I have been going here for about 4 months now, for the signature facial and now Diamond glow facial. I absolutely LOVE it here. It’s beautiful inside, the staff are INCREDIBLY friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel so comfortable. My skin has noticeable improved and I have had zero breakouts since my initial appointment, when before I was breaking out frequently, particularly in my jaw line. It is a lovely place and what the do for your skin works!

Lizzy did such an amazing job on my lips. She made sure to make my lips symmetrical. Honestly I am blown away with the service she provided. She was informative, kind and paid so much attention to detail. One thing I loved the most was when I was done with the service, she made sure if I was okay, if I liked it and if I had any issues with my fillers. She mentioned if I had any concerns , I can reach out to her. She genuinely seems like she cares for her patients . Outstanding service !!

I first heard about Seaport MedSpa a few years ago when they were doing mobile/in home services and decided to give them a try. I had been seeing another local injector for a while and was happy with my results, but her availability had recently changed and I needed to find someone new. The very first time I saw Mari I was so impressed. I had no idea how much of a difference her technique would make to the overall look of my face. I have had the pleasure of seeing both Mari and Lizzy for my Botox over the course of the past few years and they honestly nail it every single time. Their new space in Southie is beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. If you’re looking for a reason to try somewhere new, this is it!

I had an amazing experience at Seaport MedSpa a week ago! I received the “lunch time” chemical peel and dermaplaning treatment. The spa is clean, modern and really makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. My esthetician, Amanda, did an amazing job. This was my first peel and dermaplaning session, and she took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident in what I was doing to my skin. One week later, my face is still glowing and my skin has never looked or felt better. I cannot recommend Seaport Medspa enough!

The IV therapy treatment itself was top-notch. I was given a variety of options to choose from, and the staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and I could feel the benefits almost immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend Seaport Medspa to anyone looking for top-quality IV therapy treatment. The staff are wonderful and the treatments are truly top-notch. I will definitely be returning for future treatments. Five stars!

Can't say enough great things about Seaport Medspa! I've been going to them for over 2+ years for a number of services (botox, facials, chemical peels, Lumecca laser). You know they're good when you go to your derma and she asks what you did for your rosacea because your skin looks great! If you have rosacea or dark spots or are just looking to feel youthful in your 30's (hand up, me) I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been traveling a lot for the holidays and thought IV therapy would be a great way to recover. I had heard of the Seaport Medspa before and have always heard great things about the services. I thought it was the perfect time to visit the Medspa for a hydration IV. Before i even received any services, i was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and the gorgeous atmosphere of the Medspa. I met the nurse who would perform my IV, as well as Mari (one of the business owners) who was very pleasant! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I headed down to their IV lounge, which is a calming space with comfy chairs and light music playing. I decided to get the Energy Buzz IV and and added the Tri-immune Boost shot. My nurse, Jillian was professional and personable. We chatted while she got my IV ready and set everything up. The IV took about an hour, and I was able to chat with Jillian and play on my phone while relaxing in in my chair. They have footrests and blankets for you to use while getting your IV, as well and snacks and drinks included! The hour flew by and just like that I was done. Jillian took the line out of my arm and I already felt more hydrated than before. I am excited to feel the continued benefits for the next few days! Checkout was super easy and the whole process from start to finish was stress free. For someone who has rarely been to a medspa, this place blew away any expectations I had previously. It was clean and efficient and I will definitely be going back!

Several of my friends go here and they recommended I try it out. I see why they raved about it so much, because it it is also by far the best experience I’ve had in Boston! You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into building out their business. They also really care about the end customer experience. Overall, the space is clean and beautiful, they invest in high quality machines and they also have high quality products. What I really like though is that it is a chill vibe all around and I feel very comfortable here, which can be a hard balance to strike with beauty services. I’m not a big needle fan and Mari is the only person who I haven’t gotten nervous with, so that shows how good she is. She’s also really fun to chat with and makes the service easy. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming every time I’m in too and is good with appointments/overall organization. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough because they’ve hit the mark with everything. Oh and tip- the black card is 100% worth it if you’re going to invest in yourself with services over the next year. Thanks Seaport Medspa for taking such great care of me! ♥️

Such a cute and clean space! Caroline at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. Mari and Lizzy are so knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions/explain everything. I’ve loved every service I’ve tried there and really trust both Mari and Lizzy. I recently went in for diamond glow facial and it was such a great experience. At other spas, there is a bug push post treatment to sell a lot of product and it makes me feel very anxious/uncomfortable after such a relaxing treatment. Not the case at Seaport Medspa - Lizzy actually shared a coupon I didn’t know about to help me save some $$. Love it.

I was able to make an appointment online which was very easy. Once arriving to the spa, it’s a fantastic space. Very bright, clean, and interior design is gorgeous. Mari was superb. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I was actually going to need. But she walked me through all the treatments that she recommended. She was very professional and did not push me to do anything I wasn’t sure that I needed. The results were phenomenal. I got the diamond glow facial, Botox, and fillers.I’m extremely pleased with the results. The fillers were almost noticed immediately, and the Botox took about 7 to 8 days to take affect. Which is as expected. I would highly recommend Seaport MedSpa for all of your future facial treatments.
