I've had a pedicure, massage/facial and dermaplane facial here and I've had no issues at all. The pedi left my feet/legs feeling so soft and the polish turned out great. My massage/facial was so relaxing and I was made to feel at east. I got a dermaplane facial and it was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. Good, down to earth atmosphere and enjoyable.

I brought three little girls here for a birthday mani/pedi. The staff was very kind to my girls. They were able to do all of them at the same time. They enjoyed their mini mani/pedi appointments and got a bonus quick hair style while they were waiting on their polish to dry. Thank you for making my girls feel special!

I had the most wonderful experience with my mom here! My wedding nails were gorgeous and the owner was very sweet and funny. My nails look absolutely perfect for my wedding! So I’m newer to the area. I have been to plenty of salons, but this one just didn’t take my breath away. I got my nails, hair cut and colored, and eyebrows done. Firstly, I will say the staff is exceptional they were all friendly and have no complaints about them. However the services rendered were pretty haphazard and mediocre for the price point. I came in for a dip powder nail appointment, and I could tell that the nail tech just didn’t want to do it. Which I understand, but I prefer dip to any other. My nails lifted and chipped a week after getting them done. I take really good care of them so I was pretty upset to pay 50 dollars for a manicure for them to lift and chip off in a week. When I’ve had dip before and it’s lasted me a month or more. My haircut was exactly what I asked for so I’m pleased with it. The color was decent but after the week I’ve noticed it being a little patchy in places, but then again I did get an ombré and maybe I’m just being overly critical. Eyebrows were excellent as well. Overall if I needed a quick haircut and eyebrow wax I would come back. But as for nails and color I just wasn’t wowed, so I would probably go elsewhere for the price point.

I went there for Lash extensions. The girl did a great job and the table that I layed on was so comfortable. I was so relaxed and the procedure was pain free. She was prompt and on time and very friendly. Her price is very good too.

Good service and friendly staff. Had to wait a little longer (walk-in appointment) than expected but not too long. I just got a basic manicure; my friend got her nails painted. She liked the color but some of the paint started smearing/peeling because they had to apply several layers (so the underlying layers didn't fully dry, I believe). Overall, very nice people!

Caren, the owner, has been taking care of my hair for years now! Her first shop was in Montgomery and when she decided to move to Charleston I knew I had to move with her. She always makes sure I'm with a stylist that will understand my hair and do just as good of a job as she always has. She only hires the best and expects nothing less than the best from her employees. If you aren't happy with your visit all you have to do is let her know and she'll make it right!

I have been to Serendipity multiple times now. I have had my hair done, spray tans, microblading, lashes, manicures, massages, facials, and pretty much everything on their menu! Every single service I have gotten has been AMAZING! Every single staff member has been so skilled and polite. I hope they start renting out rooms there so I can just move in! There's definitely a reason that they have become so popular so fast! It's one of the best businesses I have ever walked into! I recommend this spa to EVERYONE!

Well guys I enjoy leaving reviews when you are spending quite a bit of money. I spent 350$ which includes a 20$ tip. My wife and I got a deep tissue massage which was amazing I enjoy it immensely and so did my wife. The women that did it were nothing short of professional and friendly. Afterwards we got a couples body wrap which I didn’t see too much value to that because you are essentially covered up with aluminum. It was comfortable enough to sleep but moving on. The next thing that we did after an hour of laying there was getting this exfoliating scrub. It wasn’t bad it’s what you would expect but after that we got robes to go to the shower to rinse off and apply more of the scrub if we wanted which they supplied a generous amount to use. The robes weren’t the softest nor did they seem to have sizes beyond large. While showering I realized that the drain doesn’t seem to keep up with the flow of the water nor does it get too warm but I think the warmth can only get so hot because of the nature of this store. The bathrooms needed to have been swept and cleaned a bit better but it wasn’t that bad just small stuff. The shampoo that was provided tho did annoy me because of the cheap family dollar sticker stuck to it. When we came back we got back from our shower we have some jimmy john Samwhiches. After we were done eating we went to go get a pedicure and decided to skip on the manicure. All in all I enjoy the experience and would go back mainly for the massage but I think it was a bit over priced for how much I put down. Also side note they forgot to add the hot stones which weren’t an issue but the quoted price I got was 370$ and we had a little tiff at the end with Karen. After removing the hot stone and manicure which was 50$ apparently I was wrong to assume that the math would equal to 320$ instead I was told that it was gonna be 330$ because Karen didn’t want to argue math with me. I hope this review and guide helps someone decide to go here or not.
