Kristofer WhiteIn my opinion, service after the sale is just as important, if not more so than the sale itself. This particular act demonstrates how strong a company's integrity is. In this case, integrity has a face and a name and his name is Bobby. He came out to adjust some teething problems with my new Bullfrog spa on a very cold and snowy January day. He did so quickly, efficiently and skillfully and had the issue rectified inside of half an hour. This has been a few weeks ago now and the problem has not reoccured. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase and will not hesitate to do business with Patio Splash in the future.
JoeBobby, a technician came to my home to help troubleshoot some water issues. He went above and beyond, and broke down step by step instructions, along with tips to help me with Maintaining my tub. Great team, and glad I decided to go with Patio Splash for my hot tub purchase.

From start to finish she has been a jewel. A real pleasure to work with. She really listened to what I need for my personal hot tub. It didn't make a difference in the amount I spent, it was all about finding the right fit. I'll definitely shop here again.
