I have enjoyed my experiences with Meagan for Laser Hair removal. I appreciate her attitude and professionalism. I have a very sensitive skin and she has been supportive when I have had questions, concerns. My appointments have usually been end of the day/ weekend when people aren’t always happy to be at work but she greets me excited, answer my questions, patiently and carefully does the treatment. While the laser hair treatment isn’t an experience similar to others I still leave there with smile on my face and energy. She watches the settings and adjusts it according to my skin need. I can’t say enough! I add, when I have had Spa or Mexican appointments the staff has been very kind, pleasant, and professional. Laura has been great injection Specialist, and the girls up front are very nice and kind, even though it can sometimes get busy at the front desk! Amenities are definitely great but more so are the staff!

Great facility and top notch locker room with Dry Sauna, Steam Bath, Rain Shower and meditation room. Covid precautions adhered to all throughout. Great visit! Only disappointment was trying to settle my bill. It took the desk clerk 3x to figure it out and then I still don’t think it was correct, but in my favor. 🤷‍♀️

Facility was nice ! I was excited for my service but upon leaving I realize that the 120 minute service I drove an hour for... was really only an hour and 15 minutes. They shorted my 45 mins of service time. When I brought it up to reception they seemed not too surprised, didn't argue with me and credited me, saying they would take $25 off and showed my apt time was moved after I got there? So my service was originally scheduled at 10:50 so we got started by 11 the gal went in ever made the appointment time for 10:30? Really would have rather have had the scrub and a 90-minute massage. Which is what I signed up for. The meditation journey. So my advice is pay attention to your time there. There where some other unprofessional things that occurred aswell.

I won a gift card so I tried this new spa. Prices are on the high end so I was grateful for the gift card. I was disappointed that I had to wait 15 minutes before I was even greeted as they were very busy when I came in for my appointment. I was also disappointed that the rain shower wasn't working as part of the amenities package. Hard to do the sauna or steam room when there wasn't anywhere to cool off. The facial itself was top notch. Very relaxing! The only thing I would change about that was to add a noise machine to drown out the talking in the hallway and the cars outside. They really have thought of everything to make your experience a great one from comfy robes to everything you would need for a shower afterwards. I would definitely like to go back but it won't be a regular thing for me due to the high prices. More of an annual trip for something special.

The spa is amazing. Make sure and take time to enjoy the amenities. It feels like you are on vacation at a fancy place but you are right here in Des Moines. My only complaint is the check in and check out should be more private. Some people don’t want everyone knowing what they are having done.

This is by far one of the best Spa's i've been to in a while. I felt great for at least three to four days after the session, which - for me, is rare. Usually my relaxed state wears of after the first day. Maybe it was the detox saunas. Its a bit pricey, but hey its America, Nice things dont come cheap I guess.now I just have to figure out how to make more money so I can do this minimum 3 times a month.
