11/10 - Medical aesthetics has everything you could ask for from a customer service aspect. Super friendly and welcoming team members that make you feel immediately comfortable and at ease. My first experience with Botox was with them and like many had some reservations. Sue answered all questions and explained the process honestly. I was absolutely in love with my results and keep coming back. Pick up one of their candles while you are there too, incredible smell and obviously aesthetically pleasing ;)

I have been seeing Susan for a few years now and she is truly the best. One she is so kind and sweet, and never forgets a face (truly, there was a year I didn’t get a chance to go, and she remembered everything we discussed from my last visit like no time had gone by). Susan being a Nurse Practitioner from Harvard affiliated Lahey has also helped inform my experience. I’ve gone in asking about the hot new trend and she has guided me away from it because she wants the healthiest and safest options for you. She’ll never just take your money, your safety comes first. Her space is immaculate and warm. You would think with an all white and modern layout it would feel cold and sterile, but it’s anything but. You feel immediately relaxed when you go in. I go there for my Botox and Susan’s practice is also linked with a rewards system which has become very beneficial. Her hydrafacials book up fast though! The location is perfect to get to, right near the green and orange line (also bus), but it’s a beautiful stroll through the south end.

I asked Sue about cool sculpting my “tech neck” the other day and she literally told me she would not do it and not to let anyone else trick me into getting it done because it was non-existent and would not provide results.
