Acacia was awesome! She gave me some great aftercare tips- made me super comfortable the entire time & was really informative. Anytime getting a wax you want to find a great place that’s clean with nice staff who has someone who’s talkative, quick, efficient & friendly- all the staff (young lady at front- sorry wish I got her name- was super sweet & accommodating) was really welcoming & Acacia was exactly what your looking for when getting waxed. Def recommend her- above & beyond! If it’s your first time she’d be an amazing person to go to- she asked as we went along about wax temp, comfort & knows when to tell you to take a deep breathe to help- plus, like I said- she was quick! Thanks again!

Brittany M was amazing. My last experience at a different location was horrible and after reading several reviews about her I decided to give her a chance. This was my first time at this location but not with company. I usually go to the Lexington location (which I love) but it is further out so I tried the Gervais location. The receptionist was so sweet...she greeted me right away and it seemed geniune. I Love the waiting area and I even got to sit in what I call "The Queen" chair. I wanted a picture of me in the chair and the receptionist came over and took it and even asked if she could take one for the website. My wax technician was Kathy and she was super sweet. We talked Marvel while she waxed me to distract me. Although, she's only been waxing a year (I believe she said), she seemed to have a level of confidence and knowledge. I liked that she took her time at the end to make sure fine hairs were removed and offer ingrown hair serum. I really like this location.

I payed for a full face, but Princess forgot about my side burns. There were other little pieces of hair left, but I went home and plucked them out. I noticed, but I knew the appointment had taken 45 minutes already because of my PCOS facial hair. I didn't mention it because Princess really did so much other work on me. I absolutely appreciated the positive and welcoming vibes from this place. The work space was clean, and I will definitely go back, but next time I'll have to just remind my esthetician to wax the side burns. Went home and shaved them off.

Andrea was amazing. She talked me through my full Brazilian wax. If it wasn’t for her I would not be returning. The other staff was very unprofessional. When I was walking to the restroom they were in the hallway twerking right in front of me. When the girl turned around she said sorry and they all were laughing. I could also hear them talking about another employee saying she doesn’t get clients.

I've been getting waxes for years but by the far the best experience I've ever had has been here at this location with Faithe. If you are on the fence about waxing, please at least try it, it is life changing! Faithe will make you feel completely relaxed and is the best conversationalist I've probably ever met. She is such a professional at what she does. It is over so quickly because she is so skilled. When it comes to waxing, being thorough is important and Faithe is exactly that. She doesn't leave anything behind (no pun intended lol). If Faithe were to ever leave this location, I would follow her to the ends of the earth to get waxed.

This location was so much nicer than Devine St. on many levels- cleanliness, management, level of detail in service, everything. I have had 3-4 appts at Devine St. and was treated so poorly at the last I refuse to go back. I am glad I found this location. I wish I would have found it sooner. Waxing services are nerve racking enough you shouldn't be mistreated along with the service. Gervais St was phenomenal and made me feel like a regular.
