I love the staff at Shiloh Medical. They are always very friendly & helpful & make you feel like you are their only client. Julie is so awesome about applying little touches so you still look natural & not like you've had something done. She explains everything thoroughly & will make recommendations & not just go with what I think I need, but actually suggest treatments that are more beneficial. I highly recommend Julie & her staff!

I've been to a few different places around town and never really felt comfortable. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces who were willing to help and explain in detail what they could provide. My first experience with the doctor was outstanding. She took the time to understand me, and my life, and was caring, compassionate, and incredible. The nurses are the same. Very down to earth, caring people. Every person at SMC makes this the best place to receive treatments. I highly recommend Shiloh Medical Clinic if you are looking for somewhere to feel comfortable and thoroughly satisfied.

I get Botox from Shiloh Medical exclusively now. Dr Julie does a great job of listening to my needs and making sure not to under or over dose me. She is always very friendly. And the front desk ladies are wonderful too. They are quick to greet me, always offer me coffee, water, etc and try to find me discounts! I highly recommend them!

UPDATE: since my last review Shiloh Medical reached out to me and after meeting with them was offered two other treatments to help with my chin. I have completed both treatments and am waiting for full results. After visiting with Dr. Reil I found that she could help me with another health issue. The staff has been so helpful and amazing. I had the cool sculpting done on my chin several years ago and never seen any results. The staff and Dr. Reil were friendly and certain that the treatment would help but the results are certainly not what I had hoped for. I’ve been going to go back and see what else could be done but as they say life happened.

From the minute I walk in the door, everyone I talk to is so friendly and helpful. Chris at the front desk is so kind and Vicki is such a sweetheart. Dr. Reil is a wealth of knowledge and I trust her to take care of my skin and always give me an honest view of what to expect. I’m pretty sure there’s not a laser or treatment out there that she doesn’t know the ins and outs of! On top of that, she’s so kind and sweet and treats me like a friend. We have to be careful of the latest fads because they can be harmful. I don’t have that fear when I go to Shiloh Medical Clinic because they offer only things that are safe. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Have always had great experiences here! Dr. Reil and her entire staff are always professional and extremely helpful. I live in California but always schedule an appt when I’m in town because the prices are so affordable and the quality of the work can’t be beat. I never feel like I’m being sold more than I need and to the contrary, the Dr. often suggests doing less than I thought I needed. Highly recommend.

Welcoming staff and doctor! I can't say anything even remotely bad about this business and I should have posted a review way before this, honestly! I have always felt understood, comfortable, calm and confident coming here the past 10ish (?) years. I have been here for laser hair removal, scar and skin treatments and soon I'll be taking my mom in for a new hydrafacial. Dr. Reil has always explained all my options and is honest with you if you are feeling unsure about anything. I completely trust her expertise and opinion. I have sent multiple coworkers her way in the past and hear nothing but positive experiences. I will never, ever forget Dr. Reil (and staff's) kindness and understanding while I dealt with a scar removal, she was an angel. I leave there always feeling so relaxed and happy. I look forward to going back.

I came to Shiloh medical clinic looking for a Great team of specialist that can help me maintain youthful skin for now and years to come. I really feel like I found a great group with Dr. Reil, Jess, and Vicki… etc. Dr.Reil is extremely informative about all things skin, And was extremely helpful at formulating a plan for me to address my various skin issues. Jess did a great job as my YAG laser Genesis treatment today, And I feel like we are on a great skin journey together… that will lead me to my best skin possible!
