I came for my consultation which was everything I was hoping it to be very informative. Kris did an awesome job going over the services they provide to their clients. I had the YouSlim treatment on my abs and love handles. The results were amazing! The love handles seemed smaller after the first treatment then by the third treatment they were gone. I didn't have a lot of fat but needed the body shaping to show off at the lake. Very happy I went and well worth the experience. I'll be back to explore your other treatments for my skin.

Just had the laser lipo treatment and had the best client experience. The staff is very welcoming and informative, they do all they can to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. While having the treatment they gave me mint watermelon water, the environment is very calming. Dusty was great with walking me through what she was doing each step of the way. Highly recommend, already seeing a change after only one treatment. Can't wait to see the results in a few more days!!! Thank you guys so much for such an awesome experience can't wait to come back.

You and Improved Esthetics is a gorgeous new spa in the perfect location for pampering yourself during a lunch hour, after work, or anytime in between! I stopped by to check it out yesterday on my lunch break and ended up staying for a 30 minute o2 facial. The spa is beautiful, trendy, and welcoming. They have a refreshments bar where you can pick up a beer, glass of wine, or bottle of water. The owner consults with you before your treatment so that she can really do what's best for your skin or body. The rooms where services take place are also beautiful and welcoming; I was greeted with a fuzzy, lilac bathroom to wear! The facial was so relaxing, the owner uses fan brushes instead of her fingers to apply, which I thought made for an even more enjoyable experience. I also think it was so great that I could decide whether to receive a 30 minute or hour long facial, because it meant that I could relax during my lunch break without being late getting back to work. I can't say enough good things about this place, everyone should check it out!

Had to reschedule due to military conflicts that happened last minute. No clarification that I would’ve been charged for cancellation even though it was specifically asked. Was looking forward to doing more bookings but probably won’t happen again. Wouldn’t recommend if you are in service just because you never know when your supervisors will call you in for an extension of the duty day. Other than that, staff has been great throughout the whole process. Teeth whitening has been amazing, have been here with a friend over 3 times and the attention is great.

When I got there the guy (dont remember if he told me his name) was very welcoming. However, I stated that I just wanted my stomach done and not my back. He told me that their cancelation policy was I would get charged full price for my back if I canceled. I told him that paying for both would be rough right now because I have been approved for house. The very nice guy didn't give a damn and said he would charge me full price for something I wasnt getting. I was told on the phone the 25 consultation fee would be subtracted from the services...it wasn't. Not cool at all. I didn't cancel the whole appt, I just wanted subtract 1 procedure....but...I think they should care more about their clients and what could be going on, more than they do. Clearly showed its strictly about the money. Hopefully the results will we worth the rough predicament I was put in.

The location is perfect and the whole place is beautiful it’s super clean and elegant you feel like a celebrity with the treatment you receive from the front desk all the way to your procedure. You’re treated very well. I would recommend this for all your cosmetic needs. Every time I visit my brother I will be sure to come back and have some work done! Awesome atmosphere!
