This is the second time I have experienced the Traditional Hammam. They were very professional and thorough. They were also careful with my sensitive back. Wonderful experience and I would recommend this for anyone wishing to care for their skin. Thank you ladies. Wonderful experience.

Bought the package with everything including lunch for my sister and I for Christmas we went today and it was great! The bath was a great experience with a foam massage. Warm water poured over you with exfoliating treatment, my skin has never been so soft. The facial was amazing, with a hand and foot treatment during it, then we enjoyed a delicious lunch. then a massage, Everyone was very nice and professional and it was very clean. I have extremely sensitive skin and I didn’t have any reactions or break outs from all the natural products! I definitely recommend trying this place out

Had Hamaan bath and massage. Bath was vigorous and left me with very smooth, soft skin. Massage was perfect. Not too soft but also didn't feel beaten up. Going back soon to try out a facial. Very clean!

10/10 I will be going back. Hubby and myself treated ourselves to a weekend of pampering and the staff at the Spa definitely delivered with the service. My only regret is not booking the massage for longer, and bringing an extra pair of under garments for the steam bath. If I can fit this in my schedule I can easily see coming her as a monthly treat.

Loved the Hammam! You know how you get that good scalp "scrubbin'" at the hair salon, well imagine that all over! My sister and I went for her birthday and she loved it. We're planning on making this followed by lunch next door at Layla's our monthly "sister thang". I posted a video on my Instagram @waniesworld. P.S. You enter the shopping center off the side streets (Community Drive) and not directly off Cleveland Drive.

We had a great time! It was very similar to a Turkish bath we had in Morocco. Scrubbed every inch. Never felt so clean!

Amazing experience! I will definitely be back! I purchased the elif & then an additional 1 hour massage. The elif you are nude except you will wear your panties, they tell you to bring an extra set as you will be completely soaked from head to toe. You are scrubbed, buffed, rinsed & hair washed! Ahhmazing! Massage was just the right amount of pressure and so relaxing, no idle chitchat which was great as I was there to unwind. I will say if you go on Sunday do yourself a favor and book after church services next door are over, it is very loud. I will be booking again soon! Thank you for a fantastically relaxing day 🥰

Love this place. Very relaxing and the service is great. If I had to recommend one change it would be to increase the heat/steam during the steam baths. I get chilly in between the different treatments otherwise it’s great. I’ll continue to frequent and highly recommend

I had the Royal Treatment Package and I recommend it to anyone! I will definitely be back! This was awesome! This was my first spa experience and now I cannot wait until the next time, I can go! ❤️

The entire experience was amazing! My sisters and I got the Turkish Bath and it was a 5 star treatment. The staff was very friendly and the bath itself felt great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! I will be coming back.

We had a wonderful experience here. The ladies are so nice and made us feel comfortable the entire time. I slept so well after getting the traditional hammam. Their massage and facials are excellent too.

I’ve been here twice, once for a facial and a hammam, and then for just a hammam. They immediately recognized me the second time, asked about my family member who was with me the first time. Everyone is courteous, professional. The hammams are incredible, it’s a great clean space, they do a great job during them, the water temp is always just hot enough it is never too hot, and the scrub is the same way. The waiting area outside the steam area is nice, private way to start and end. I highly recommend. Update - I see comments about people complaining about Sunday service as there is an “African” church next door. Sunday mornings is one of my favorite times to get a hammam. The church next door plays the most incredible music, it’s loud and you can feel the joy of the people attending. It’s a different experience than going on a quiet Saturday but I thoroughly enjoy getting a hammam with uplifting music playing.

I found this place on Google so I decided to go for my birthday , I did get lost twice trying to find the place the area in which it is in is not the most fancy but once inside the spa is nice & clean ! Very professional , nice , and made sure they knew what I wanted done I had a appointment and my appointment started on time ! My ONLY complaint was while getting my massage there is no hole in the massage bed so my head was turned the whole time which made me uncomfortable and my neck started to hurt !

1st time going with my sister in law. I thought the service was great she did a very good job bathing us, scrubbing and rinsing left me with a few red Mark's but overall my skin is so soft. I wouldn't go back here, but I'd find somewhere else more appealing to the eye. but I wish there were more lavender or aroma therapy smells and or music in the steam room.

I was looking to do a spa day and came across this place and thought, how cool! Spa day and a cultural experience wrapped in to one. I did the full Royal Full Spa Hammam. First it started with the facial, then a massage, next a delicious lunch from the Indian restaurant next door and tho end - the Hammam. The women who took care of me were the real delights. I had such an incredible day and felt so pampered!!!! I 100% will be going back next time I am in Columbus.

I was interested in experiencing a Hammam Spa treatment and was very pleased with the level of service. Completely professional and therapeutic. I did have one hiccup in that I had to be rescheduled due to the faculties scheduling error. but once that accomplished I was very pleased. The Hammam itself was very nice. For the initiates there is an exfoliation process which was rather vigorous. The results were great though. The massage was nearly perfect although more attention could have been applied to the hips but that was my fault for not explaining muscle fatigue from running to the therapist. Nice facility although the strip mall it resides in could use an update. Will return and do recommend

Don't let the location fool you. Inside the spa you are greeted by a very accommodating and lovely staff who create a purely relaxing experience. I have experienced a traditional hammam in Turkey and the steps they practice at the Moroccan Steam Spa were the same. The difference was only in the size and layout of the facility - the staff expertise was parallel, and they worked with more care and attention! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for the Elif package for today. I never had a hammam before so it was my first time. 1 hour traditional Hammam where they scrub you down in a steam bath shower room. The sitting room/steam shower area was very clean. If you are not comfortable of being half naked or being touched the hammam will not be for you. The bath is an entire body scrub down from head to toe (minus the private area) also if you can’t tolerate pain the hammam will also not be for you. I told her I don’t mind the traditional pressure body scrub and it did hurt but all of my dead skin came off and left my body so soft!! Surprisingly, after the scrub I felt relaxed lol. The foam massage was fantastic (included in the elif package) and the hammam technician gave me a scalp massage while washing my hair. The technician was very friendly and welcoming so I didn’t feel awkward at all. There is a $25 deposit to book an appointment which isn’t a big deal and I went ahead to book an appointment for next month!

This has been my best, most relaxing experience I've had at a spa! I've had mediocre experiences due to customer service and allergic reactions in the past due to my sensitive skin. But this excelled my expectations of premium customer service and quality skin care products. I was referred by my best friend to come try out this spa since she knows I am into natural, organic herbal scents/aromas and culture. I checked out google and yelp reviews and read all great comments about the hamman turkish bath. I had a 10:30 am appt for a brazilian wax and The Elif package includes: A 60-minute classc hammam A full-body rhassoul, lasting 15 minutes A foam massage, lasting 15 minutes I waited in the lobby area for my service all but 5 minutes because my spa professional was wrapping a convo on the phone with a client. However she acknowledged me, smiled and told me she would be just a few moments. She then walked me over to the changing/relaxation room where she told me how it would work. I would undress then walk into the steam room, lay down on a yoga mat, pillow and foam roller under my knees. I did not feel uncomfortable because as a woman who gets pap smears and brazilian waxes, I mean really how can you? LOL. No but honestly, I think the warmth of Tai's friendly spirit eased any awkwardness that might have been there. It was quite the experience that left me feeling so relaxed. It's a repetition of hot water being poured over your body, back and front, scrubbing with herbal soaps and rosewater mixtures, moroccan volcanic ash sitting on you for 10 minutes then Tai returning to wash it off, my hair being shampooed and head massage and lastly a long wooden stick with Tai blowing into it and big balls of foam covering your body. I don't know how to explain it any better you just have to book an appt and experience this luxury!!! My brazilian was after all of this with me wrapped in a nice oversized terry cloth robe walking to the next room. It was painless and quick and I definitely will be a customer of Tai's from now on. I love Moroccan Steam Spa! Thank you Tai! Sn: Bring a change of clothes and underwear if you get any turkish bath treatment
