This was the best massage I've ever had and I have had one at the Broadmoor so that is saying something! My massuse Kyle was fabulous. Took my preference sheet and followed it to a T. He continually checked in with me to make sure I was getting the best massage possible. The 90 minutes flew by. I will ABSOLUTELY be back to try them out for other services and to get another A+ massage. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for such a great way to celebrate my birthday!

Great spa! I got a facial and a massage. It was my first facial, so I can't really compare with others, but I really enjoyed it. As for the massage, I've gotten tons of them and this one was excellent. So much so that I fell asleep for a bit hahaha... I asked the girl to massage my scalp too, and that's when it happened 🙃. Oh, and the facial and the massage both had heated massage tables and that was awesome. I had them turn it all the way up and just loved it. I always say my spirit animal is a lizard because if I could have a human sized heated rock at home I totally would 😁 Lastly, I got some super cute earrings while I was there that have gotten me tons of compliments. I also purchased a truffle at the end as a sweet ending - it was delicious.

Just had a facial and prenatal massage here. My massage was very relaxing! I had my facial as well. I’ve had a lot of facials, so I feel I can give some tips here to enhance folks experience. It was nice, and my skin felt great. However, the bed was not very comfortable. I’m 5.7,and it felt like my feel were hanging off. My neck was also feeling like it wasn’t positioned in a relaxing way. I also like when my aesthetician talks about the products and how it helps my skin, but I didn’t get any of this. I tried asking, but i didn’t get much. I’d come back for my massage, but probably not my facial.

I can’t believe it took me so long to get a massage here! For those who don’t know, there is a small gift shop inside with really cute, locally crafted items. I was having neck and shoulder pain due to constantly hunching over my keyboard. My massage therapist was amazing! I felt so much better afterward. The room itself was very spacious and so nicely decorated. It was a great experience. This will be my go-to place from now on.

Just had a massage with Lilly and it was one of the best, if not the best, massages I have ever had. She clearly has a great knowledge of anatomy. In particular, I was impressed with her work on my head and neck, hands and glutes. If you are looking to get an great massage, go see Lilly!

I really enjoyed the massage and great customer service. Unfortunately due to COVID the steam room was closed. Once the facilities reopen, the steam room will be a great bonus with your massage. PRO Reasonable price massages with an option for membership discounts. Staff are very nice and accommodating. CON Not a place to relax with slippers a housecoat and champagne for a "spa day" experience.. I would recommend Indulgences for a massage.

I had my first visit yesterday for some upper back tension. Arlene was fantastic. My massage was wonderful and she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Complimentary steam room with eucalyptus oil towel for your face was heavenly. I enjoyed this very much. Massage room was large, temperature was comfortable. I will be back for sure.

Professional,clean, relaxing & staff is so nice & helpful. I enjoyed the sauna room right before my massage session. I love the many lotions & sprays you can try on & smell. Complementary drinks & all the other stuff is super helpful & comforting. Locker & shower room is always a plus. This was my friend and my first massage/facial, and if we could rate our experiences at Indulgence higher, we would. Jason was my massage therapist, and it was life changing stuff. I fell asleep halfway through it was so relaxing. Yelena did my friend’s facial, and man she highly recommends Yelena for anyone who wants a facial done. Very professional staff, clean facilities, water and snacks. If anyone is looking for a good place to get a relaxing massage/facial, I would recommend Indulgence.

I visit Denver every Memorial Day weekend to visit one of my best friends and I decided to surprise her with a spa day. Being from out of town, I had nothing to go off of other than reviews when selecting a spa. I was pretty impressed with what I read online so I decided to book Indulgence. I’m glad I did, because they did not disappoint. I did an hour massage with Lauren and it was incredible. I’ve only had a facial once before so I added an hour facial after my massage with Yelena. This is the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience, I only wish I could start every day with a facial! Yelena was excellent every step of the way, she answered all of my questions and since I had only had one other facial, she explained each step as we went along. I will certainly be returning when I visit Denver again next year! If you’re looking for a great spa experience, book with Lauren and Yelena!

Indulgences Day Spa is my favorite Spa in Denver. The service is incredible, and I always leave feeling relaxed. The steam room is a great way to start a service, and having a massage from my favorite massage therapist - Tabitha - is THE BEST! The entire establishment is clean and refreshing, and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend this place for a day, or just a moment or two, of relaxation. I recently booked a spa day for my husband, and he was thrilled with how it turned out. It come here as often as I can, and recommend it to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

This is the second time my significant other and I have come to Indulgences Day Spa for a couples massage. We absolutely LOVE it here! My significant other had never had a massage before our first visit and was extremely nervous, his therapist guided him through every step and made him feel extremely comfortable. I also have a disability, but my therapist is always attentive and knows just how to work with me so that I can relax as well. We will continue to come back again and again, and we recommend them to anyone that is looking for a mini vacation here in Denver!

Had a wonderful time at this spa, last weekend. The shop inside was precious and the staff was very sweet. I went with a friend and we each had massages, which were excellent. The ambiance is great for a day spa and very welcoming. They also have a steam room, which we took advantage of, as well. I don't live in the area but if I find myself in Denver again, looking for a great day spa, I will certainly look to Indulgences Day Spa. You can't beat their price point either. This was a great find!!

I received a facial and body wrap today - services were outstanding! I left feeling like a million bucks and would definitely return. I gave four stars because I felt that the salon decor was a bit cheap looking and everything seemed to be for sale. This normally would not be an issue but I feel that ambiance is a big part of a spa experience.

I bought my wife the "La Petite Indulgence" package as a surprise and she just finished up about an hour ago and absolutely LOVED every second of it! Her one hour massage was done by Cassandra. She said she was really great and makes sure she does the type of pressure that you want. It was super relaxing and worth while. Next, her one hour facial was done by Cecil and let me tell you, my wife could not stop raving about it! My wife is 31 years old and It was her first time ever getting a facial and now she wants to go regularly. She has milia and said Cecil did an amazing job extracting them and it wasn't too painful. Cecil also does a REALLY good job at extracting all the black heads from your nose. The products they use are awesome and you leave there feeling like your face was brand new. My wife would highly, HIGHLY recommend this spa and we look forward to going for a couple's massage next time! Lastly, Mike the assistant manager was also very accommodating and helpful with correcting a slight $5 mixup that was just an honest mistake. Super apologetic and offered a 10% discount the next time we come in. We cannot wait and thank you enough for an outstanding job!

I have received a prental massage as well as a regular massage and both were fantastic! The location is convenient just off of Federal and once you step inside it feels like a relaxing spa environment. You can enjoy a complimentary steam before your massage. Highly recommend!

Booked a couple's massage last minute here. The exterior of the building is pretty unassuming, but the owners clearly put a lot of effort into making the interior a beautiful space. Our masseuses, Cassandra and Kendra, were both great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Got a 90 minute couples massage with my mother and I cant speak highly enough about our experience. Perfect amount of pressure and attention to detail. The steam room was also an added bonus. Definitely will be a return customer!

Had an amazing 90 minute massage with Casandra. She has the perfect touch of relaxation while still getting into the muscles with perfect pressure. First time in my life I dozed off a bit during a massage. Pure heaven! Also had a calming facial that put the whip cream on top of my visit. Perfectly hydrating and soothing. I will recommend this spa to all my friends! Oh! And enjoy the peach, strawberry, basil infused water!!!

We booked a couples massage for our first anniversary, and it surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was curtious and very helpful. The massage therapists performing the massages were knowledgeable, and tailored the massages to our individual needs. They also followed up with at home exercises to address the trouble spots. It was a 5 star experience that we would gladly repeat.

Nice place for a couples massage. Nice atmosphere with some amenities. Steam room was a bit too much, but that's not the worst thing. I was super bummed because I paid close to double the price of what I usually pay, hoping to get a spectacular massage, but walked away feeling the same as when I walked in. The masseuse was new, so I felt bad about it. Nevertheless there was definitely some skills lacking. I think as someone learning, the most important thing is communication and listening. I told her my problem areas, (neck, shoulder, and back). But instead I had nearly 30 mins of my 90 mins spent on my legs. My neck and back ended up with very little love. Probably on par with rubbing my neck myself. I finally had to tell her to move on from my legs. But even so, a lot of her massaging was mostly the equivalent of stretching or large pushes. Not enough kneading. Either way, I was not very pleased when I left. My partner enjoyed his massage, and said that his hot spots were properly worked. So I can't give one star. But I will say that this is an important training opportunity, as well as something for the company to work on with new people they hire, and ensuring they listen to the customer needs. I'm sorry to say that due to the cost, and the very disappointing massage, I likely will not be returning.

Amazing spa with an organic earthy touch. I just had my acne facial with San and it was truly transformative. My skin is renewed and I can't wait to try out the amazing organic products she used. My massage with Matt was perfect and relieved all of my tension and soreness from my 14mile hike. I recommend this spa to everyone and I know you won't be disappointed.

Took my best friend here for a girls day. I had never been here and wanted to try a new place. Once in our robes, I was freezing. A nicely placed space heater or fireplace would have been great. The treatments were great, but my therapist told me she had a injury and may not be able to provide deep firm pressure. Oh oh. And her breathing was that of someone who was sick. Double oh oh. I smelled her bad breath during last half of massage (face up) Breath mint anyone? And I think I sucked in all of her sick germs. I have been feeling sick ever since. Moral of the story? If you are sick, stay home. We are paying for a service but do not want to be exposed unnecessarily to your disease whatever it may be.

I've been going here for a little over a year now and I've never had a negative experience. When you call to schedule an appointment, you're greeted in a friendly way and the receptionists are knowledgeable and efficient. Whether I come in for a massage or a Brazilian, the specialist is always top-notch and courteous. Not to mention the adorable knick knacks in the front room and the cozy relaxation room in the back. Even though I've moved pretty far from the actual location, you can bet I'll keep going back here and recommending anyone who's looking for a lovely time at a luxurious day spa.

My fiancée got us a two hour couples massage for my 26th birthday while on our vacation in Colorado. Our massages were by far the best we have ever had. We arrived an hour early. We were immediately given a brief tour of the amazing facility and then had access to the fantastic steam room. On top of that, there were choices of tea, snacks, different waters. The dressing rooms were very clean and had every amenity. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing our experience was. Thank you to all of the staff!!

I've experienced nothing but courteous, high-quality and friendly service at Indulgences. From Mike at the front desk to the specialized services from both masseuses (I've personally had work from three of the professionals here) and esthetician, Sarah, I always leave Indulgences feeling relaxed, glowing and wonderful. The spa is beautiful, clean and the steam room is an excellent way to begin treatment services. The masseuses are well trained and astute in knowing areas of my body that need extra attention. I've experienced excellent massage work from the various practitioners. Sarah provides wonderful, luxurious facials that leave my skin feeling great. Indulgences offers many excellent, organic and earth-friendly products but the staff is never overbearing in their recommendations. I love that they carry Bioelements products that are perfectly suited to Colorado's arid climate. I look forward to my next visit! I feel so lucky that Indulgences is one of the local, small businesses in my Northwest Denver neighborhood.

After our session, my back felt looser and less painful. She used techniques to target the origin of my pain, so that these issues would not return. Butter. Warm butter rolling off a hot piece of bread. That is how I felt rolling off of the table after my massage here. The fact that you get a free steam before your massage is absolutely incredible. It really loosens up and relaxes your muscles. After check in, I was shown around to the locker rooms (very clean with great little extras), small waiting area (comfortable with water, tea, and snacks), and the steam room (so relaxing). The massage itself included a warm lavender scented towel draped over your back, a cool towel gently placed over your eyes, and hot towels wrapped around your feet. Talk about one tranquilizing moment after another. I'd driven by this place countless times and never even noticed it. Not a fancy building, small sign outside, very modest. But 100% worth it!
