Wow! I’ve been getting facials for 13 years from all over the US . I got a facial today from Rachel and it was INCREDIBLE! I’ve never been so relaxed. My skin feels amazing !!! I also loved the face massage and arms and neck ! I’ve never had that much work done during a facial . I will definitely be going back !

Bella Nova Med Spa is an amazing place to get a massage or facial. Sheila is amazing at customizing massages to your needs each visit. She has been essential to helping me with my plantar fasciitis. I have also seen Rachel for my facials and she is so amazing and knowledgeable about the products she uses. I would recommend this day spa to anyone!

Mei, the massage therapist is amazing. She is so intuitive and precise in her approach to healing the body. I was a new client, and I have seen her three times in a week. She has literally changed my life. I will continue therapy sessions with her, and look forward to the amazing results of her professional therapy treatments.

I had a facial this week and a body treatment last week. I was seen by two different specialist. I not only love the products, the warmth/welcoming of the room but I really love how throughout the service things are explained to you along the way. They explain what product is being used, what you can expect, etc. I have used them on several occasions to include massages and nail service and even bought my mom a mani/pedi (that she loved). Will continue to use, they are wonderful.

I went and saw Mei today for massage, and she was incredible💯💯💯 I feel much better now than I did before I went in there. She is also very intelligent and can read your body energy and will push all the bad energy out of you!!! Also, the nice lady at the front desk is awesome as well, very welcoming environment and atmosphere!!! I’m bout to reschedule right now!!!!

Had an exceptional hair cut and toner from Tracy. She is amazing! I greatly appreciate her care and skill. Everyone always asks me where I get my hair done. And just yesterday I saw Rachel for a signature facial. Sigh.... It was very relaxing and helpful. I have very sensitive skin, and I appreciate how Rachel uses natural products that never give me a problem. Thanks to all the staff who make coming in not only relaxing but a pleasure.

My first visit to Bellanova was amazing. This is the first time I had a stylist do a real consultation. Dawn Marie was and will continue to be my stylist. She asked me what I was wanting. Then she put her hands in my hair and did a great assessment of the mess I walked in with. My first time to color my hair. She gave me a lot of thought and suggestions. Then came the cut. She took her time and you can really see her 36 years of experience when cutting hair and doing the color. I am so happy with my cut and color. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dawn Marie. I also loved Bellanova. It is warm and welcoming . They have massage, and other services there too. I will definitely continue to use Bellanova and Dawn Marie.

I had a body cocoon done with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and explained the products used and their purpose. I had never had a facial...but it was amazing! Love the atmosphere of this spa and everyone is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend and will continue coming for services.

I am new to Cheyenne and wanted to continue with eyelash extensions, I had removed them during my move and had to start over with a new set. I like the Xtreme product line very much. Rachael did exactly what I was looking for, I like the classic look, not too heavy, but enough to not require much make up and no mascara. She was very pleasant, kept me very comfortable and I am thrilled to have my eyelashes back! My last eyelash girl had to tolerate me for 5 years! So I hope Rachael is ready to be stuck with me! Great relaxing atmosphere, can't say a bad thing about the experience.

I LOVE Bellanova! The BEST massage therapist in all the land is here. Misty is absolutely amazing and has literally changed my life. My job is incredibly physically demanding, and thanks to Misty I am able to keep up with my job. She not only cares about me, she remembers the smallest details and checks in with me on a regular basis in between my massage appointments. Misty genuinely cares about her clients. She always checks in before she begins my massage and knows exactly what is needed in each session. I am so incredibly grateful I found Misty. The rest of the staff at Bellanova is fabulous too.

My granddaughter and I went in to have a special spa day. We both had massages, facials and I had a pedicure. The service was excellent!! I was so relaxed by my facial that I fell asleep. I highly recommend Bellanova if you feel like being pampered. Amanda did my facial and my pedicure. She was excellent, I will have her do them again. Misty did my massage, this was the second time she did my massage, she was wonderful. Thank you so much.

I have enjoyed several services at Bellanova all of which have been wonderful! The staff are very accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable. In particular I have enjoyed facials with Devyn, she has really worked with my skin and my skin never feels better then leaving Bellanova.

I get regular facials and have never been disappointed. Jess is AMAZING and always willing to help with any skin questions I have even if it’s not about products they sell. Racheal who does is my facials is a Literal angel. She always explains what’s she’s doing and the benefits of it and when I told her I’m getting on prescription creams for my acne she is researching it to ensure nothing bothers my skin. This is the best way to unwind and relax while getting skin glowing and healthy!

I got a hydrafacial here and it was okay. I have had hydrafacials at other facilities that were life changing, my skin was visibly glowing after and for a week my skin was flawless. I got one here because it was closer and it was just okay. The lady doing the facial talked through the appointment telling me what she was doing but nothing she did was catered to helping my skin. She didn’t do extractions, did take her time, my skin looked raw afterwards and I saw no benefits in the condition of my skin immediately or the days following. While being a very fair priced hydrafacial, it wasn’t worth the money and I wouldn’t go back or recommend you go here for one. However the facility is beautiful and quiet and there are a lot of Emminence products and the staff is very kind and friendly.

She said the place was clean, the woman who did her facial was very nice and made her feel comfortable and she felt like the services were well worth the money.

I wrote to find a hairdresser for a friend in the area hospital. I was sure with such a great web page and so many hairdressers that I could find some help. My friend was in an accident, just north of Cheyenne, where her husband died and she was left needing surgery because of a shattered vertebrae, broken ribs and messed up hand. She needed some fixing up to fly back to NC, not a big do... No one was available to make a hospital call until Late October.... While I do appreciate a busy shop, sometimes we all have to make concessions to help others. As a hairdresser, I was disappointed to say the least....

Just set up a Gentlemen's Retreat, it was an amazing experience from the first call. They were quick to get him and and accomodate his crazy schedule. The service was way over and beyond.
