Robert and Brooks did the installation and setup, we had a small leak and Josh came to help, it was repaired and good to go. Since then, I've purchased my filters and treatments like alkaline and shock. Always helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Global Spas and Stoves for all of your needs. Thanks again for all you do!

We knew nothing about the maintenance on the tub and what we needed to do but they were so helpful and patient with us in explaining everything. When we thought something was wrong with the tub they also had someone come out right away to check it out. They provide fast, good, friendly service.

They were in constant communication with me after the sale keeping me informed of a changing install date due to weather. They are extremely knowledgeable about spas and are there to help. They offer free water testing as well. I couldn't be happier with my hot tub.

Josh talked us through the process, came out to his house and installed everything very professionally and in a timely manner. The gas fireplace is amazing and thanks to Josh is all up and running. I highly recommend using Global Spas.

Kristofer PhillipsGreat people, knowledgeable and low pressure sales. When we are ready to buy a new hot tub, we will be buying it here. Their accessories and chemicals are a little pricey but much higher quality than the stuff you get at Walmart.
