The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how clean it was there and I was able to relax in the sauna while watching a show. It was such a unique experience, very different than the typical gym sauna. Thank you for a great experience-we will be back.

I can’t recommend this place enough! My husband and I both have memberships and we love it! The staff is so friendly and inviting, the rooms are always clean and that 40 minute session is everything I need! What a perfect way to unplug and just relax or catch up on your favorite shows with Netflix or Hulu!

The experience exceeded my expectations.... the knowledgeable and informative staff greeted us upon our arrival and promptly walked us though the steps needed for an amazing visit! The entire session was professional in appearance and execution. First I want to say that the staff is wonderful!! They are always welcoming and very kind. I made a suggestion to add a coat rack in the bathroom and it was installed that same week, now that is amazing service!! The space and atmosphere is also beautiful. I am beyond thankful to have access to the saunas and all the benefits I have been getting from going. I look forward to going every week I would go every day if I could, it's that good.

This was a wonderful break from the Iowa winter we’ve been enduring. My wife was tired of the cold and so for her birthday we booked an appointment at Perspire. Everyone was wonderful and warm! It was a great experience to be able to sauna together and we look forward to our next appointment!

Perspire Sauna Studio is something that was greatly needed in the Des Moines area, as many are looking for something extra to add to their health routine. This studio is clean, welcoming and so relaxing. The entire experience is wonderful from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and provide the most relaxing environment. It has been a highlight of my week to decompress for 40 minutes while watching a show or movie and knowing that I’m doing something that will benefit my body is a great perk. Try it out once, and you will be hooked!

I LOVE every trip I take to Perspire. I leave feeling like a brand new woman! The staff is SO friendly + booking a sweat sesh is stress-free. I've visited a handful of times over the last month and have very much enjoyed the "me" time to decompress - but as an added bonus, I'm sleeping more restfully & my anxiety hasn't been as overwhelming. If you’re on the fence about checking this place out, just do it. It’s so worth it. I have a nice sauna and steam room at my gym and was like, “it doesn’t really make sense to pay for this,” but it’s so nice and such a positive experience each time. It does make you feel different than other “regular” saunas or steam rooms. I joked with my partner that I felt like i had just taken a nap or something. Truly glad I found this place and hope to be a customer for many years to come. (Pro tip: get the mood boost spray)

From the moment you step inside it’s warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the whole experience! Everything was all set up to make for a great sauna session. Especially loved the eucalyptus towels for after your done, they really help cool you down! I will definitely be back! After just one session I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin and mental clarity. After three sessions I’m sleeping better than I have in months, and just have a feeling of calmness. Plus I noticed significantly less aches and pains! There are so many benefits! Definitely recommend checking out Perspire!!

They even pay attention to the music I like to listen to while I sweat and have it queued up for when I come in. 10/10 recommend a membership here and using that 40 minutes to shut out the world and recenter.

What a welcome addition Perspire Sauna Studio is to the Des Moines health scene! I have felt so much better with more energy thanks to the red light therapy! Also love the feel of sweating out toxins from my body each week. The staff is ever so friendly and the studio is clean and welcoming! My favorite part of every week! I tried this place out after seeing it pop up and got right in to try it out! Got the 4 time a month package to go once a week. Not only is it such a relaxing 40 minutes but I come out feeling refreshed and can tell the benefits work! The staff are so nice and welcoming and everything is SO clean! I can not forget to mention the chilled eucalyptus cloth that is provided at the end of each session -the absolute best way to end a session! Try it out you will not regret!

I moved here from San Diego looking for an infrared sauna last fall, I am SOO excited that Des Moines finally landed one! I have received so many benefits from better skin, less inflammation, less anxiety, to just having some quality self-care “me” time. I tried out their saunas on grand opening weekend, and I will be a regular! This is going to be my happy place this winter as well. Thank God for opening up in Des Moines!

Love this place! It’s very clean and the saunas are plenty big enough to spend 40 minutes comfortably. The benefits of IR saunas are well established but the added benefit of red light therapy is what takes this experience to a whole new level. Red light therapy promotes collagen production, reduces inflammation, and in more recent studies, shows a significant increase in the balancing of hormones. To be able to get the benefits of both IR heat and red light therapy in one place is worth the price of the membership. This isn’t a luxury; it’s healthcare. But it does feel pretty luxurious 😉
