So...originally I had a great review for Ideal Image but that was when we first signed up. I suppose I should have waited until I knew how it was really going to go - not just on the day they were trying to make a sell. We signed up months ago and still have not had our first appointment. We were instructed and advised that we only had access to locations that were an hour away...when, in fact, there is a location 15 minutes from us. We were told not to shave, wax, etc. prior to the appointment by the person who sold us the contract...we have now been told that we should shave. We still don't know what the right answer is on that. After waiting months for the first appointment, it was cancelled two days before because we didn't confirm the appointment - wait, they sent an email at 9 a.m. stating that we confirm the appointment by 11 a.m. - we didn't see it until after 11 a.m. because we were not even up by that time on that particular day. Who cancels an appointment that a patient has been waiting on for months after giving them two hours to confirm? It is so frustrating. We are still frustrated. They have very little control over what they can accommodate in the office - it is heavily a corporate-run business. Be careful signing the contract - outside of some medical condition (and even then you may get a hard time) they are not going to let you out of the contract. Now, about three months after signing the contract will finally be our first appointment (if they don't cancel it first). You don't have the luxury of planning too far in advance as the schedule is released periodically and you have to wait for that release in order to schedule. On top of that, the appointments are scarce. So, I am not sure if that is a staffing issue or what but it is not very open unless you happen to get in touch with someone as soon as the schedule opens up. The person that signed us up (yeah, it sounds like that for a reason - it is really a sales position when you go in for your consultation) is no longer with the company. We do not have a copy of our contract, although we have requested one. It has just been a very interesting but mostly disappointing experience thus far. I am not a 'complainer'. So, I am posting this so that other women (and men) who have serious reasons (including health reasons) as to why they are seeking out treatment of this sort don't have to go through this. It can already been an emotional situation as we are talking about our body and making a change as to how it normally functions without treatment so, of course, you want to go somewhere you can trust, that is comfortable, consistent, and predictable. If that is what you are looking for, I can not say with full certainty that you will get that from Ideal Image. You may want to go somewhere that has a more personal touch. This is more of a laser treatment/patient mill than a personalized, warm experience.

Quick easy and almost painless underarm laser! Front desk & NP Sara were easy and quick, I was in and out of my appt in 18 minutes. I’ve now completed 3 treatments and love my underarm results. The little bit of discomfort is for literally 25 seconds each underarm.

This is my experience, Their customer service was exceptional, from the moment you book your appointment straight through your process. The environment was very welcoming and they explain everything to you in details. My experience was outstanding. I've had this procedure done in the past and there was technical difficulties with the placement of the machinery. Which is very understandable because Coolsculpting on submental can be quite intricate. But my nurse practitioner was proficient throughout the whole process and pleasant. I've been going to this Ideal Image for laser hair removal services for several months now and its been great! The admin staff has been incredibly professional and the providers actually operating the laser have been amazing at what they do and balance the need to stop at times since, well, getting a laser blasted at hair follicles can be painful, with getting things done quickly. I love everything about Ideal Image. The customer service, the payment options and the professionalism. My laser hair removal treatments always goes smoothly. the only issue I would say they have is the long wait for appointments. I'm supposed to be seen every 4 weeks but because of availability it always ends up being between 6-8 weeks. other than that I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Becka my tech was awesome but who ever did the scheduling really screwed up and cost me a whole day work! I had planned on being their 4-5 hours and they only did 1 treatment. I was not happy! I could have scheduled that time off and lost no hours from work! No warning or phone call. I hope they can do something to make it right but doubt it. Sam was great. The not so great part is me not being able to schedule an appointment. I'm paying to be serviced every 6 weeks. I was told because of new clientele I am no longer able to schedule in advance. I was told a scheduling team would call me in 6 weeks and if I dont get a call to call them... This was my second visit. The customer service from the DOOR TO THE TREATMENT AREA BK TO THE DOOR!!! My nurse was Keri! She was so informative, gentle, patient, kind and professional. She was so dynamic that I requested AGAIN for my third appointment. I met another nurse and she was very kind as well. I would recommend Keri to ANYONE!!! Her gentle approach is perfect especially for a first time visit! From there I am positive you will request her for your next visit. She explains EVERYTHING step by step!!! I’m a Keri fanatic 😊 The ladies up front an African American and a Caucasian lady (I forgot names I’m sorry) were so patient and answered EVERY question as well as addressed my minor concern! I was extremely impressed with Ideal Image of Towson. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. My sales consultant, Michelle was truly outstanding. She was very thorough when explaining the different treatment and payment options. I felt very comfortable and DID NOT at all feel rushed or pressured. I did not feel in any way pushed into any program. Instead, I felt her genuine interest in my well-being. I was at first hesitant in which treatment to receive, but she was able to answer all of my questions and took my concerns into great consideration. The nurse was also friendly, who made sure to take me right back to perform my treatment. She made me feel much more comfortable. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with all the staff. My provider was great very friendly and professional, as they always are. My overall experience hasn’t been as great. Today I found out that I am unable to book my next 6 week appt because the schedule book is “greyed out” for the rest of the year and its only July. My services are paid for monthly as an automatic draft so I shouldnt have to figure out if I can actually be seen for a service that Im already paying for. That’s unacceptable as a paying customer. And to date I still haven’t received a call for numbing cream and Ive received at least 7-8 treatments thus far.

I’ve been doing my laser treatments here and just finished my 3rd treatment. This is the first time I’ve had Faith do my laser treatment and would love to have her do it for future visits. She provided me with the stress balls to hold while doing the laser which I haven’t received before. I usually hold onto my phone which doesn’t help. I would recommend this location for treatments. Although I have not had my procedure yet, I can say the staff was kind. The part I have a problem with is the administrative process. I completed my consultation and paid on a Tuesday night and disclosured all of my health issues. On Wednesday I emailed all of my lab work for the doctor to review. I feel that once your information is sent over by the consultant, a case that has concerns should be reviewed in a timely manner being as they take 2 weeks to refund money back if procedure is not possible. My payment was pending until Thursday night. If someone had reviewed my paperwork, I wouldn't have this higher balance on my credit card, I only charged it for the points. Guess I'll go ahead and pay it off since the charge has posted and have to wait 2 weeks for my money back (if I can't have the procedure). I took the day off from work and I would not have if I wasn't getting the produce. It was not until I was in the room to get the procedure done that my lab work was printed out and put in the file. So it looks like they have no process of handling cases that are questionable and take your money anyway, but can't return it sooner. Had someone looked at my file before the close of business Thursday this could have been avoided. Wish I would have put more weight on getting in contact with the office and making sure it was all a go. Doesn't make since that someone's file isn't looked at until they get there, especially one where there are known concerns. Probably should only take a deposit or just do an authorization for payment in these types of cases.

I went to my first treatment this past Wednesday, April 14th, 2021. I was at the Towson location. The staff was amazing from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Front desk staff was great! The nurse practitioners that worked with me and gave the treatment were amazing. I think Jamie was her name. She did the actual laser treatment. She helped to calm my nerves and just made it a great experience. I can't remember the names of the front desk staff. I think one of them was Cam. Anyway, they were so polite and helpful. Great job Towson staff!!!

I got a full back, shoulders, and clavicle package and it's been pretty awesome! 5 treatments in and my body hair has already been reduced by 40% and keeps going away with each treatment. Their customer service is great! They always make sure to have 2 people working with me to ensure my treatments go quickly. They were also super understanding with my payments while I was transitioning between jobs. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who might be self conscious about their body hair.

About my hair laser removal experience: I have more last three hair removal sessions left of my treatment but until now my experience is favorable, my skin recovered very well after laser procedures, was painless, and reduced 65% of my hair.

My experience was great, but i could have done without feeling if i don’t choose NOW this second then i have to pay more money. What is up with that. I sort of felt rushed, shelling out 3200 bucks is huge and i wanted a week or so to get my finances in order because i plan on paying in full. Be aware of a couple of things. Firstly, hair removal is not a one-and-done type of thing. You will have about 9 treatments spaced out over something like once every 6 weeks. They zap u with lasers that burn like the deepest parts of hell so use numbing cream. Secondly, this is not a hair removal company as advertised. This is a hair "improvement" company. Meaning, the area in which you are receiving your treatments is only guaranteed to be improved, not fully removed as in thinner, less coarse hair per the fine print in the contract that they just seem to gloss over. I only confirmed this after having my upper lip done two times. I got pregnant after I completed my first 9 sessions and the hair came back. They said hormonal changes could do that which I was never told before. About 2 years after I paid again to do the 9 treatments. The hair still came back without any pregnancy this time. Yes, it was finer but I paid for hair removal. They did ask questions like if I was taking Biotin and I wasn't. That's when they informed me that full hair removal was not guaranteed and that it was in the fine print of the contract. Their "fix" is that with my purchase I got a lifetime membership that allows me to get "touch-ups." The catch is u pay individually for each touch-up u want for the rest of your life and they aren't very cheap. They basically are a scam. To be hair-free u u have to be willing to pay every few weeks for the rest of your life.

Of course it has been near impossible getting ahold of anyone to issue a refund. UPDATE: I was incredibly devastated after I was severely burned at ideal image. I expressed my concerns and in the beginning I didn’t get the response I would have given to a person whom was distraught. With time, ideal image kept their professionalism at a high level when it was time to help me more. I came to Maryland from Colorado and the Towson location by comparison has significantly more professional practices than I have experienced in the past. There are dressing rooms for clients adjunct to the procedural rooms (an improvement), the questions asked before each procedure are more thorough (the staff is very diligent about client safety), and they use what appears to be more professional tools (these nice white pencils as opposed to magic marker), they provide aloe lotion and give you an ice pack for the later treatments. I consider this the more professional of locations I have been in and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal image spot. One time I got a great bonus lotion bottle for free. The staff is great, professional, narrate through the process of what spots they are treating to put your mind at ease. There are handy stress devices too that you can hold during the treatment if needed. Great location!

I was SO excited to get my underarms lasered and saw great improvements throughout my sessions. After I completed all of them, within a few months, my underarm hair has grown back about 80%. It's really sad because I thought that it would be a longterm investment. I have to shave every three days - and it's dark hairs. Such a bummer! I got two extra comped sessions but it most likely won't help keep the hair growth away... for that reason, I would be less likely to tell someone about it since it's not really working.

I can't say I'm upset with the staff AT ALL but with a policy. They were great! Just know that if you change your mind and you were approved for GreenSky financing that you will have to get your primary doctor to write a letter stating why you CAN'T have the procedure. I asked what would disqualify me? The very things I wrote down in my profile of past procedures are the things that my doctor could use to disqualify me basically. At any rate, read the fine print. So if your doctor WILL NOT write you a letter, you are stuck paying for the financing anyway because GreenSky has already paid Ideal Image. Guess that's my fault. UPDATE: Office contacted GreenSky after I submitted a doctor's note so everything is fine now. It still showed up on my credit as an account but as a zero balance.

I recently tried Ideal Image for my Botox since the price seemed to be good at $9 a unit and I bought a package. Their customer service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. However. It’s been 8 days since I received FIFTY units of Botox and I have 3 huge wrinkles on one side of my forehead, I can easily lift my eyebrows up and my crows feet are still there when I smile and I can still scrunch my forehead together and make apostrophe marks between my eyebrows. I am a seasoned Botox user. Never in my previous experiences has this many units of Botox failed to freeze areas of my face. I am a little put off by the fact that it seems as though I have very minimal results. In fact, the last time I got Botox, I got fewer units and I couldn’t move my forehead or raise my eyebrows at all and I could feel and see the effects of the Botox in each area that was treated . I’m not sure why I am not having results but I am a little disappointed to say the least.
