i have been going to Bobbi Bullock for about a year now for Botox. I see Melissa Gardner and she is fabulous! I saw her for my first time getting Botox and she made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions. I continue to go regularly and have been very happy with the results. The staff here is so kind and they also have a great rewards program that allows you to save a decent amount of $ on your current and next service there. Love it!!

I have a health problem that causes my face to be partially paralyzed. I met Bobbi and she changed my life, literally. I now can go out without covering my face or feeling very ugly. She is AMAZING. Each team member is helpful, courteous, efficient. -- I'm particular and careful about aesthetic treatments. Did my research, and requested services from owner Bobbi. She cleared time on her sched...she and her staff were kind, understanding and gracious about a rough start to my day. We had a few chuckles and then she did some seriously good work. I have now been to BBME three times and each time, I was treated with kindness and professionalism from the moment I walked in the door. This medical aesthetics office is absolutely stunning. From the all female staff to the decor and products on display. Aside from being a warm welcoming environment, the ladies all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for Botox treatments to help with severe pain I have due to long-standing TMJ issues. Rebecca RN, and her assistants, both times, were so attentive to my concerns and questions as I had never received Botox before. Rebecca explained in detail what she’d be doing along with an explanation of how long I could expect before having pain relief. Even tho, for me, I didn’t have pain relief from my first session, when I came in for my follow up three weeks later, Rebecca assessed my situation and determined I would need more injections at no cost to me, to get the relief I so desperately am looking for. Due to the nature of my condition, Rebecca followed up with additional injections in my jaw muscles as well as small injections in my temples to offset the ones in my jaw. Rebecca and all the staff at BBME are professional, courteous, kind, and thoughtful. All of these attributes are unfortunately rare in the medical fields in my area. So finding the girls at BBME has been a literal gift! Thanks ladies! Continue doing great work and treating clients the way you do! Thank you all!🙏🏻

I came in for Botox and fillers. I had a last minute meeting come up before my appointment and was sad to call and say I’d have to cancel. The staff was super nice and accommodated a later time for me so I wouldn’t have to process a cancelation fee. Ashley consulted with me about what I was looking for and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to do my usual Botox routine on my forehead and around my eyes but also talked with her about some other things I would like to improve, such as the lines next to my lips, which I haven’t had much luck addressing with fillers in the past. She was able to explain why previous attempts may not have given me the results that I was looking for and suggested some other options. She helped me out with figuring out a plan moving forward and I’m really happy with our visit! Also, my forehead is going NOWHERE lol. Even after a few days I saw really good results. Overall just a great experience with amazing staff. I will be a regular now.

Scheduling was a breeze, communication was flawless, the staff was friendly and professional and the services were amazing. I had Botox and cheek and lip filler done by Rebecca, who is a fantastic injector. She takes her time and really analyzes your particular facial structure, makes a plan and then makes sure you are on the same page before doing any injections. I didn’t want to look “over done” Bobbi took time to listen to my concerns and to explain what areas she recommended and what results could be achieved. After talking with her at that first appointment I completely trusted her. I was amazed how much better I looked immediately. Bobbi had warned me that I might feel a little beat up the next day but I had zero bruising and NO pain! I went back for a 2 week follow up. I was excited to see if she thought she could add more in areas to sculpt my jawline and cheeks. She once again took her time to evaluate the areas she could improve on. Living in LA for 6 years, I got lucky at always finding great cosmetic nurses. After having to move back to Idaho, I could NOT for the life of me find anyone who could give me the results that that my ladies in LA did. The results I was getting from people in Idaho were missed spots, so I’d have movement where there shouldn’t have been, which was super frustrating, given that I need 40 units, so it’s not cheap for me. Melissa gave me the best results I could ask for. I have a lot of muscular movement in my forehead, so I’m not an easy patient. Her professionalism and friendly disposition is the greatest. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and someone I could just be myself around. She’s definitely the best that I have encountered and I’ve been getting Botox for 7 years. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed! Everyone there is so kind and engaging. I was not sure what I was going to do there so I asked Bobbie (who could not be anymore sweet and fun) what she thought. She said I think you should do your lips because I can tell you have beautiful lips and we can make them beautiful again. And then her gorgeous assistant said I completely agree. I said oh yikes I don’t know that I would want that because I don’t like the big lip look. Bobby said I promise you you will love them. She is extremely trustworthy so I continued with me hydraulic acid filler. I actually went out that night to dinner. My first time with botox and fillers, although I have been considering it for years. I do believe that this is an art but most folks who administer these things take a training (a weekend? 5 days?) and then administer them as well as myriad other things. That amount of experience doesn't create a lot of confidence, for me. I even know dentists who do it, and one gets the impression they are doing it strictly for the money. Bobbi does only this, full time. She has a passion for it. Top priority for her is that you get a beautiful result, above profit. That's how I run my business as well and that approach gives me lots of confidence. Bobbi also works as an instructor/trainer for one of the companies that make the fillers! She's also a super nice person. I had an amazing result and am just thrilled. I doubt I would ever go to anyone else for these services.

I went in for a filler with Bobbi and also decided to do CoolSculpting with Darci. I had done things like this before at another local med spa, but wanted to try someone new for various reasons. When I came in I was immediately introduced to several women who worked there, all of whom were friendly, inviting and honest. What I love about Bobbi, Darci and their crew is that they won't promote products or procedures that they haven't tried on themselves or each other. I didn't feel like I was being sold everything on the planet for them to meet their quotas. I was also told realistic expectations of what would happen post-visit and it wasn't the typical butterflies and rainbows, which I appreciated very much considering some nightmare experiences I've had with this at the other place in the past. Darci was so much fun during CoolSculpting despite me taking up her entire Saturday afternoon, which she happily made room for. Bobbi Bullock has completely transformed my face. I have struggled with synkinesis for many years, which is a residual effect of the Bell's Palsy I got back in 2006. I have searched every avenue for relieve in muscle strain and pressure, as well as helping with facial symmetry. My first consult was so wonderful, as they made me feel comfortable and cared for. They listened to my history and every concern including the fear of Botox. The societal view of neurotoxins has been condensed to aesthetic, when for me it has changed the quality of my life, both physically and psychologically. After day two the muscles in my neck and chin released and I felt the relief of muscle tension that was almost constant. My muscles were no longer playing a tug-of-war and this brought me to tears of joy! I am hoping that with pairing neurotoxin and physical therapy, I can help retrain the muscles in my face. The journey has just begun and I can't believe I waited so long! I hope this review expands perspectives on the benefits of Botox and those suffering with facial paralysis and/or synkinesis. Bobbi and her team are so experienced and I would trust no one else but their expertise!
