We could not be more pleased with our Montana Hot Spring Spas experience. We are long time, every day hot tub users. Our spa is an important part of our health and well being. We recently had the opportunity to purchase a new spa and leave our existing spa at the home we sold. We feel great leaving our well maintained spa with the new owners because we know how well it has been cared for by the team at Montana Hot Spring Spas. Our new tub is also wonderful! The research and purchasing process, the site evaluation visit, the seamless delivery in a challenging location, the coordination of installation with a fantastic electrician, and ongoing communication were all excellent. Absolutely top notch service from the whole team. We will continue to work with Cody, Sam, Mark, and the whole team because they are great people and a great company.

5 stars for Scott and his entire crew at Montana Hot Springs Spas (Billings). My husband and I had recently moved back to Wyoming and were in the market for a new hot tub. At our prior residence we purchased our first tub from an outlet and it was baptism by fire. We were pretty much on our own and lucky to receive a call back when we called customer service. My parents were longtime customers of Montana Hot Springs Spas (Billings) and had purchased three hot tubs from them throughout their lifetime. My dad had always raved about the quality and customer service he received but we were still unsure of them. We met with Cody and he answered our questions on all aspects of the process of buying, set-up and maintenance it would take. We ended up buying the Grandee and scheduled a delivery and set-up date. The installation crew was awesome and set our minds at ease. After the installation was complete, Kevin spent an hour with us, going over the start-up, and explained all the features. He also provided a tote with instructions, measuring spoons, chemicals, how and when to use them. We absolutely love the tub, it is beautifully styled and comfortable. My husband is 6’7” and has lots of room to soak. So, if you are looking for a quality spa and top notch customer service, look no further than Montana Hot Springs Spas (Billings). They are the best.

Of all the projects that needed doing when I moved, I could only afford a couple and I am very glad I chose to make putting in the tub one of them. It's been a great way to relax, feel happy in my new home, and the experience with Hot Springs was a bright spot in the chaos of moving. Cody was great, helping me choose the right tub based on my desires rather than trying to upsell features I wasn't interested in, and keeping the schedule flexible. The start-up kit with notes is laid out so it's easy to maintain and he's been really helpful answering questions when I didn't remember a detail. If my best friend was looking for a recommendation, I would not hesitate to tell them to go see Cody and buy from Hot Springs, they are first class from the showroom to the delivery and installation team.

GREAT customer service is hard to find these days as we are all aware. However at Montana Hot Springs Spa this is not the case! Every time you walk in Scott and his TEAM are there to greet you and take care of your needs. The Hot Tubs speak for themselves worth every $$. We have been very very happy with our new hot tub. We had been thinking about it for years and wish we had done it sooner. We love our tub! We had a great experience working with Scott to determine which hot tub would best suit our needs. We ended up getting the one with the moto jets (they are amazing and work well to alleviate my back pain) with a salt water system (we have a child with very sensitive skin). We are all enjoying spending time together as a family, spending time alone in the tub to relax, as well as our kids having friends over to hang out and socialize. We are so glad we chose to invest in our health, relaxation, and family time. And, we are thankful for Hot Springs Spa's dedication to supplying us with the right tub to meet our needs. We have really enjoyed our Hot Springs Spa hot tub. We'd had it for several years and some aspects were no longer under warranty. While doing some service on the controls, we discussed some damage on the tub itself. The tech reported it to the store, they followed up with the manufacturer and our hot tub was completely replaced under warranty. Thank goodness for a quality product and a strong warranty they stood behind. The personnel have always been so helpful and terrific to work with and we appreciate everything they've done.

Only place to do business for a spa! Bought large and expensive hot tub. After three years it had an issue with an internal part. Called for repairs. Due to covid we were informed of a delay on the part. After four months of it being in Covid oblivion the owner gave me a call. Informed us that there was no end in sight for the part and he felt terrible. He replaced it with a brand new hot tub as close as he could get to the old one. Due to the increase associated with President Brandon’s policies the same hot tub had jumped in price quite a bit. I offered to pay the difference and he would hear none of it. I own 14 restaurant locations and know that customers are difficult but the most important thing. Montana Hot Springs knows a thing or two. I would and will buy all my future spas from them. Knowing I will be taken care of. A shining example to our small businesses in Billings and surrounding areas!

We had our hot tub delivered a little over a month ago and have been enjoying it a lot. When it was delivered we had the initial fire hose of information (for a new hot tub owner) and we were off to a good start. We started to get frustrated after feeling like we were constantly struggling to keep the freshwater/saltwater clean and clear. We were using the test strips to try and keep an eye on things but were still learning and were not wanting to add a bunch of chemicals and mess things up. About 1 month in, I took a sample of water in to the store and Scott diagnosed our problem within minutes(water was way to hard) and helped educate us which in turn is leading to a more enjoyable experience. After a few days of getting the water softened and and back on track, we are back in love and feeling more confident in the whole experience. My advice to any new hot tub owner would be don't be afraid to call or go in and talk to Scott and get all of your questions answered! It is a learning process with the freshwater, but I think with our knowledge from Scott, we will be in a good place moving forward!

My husband and I bought a new house that came with a hot tub that had been bought preowned from Montana Hot Springs Spas. It hadn’t been taken care of for a couple months so needed a little TLC, mind you it still worked even though it was a bit grimes. I googled how to drain, clean, and refill a tub and followed the steps. Well, after I did all this it didn’t work anymore. I filled out the service inquiry on Montana Hot Springs Spas on a Saturday and was shortly called by Jeff. I explained my problem and he gave me some pointers over the phone to try, since at the time it sounded like there was air in my lines. Jeff was very helpful and of course as a professional had much better insight than my googling, and his pointers I never found in my searches. The tub still wouldn’t work so Monday I filled out another service inquiry. Tuesday, while at work, Greg called me to say he had an opening and was on his way to my house. He quickly found that the problem was the shot circulation pump and replaced it. Good as new! Greg was so knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, and I had quite a few since this is the first hot tub I have ever owned. Greg has been in the business for 29 years and even remembered my tub from years prior. Montana Hot Springs Spas was so easy and friendly to work with. My husband always does extensive research before any major purchase. Being a water engineer, the Hot spring spa brand best fit his criteria of treatment and ease of maintenance for water quality in the spa. Fortunately, Montana Hot Spring spas also provides excellent customer service for the tubs. Our first tub comfortably held 6 or more people. Now we have grandchildren so we sold our first tub to buy the biggest tub. We use it regularly in all seasons. As a loyal customer for more than 10 years, we have not once regretted these purchases.

I finally gave in and wanted to get her one for valentine's day so we went to Hot Springs Spa based on a friend who had gotten theirs from there. We were greeted by Codi and not in a used car salesman pushy way but in a friendly attentive way. Codi is very friendly and asked us questions about what we wanted and delivered without trying to sell us a more expensive tub or something we didn't want. He met every one of our requests, answered all of our questions and followed through after the sale. The hot tub got delivered and set up on valentine's day to our location in the backyard. That's great service because these things are heavy! After set up the technician spent as much time as needed to explain how to do all the maintenance on it. The maintenance is not what it used to be either. It's so simple. We have all been in it every day since it was delivered. I cant say enough about our entire experience with Montana Hot Springs Spas. It was the best sales experience I have had in a long time.

The tub itself has ran flawlessly, and the crew at Montana Hot Springs have been great to work with. They come and change out the water every 6 months to a year depending on how often we use it and otherwise it is maintenance free. I was reticent initially to buy a hot tub because of the perceived maintenance with all the chemicals. I talked to Scott about this, and he recommended the ACE salt water system which we love. It exceeds our expectations on performance and hydrotherapy.The tub was packaged/protected well and delivered in flawless condition. The fit and finish of the spa is outstanding. The delivery crew was very professional and courteous! We love the lounge seat; it’s VERY relaxing from shoulders to feet. The other positions and seats in the spa are about perfect and offer a good variety of positions and seating depths. So far, it has mostly been the husband and I using the spa and the tub size is comfortable. This spa is rated for six people but that is disputable. With the lounge taking up real estate, even three to four people end up playing footsie.The location of the jets is planned out well and they seem to hit the right spots on our feet, hands, shoulders, calf muscles or the back. The lights are beautiful at night, blue is our favorite!

We just recently bought a Caldera spa from Montana Hot Spring Spas in Billings. Having never owned a spa/hot tub, we didn't know where to go. Our neighbor told us to see no other than Scott and the folks at Montana Hot Spring Spas. So we did, and we were NOT disappointed! The whole process was excellent. Scott was not the typical salesman, trying to sell you a bunch of hype, trying to sell you what would make HIM the most money instead of selling you what YOU really want. We spent a couple good hours looking and browsing the showroom with Scott and his awesome wife, in awe of how many models and features on the spas. All of the questions they asked us and all of the recommendations they gave us made us feel like they really cared that we got the spa best suited for us. We didn't need the biggest and best and most expensive model. Didn't care about certain features some spas had, but there were a few things we did want. So we went back and forth a thousand times through the showroom looking at each model and what it did or didn't do. Scott really helped us narrow things down to just a couple different models, when we were having trouble deciding he and his wife went over the pros and cons of each model depending on our needs. We ended up choosing the Caldera Salina, and we have been in heaven ever since! It was delivered at the end of June, and we have enjoyed it daily since then. Now, the delivery/set up crew was top notch! We were worried about them getting the spa into the nook in our back porch area where the old spa was, but they took a look and got it wheeled in there in a heartbeat! And hauled off our old junker! (It came with the home we just purchased, but sadly the previous owners winterized it and didn't do it right and the whole thing was a mess! Leaks in every direction) They were an excellent crew, set up didn't take long, and before we knew it they were filling it with water and getting it ready. Super friendly and courteous men, and very knowledgeable. Once the 3 of them had it filling, 2 of them went to work getting the cover installed, and the other gentleman took us aside and gave us a full blown class on how to maintain and use the hot tub, the dos and don'ts, and how to do everything correctly at certain times of the day, week, month, and year. This whole thing took probably 30-45 minutes to give us the tutorial. Then once we had all of that down, he gave us a very detailed sheet of instructions, (and he penciled in a few key tips for us, which has been very helpful) he took us out to the spa and went over everything on the operation of the lights, jets, filters, etc. It was all a lot to take in, so we had our instructions and notes and were told if we had any questions, no matter what, to call and they would help us out. We haven't had to call at all, except needing to order more chemicals, but I am sure that if we did, they would be right there to help. We were very satisfied with the whole thing, start to finish, and would highly recommend Montana Hot Spring Spas to anyone that asked us about our spa! Great bunch of people, excellent customer service, a couple of things that are very hard to find with businesses these days. They have definitely earned a life long customer with us! We have slept better, have less aches and pains, wake up feeling better. It truly is amazing. And there's nothing better than relaxing in the spa, watching the stars with a nice glass of wine in the evenings, and also waking up having that first cup of coffee in the spa, a beautiful cool Wyoming morning, and the amazing orange blossom aromatherapy...it soothes the soul.

we went in and picked one out in February 2017 and they held until late April for us to pour a concrete pad. there was no pressure and they didn't make us pay until the week it was to be delivered. from start to finish these guys were top notch and answered all our questions. they did not try and sell us something we didn't need or want but what was right for us. DO NOT buy from anyone else!

Cody was more than friendly to deal with as well as just a great person to ask any questions I might have about a tubs, and/or what to expect when owning a hot tub. He even allowed my two daughters to pick out their own rubber duckies, which in my world means the most because my kids were part of the buying experience which made this a Family purchase, which is what it’s all about. The delivery team was just as thorough and set me up with my hot tub. It was -20 out they still were friendly and walked me through the whole setup process. I was given a Step by step chart that keeps me on track to ensure my hot tub stays healthy and runs at the most efficient rate as possible.
