We love Rituals! It’s been my salon since I moved to Billings about 10 years ago and they always impress. The staff at Rituals have been there for my life’s biggest moments - my wedding, many hair cuts, a hair donation, and just the other day my daughter got her first haircut there! It feels great to have a reliable salon where I know I will always get quality service. Thank you Rituals!

Sarah is great! I have gotten my haircut there since I moved to Billings a year ago. It is a nice clean salon. They offer you coffee or water when you check in. I picked it because it was an Aveda salon and I know that they hold their professionals to a high standard.

The perfect scent of Aveda is always a necessity during the holidays. I just needed their Comforting tea. Was in and out quickly, the customer experience associate was kind, although brief. I would have stayed to look at any of the special gift sets, but didn’t get the feeling it was something she wanted to do.

This is a salon review, I have not visited the day spa. I go in for a root cover only. With the color you also get a blow dry and style. This is $85.00. My problem with this is the charge is for long hair (mine is) and, according to their price list, it’s the SAME price if you get an all-over color. Hmmmmm… The first visit to Rituals I made the mistake of saying, “ok you can trim my bangs and my split ends.” Welllllll, that’s considered a Cut, add $42.00! It took her 3 minutes. After that I actually made two more visits. The second and third visit, No trimming! My two stylists were great, Kylie and Kristina. They were both very professional and very nice. They both took their time making sure no dye would be on my skin, they both gave wonderful massaging shampoos, and both used plenty of products to make my hair look great. But, the prices are a bit off. I think a color should have two or three price levels, one for roots, one for all-over color and one for specialized color treatments. Same for cuts, 3, Simple Trim, layered Trim and Custom Cut prices. Be fair. I 💕 love Aveda products so I will be back- but not to have my bangs trimmed at $42.00! Oh, a nice cup of coffee (not in styrofoam), and a hand massage are nice perks :-)

I'm from out of town and desperately needed some work done on my neck and upper back after a long road trip. My massage with Angela was wonderful! She listened and addressed my problem areas, providing the right amount of pressure that I asked for and needed! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the spa is beautiful and peaceful. I'll definitely come back when I visit Billings next! 5 stars

I have never had a better massage experience! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved that they had lockers to lock your stuff up so you dont have to worry about it and my massage therapist was absolutely amazing!! She made sure she was applying the right amount of pressure and was very thorough. I walked away feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time! I will definitely be going back!

I was given the just right $275 for my birthday, the sauna was down when I got there but nobody told me when I booked the appointment. The 60 minute massage and facial were amazing but my pedicure was not good. My feet were dryer after the pedicure than before and my polish was not even at all, it looked terrible and I could do a way better job. My blow out was rushed and because I had to be done by a certain time and because it took way to long to do my pedicure and blow out I couldn't get my light face color which was supposed to be included. So they basically received free money! I still tipped well which I regret now.

My mom and had both had spa pedicures! We were both happy but there were some inconsistencies. She was done almost 20 minutes before me and we started at the same time. She was bummed that she didn’t get a foot filing or a longer massage. We were also bummed to find out you don’t get to take your polish home because the company discontinued the mini polishes. Overall a great experience and we love rituals!

I was given a gift card for a massage that I was finally able to use! Angela did an amazing job. I love that I was able to use the steam room before and after, so relaxing. I would highly recommend. The massage was so nice, she paid special attention to my neck and shoulders just like I asked. So nice, and I love the Aveda Rosemary Mint oil that I chose.

I recently was introduced to cupping. This treatment is amazing for a lot of reasons. Once I had my first treatment at another spa, I was very intrigued to continue with additional services. I only located Rituals offering this because I was looking for a facial and found it on their massage services. Angela was very knowledgeable, kept me informed on what she was doing and offered suggestions afterwards. I’ve had three different people cup on me and she is hands down the best. My suggestion to Rituals - make sure cupping is in your search engine! I have neck and back injuries that are both over 10 years old and both of them have had improvement from cupping. If you are like me, you are constantly looking for ways to get relief. Try cupping; you will love the results!

This was my first time visiting Rituals, an Aveda Salon. I recently had gotten a haircut at another salon that missed the mark a little. The salon caught my attention while driving by. I decided to pop in and see if any appts were available. To my great delight, there was, with Wilson. We talked about what wasn’t working for me about my current cut. Wilson listened, asked questions and then set about working his style magic. He checked in with me as he went along, making sure we were getting it right, tweaking things here and there. Now, or better or for worse Wilson, you’re stuck with me now! Thank you, Wilson!

Kennedy did an amazing job on my hair. I came in with some VERY chunky lowlights that were a dark purple color. She did a color correction to the photos that I showed her of how I wanted me hair and she exceeded my expectations!!! Im pretty sure she could tell by my face I was scared and all I wanted was hair that would make me feel pretty! And she did that!! So thank you Kennedy!!!
