We bought a new house with a pool and it was a mess! We removed the cover and the water looked like coffee. A friend recommended Central Iowa Pool & Spa and they helped me get the pool crystal clear. Every person I worked with took the time to explain what I needed and ran at least 10 water tests over 3 weeks. Each person there was helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend these fine people to any pool newbies!

Everything went fine except they didn't bring the dollies to move the hottub so they had to go get them. Once they had them they were done in 10 minutes. Very good guys to work with, did a great job..

We had to purchase a replacement hot tub cover. We did this a couple months ago however we still haven’t gotten our new one but that is at no fault of the stores. It Hass to be made and shipped from out of state. Central Iowa pool and spa have been very easy to communicate with and follow up on the status. The staff there has always been very friendly and I would recommend going for anything that you need specific and specialized to your hot tub. I will say the store is overall a little bit pricey.

Hands down the best place in Iowa for all your pool and spa needs. Kate is absolutely amazing and takes her time explaining the process and needs of a pool. We had a very tough opening this year and she spent alot of time helping me get it corrected and making sure we were good to swim. My wife and daughter are enjoying the pool once again and it's all thanks to her and her great team. We also have a contract set to replace our above ground with an inground in 2024 with Mario. Much appreciated you guys, I very happy family with a beautiful clear pool!

Staff is all very helpfull as well as informative to all questions we may have about the care of our pool.They have lots of pool toys- cleaners for the pool- even safety glasses to wear in the pool. I started off late winter, inquiring about pools with several companies. I came across Central Iowa Pool and Spa and was blown away. I asked to come in and go over everything in person so I could have a better understanding, I was blown away by that meeting. Mario is a phenomenal guy, and our family is so grateful for him and his knowledge! After getting the equipment, Mario was still there to have our backs when it came to questions and concerns. Fast forward to having the pool all set and water in it, a trip in to get chemicals tested and the gal was very knowledgeable and wrote exactly what I needed to do. I wouldn't look anywhere else for pools this is the place hands down!!

I purchased my Marin spa the month I retired in 2014. Not only have I told my friends and neighbors but I have also shared with Central Iowa pool and spa leader ship and employees that it was the best purchase I ever made. I use it 12 months out of the year. We built our deck around it and so and so it is easily accessible now and will be as I get older. My wife would echo every comment I’m making here. This visit was because of a flow issue and it was all my fault but the service was not only prompt it was impeccable. This company should be nominated for small business of the year. 2 years ago we bought a cheap pool online (from another company) and set it up ourselves. We have has so many issues with it and Central Iowa Pools has been awesome at helping us fix/replace almost everything. Their prices are a little higher but their knowledge is worth the cost. Everything we have gotten from them has lasted way longer than any replacements from online. When we go to replace the whole pool, will be calling these guys.
