However, during our visit the staff realized there might be more going on with me than just hormone related imbalances so I was asked to return for another hour long consultation. After two visits at Rejuv, I can confidently give them 5 stars. I was, and remain, so impressed by their quality of care. Instead of charging me for a program that may or may not help given my thyroid issues, Charmaine had the integrity to evaluate my individual circumstances and then have an honest, in-depth discussion with me based off of her findings. In their line of work, I find that honest to goodness candor is sometimes lacking; more often than not, medical spas just want to sell you whatever services they offer. Not Rejuv. I trust them even more now because they made sure I was involved in my care and, more importantly, they gave me realistic expectations for treatment outcomes. I’m excited to move forward and will highly recommend them to everyone I encounter.

I had an appointment with Casey Hoover and Aubrey Rohlek to have a few “suspicious” spots looked at and possibly removed. I was able to get in within the week that I called (which has been a huge frustration of mine trying to get in at Sanford Dermatology in any sort of reasonable amount of time). I do not have much experience with Rejuv other than a couple of phone calls and a short visit to try to get a B-12 shot. The first time I called no one answered so I left a message and no one called back. I called a few weeks later and was given information and went in to get a B-12 shot but was not able to due to some kidney issues that needed to be reviewed by the doctor. I was told they would get back to me after the doctor reviewed my medical history. It has been two weeks and again, no one has called me back. Everyone was very friendly when I was there but so far I am less than impressed with their follow up. I left another message today. I am hoping I hear back this time.

The cool sculpting is advertised as no pain procedure. This is not true it hurts so very bad after, but the results are going to out weigh the pain I endured. The staff was very accommodating and tried to ease the pain.. Then about a week after when the nerve endings come back it feels as someone is walking on your stomach with broken glass constantly. That lasted 3 days. Lots of pain killers and wrapping my stomach area helped some. Just wanted to give that warning out there, it is a lot more painful than advertised. Overall the staff and accommodations are excellent.
