I very much enjoyed my afternoon at OMG. My nail technician, Soko, was very pleasant, attentive and professional which helped make my overall experience a great one. I highly recommend treating one’s self to a spa pedicure upgrade if you can! Since it’s my birthday week I decided to go for the Milk & Honey treatment. It was so beautifully presented and left my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated. The warm towels and hot stones felt so good! Just a heads up this place gets very busy so it’s best to make an appointment. I was fortunate enough to get one on the day of. While I was waiting I was actually offered a complimentary chair massage with the lovely Aquarius. Her hands worked their magic on my tired self. I will definitely be back for one of her longer deep tissue massages! Since the mask mandate has been dropped, OMG is now back to offering a bowl with complimentary chocolates along with either water, wine or tea to enjoy during your service. For those that are still Covid conscious, most employees and many other customers were masked. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if there’s an event at Solider field since it’s just street parking, however with a little patience a spot usually opens up.

Service from my nail tech was great. I requested a specialty pedicure that I really enjoyed. Front desk girls could use some customer service training. I explained it was my first time visiting and wasn’t aware of what the salon had available. They did a very poor job in explaining the services along with an attitude. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ladies in the front. Pedicure came out great, though!

Very relaxing atmosphere, clean, and nice staff with really good service they offer you a drink as soon as you are seated. My manicurist was a little shy. But that's ok because sometimes you don't feel like having a chit chat. I feel like I could have a nap now so relaxed.

Lynn did an amazing job on my milk & honey pedicure. She greeted me from the beginning, checked on the temperatures of the water and the towels. She also made small talk but allowed me to relax and she did a fantastic job with the pedicure. The ambiance, music and smell at OMG was great. Considering it’s a nail salon, it did not overly smell like chemicals.

Absolutely loved my first time at OMG and my nail tech, Baska, was amazing. The interior is beautiful and relaxing with quality products. Everyone from the women at the front desk to my service provider made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I was offered a beverage before my service started, appointment started on time, and I never felt rushed. Prices were as expected for the high quality of service and Baska's attention to detail was more than worth the cost. Will definitely be returning! Wish I would have known it was cash only for gratuities, but hopefully I'll be able to find Baska on Venmo and I'll come prepared next time.

Very reasonable prices for what the service offers. Hit or miss sometimes with the technicians, just like anywhere else. I suggest finding someone you like and sticking with them. I’ve had some wonderful and terrible experiences. Sometimes the regular nail colors don’t last long either :( I was disappointed when one time I expressed that I wasn’t happy with my service and they said they would make a note on my account for a discount next time. The next time came and they thought I wasn’t telling the truth about it. I don’t care for situations like that, because why would I be lying???

No complaints about the service. However, I was surprised to see an additional charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. On November 3, I received a message from OMG offering a discount on a no chip manicure and pedicure. I booked an appointment for November 13 and my credit card was charged the agreed upon price of $72.90. After the appointment, my card was charged an additional $8.10 which I did not authorize. Please explain the additional charge.

The staff is lovely and the spa itself is nicely decorated. I lived the pink and even Master Chef playing on the TV. My only complaint was that the pedicure did not buff my foot well enough and I had uneven calloused a week later that I was able to go back and smooth. Despite this, my non gel pedicure has no cracks 3 weeks later!!

I have received friendly service from the nail techs. The decor is nice and the shop always smell good. The shop is kept clean. There are over 100 nail polishes to choose from. The location is perfect. The owner should be more customer focused. She is real friendly to her regular customers smile etc. An owner of a business should be friendly and smiling to all customers. I noticed this way before Covid -19.

Had Danni and liked her very much. This was my first visit to OMG and I was impressed with the place. Great dacor, seemed clean and organized with good polish choice. The techs the three of us had were great and everyone was very nice. Drinks provided, loved the shoulder massage and warm neck wrap. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Over priced and over rated. Customer service gets a 3 Cut my toe (it bleed) and filed off no chip on 4 nails. Still charged full soak off price and unaccommodated. Could receive the same services as far as nails at any nail salon 💅🏽

EXCELLENT service. They're quick but never rushed. They pay attention to every detail. I had a pedicure, and the girl was very thorough with everything: removing ALL the skin around the nail, making sure the color was applied spotlessly, and using a generous amount of force for removing dead skin and for the massage. On top of that, they serve drinks AND give you a nice, quality neck and shoulders massage with your pedicure. All for a reasonable price. I'm very pleased.

OMG Spa is OMG Relaxing. I had my first ever Brazilian wax here and Sara was so sympathetic and as gentle as she could be. Pedicure was lovely though I wish they used liners in their tubs. They have "organic" nail polish which is free of some chemicals found in traditional nail polish. They offer a brief massage during the manicure. I got a regular manicure which began chilling halfway through the week though I did get the organic nail polish and again, it was a regular manicure not no chip. They offer ample services and are actually working to expand. I can't wait to see what they do with the place.

My daughter reserved a time for 3 generations; me, my daughter, my granddaughter and my grandson's girlfriend for mani/ pedis. Service was excellent. We were served white wine for Mother's day! What a relaxing treat, I will definitely go again!

12July 2017 Update I love most things about OMG Nail Spa - the decor, the massage, the fact that they also do eyebrows, but I had to amend my review from earlier this year because the service I received today was just okay. The receptionist/front desk clerk was efficient/nice, but my nail technician (name started with a B- I can't recall what it was) was just okay. I had her awhile back, but I was willing to give her another chance because the young man and other young woman I knew were busy. Anyway, she cut my toenails too low (1 a little uneven) and really didn't apply much pressure at all when buffing + massaging for pedicure and manicure. I asked her as she began to rub the "buffing tool" on my heels/feet to apply more pressure because I could barely feel anything she was doing.This is frustrating because the massage factor is the reason I pay extra to come here vs. other salons in the area. Usually after a pedicure my feet are baby soft, but not today/this evening. She also took a long time on my manicure (I know because a woman who came in after me finished before me - we both got the exact same services) and gives really light/shorter shoulder massages than other techs. The moral of the story: If you find someone you like here, ask or request them AND don't be afraid to ask for a different tech if you know you're being assigned to one you didn't like before. Earlier in 2017 **IMPORTANT NOTE: There's an extra fee if you pay your gratuity on your credit card so bring cash. Parking is metered and hard to find on weekends, especially Sundays when you don't have to pay the meters so get to the area early to look for parking.** I'd heard about this place from several people as it's down the street from me, but today was my first visit after my regular spa messed up my appointment. Called in for a no chip mani and got in within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Serena (Sarina, not sure how to spell it) went to work after pouring me a small glass of white wine and then, quickly transforming my rough cuticles and tips. Within minutes, she was sliding on these collagen gloves to protect my hands from the UV light of the gel drying machine. These were awesome because there was lotion in them that she then used to massage my hands and arms. She covered with a warm towel, then gave me the best 10-12 minute neck/shoulder/back massage I ever had!! While this no chip was more than the full service day spa I normally go to, the massage made the extra amount worth it.

OMG Spa has been my go to nail salon for over a year. The only negative thing I have to say is that not all nail technicians are trained in the Dip Powder nail service. A service that I have come to love. Chole , the owner, did my Dip Powder manicure, as my regular manicurist is not as skilled in this service.It looks fabulous, and I would recommend this spa to all who want fantastic service. The salon goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. The website offers online booking and a reminder of appointment times as to avoid any mistakes. All staff members are pleasant, polite, friendly and above all accommodating. This is one Spa that you must visits. I cannot wait for the massage area to open in August.I’m sure it will be a great success. The manager Chloe is.. AMAZING, so very sad to see such bad reviews about her. My regular nail technician Toni H, is kind, friendly, courteous , and does a great job whenever I am serviced. Great location, relaxing environment,great customer service.👍🏽

I've only been to OMG Spa twice so far, and found the technicians to be super attentive and detail-oriented about the work they do. I appreciate that, and the special touches I've not experienced in othe South Loop nail salons (e.g., talk through polish color with you, offer leg massages, lotioned gloves and hand warmers during no-chip manis). My nails also look great. Worth the price tag and the time at OMG.

I waited more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no apology from the staff. I got a massage, which was nice once it started and a manicure. I can't return to a place that does not respect my time. I asked several times when my appointment would start and was told that the therapist was "setting up the room." This was clearly an excuse because it does not take 30 minutes to set up a room.

This is my favorite nail salon in my neighborhood! The regular manicure is a little more expensive than your standard, but it includes a shoulder/neck massage. They always do a great job, and the salon is clean and nice.

First time visitor. I received a GIFT card for my birthday. Excellent mani and pedi experience with Sammi. This place is quiet and peaceful. The music is instrumental and gospel jazz. Decor and ambience are wonderful. Prices are great comparative to other spas in the near downtown Chicago area. Parking is metered and not expensive. I will return for some of their other services including a facial and massage.

I love OMG Nails! I just recently moved to the West Loop from the South Loop and NO SALON COMPARES! The salon is impeccable in its hygiene, decor, and skill level. They even offer you complimentary water or wine! I will still travel to the South Loop for this salon, but PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN THE WEST LOOP!

A little misleading advertising with the 30 percent off special M-W. Both the chalkboard in the salon and a person who answered the phone today told me it was all massages, not just one type. Word of advice: It's only for "deep tissue massage" not any other kind.
