Danielle was amazing to work with. I had already had three cool sculpting treatments from the Ideal Image Arundel Mills location but was very frustrated with the communication delays and difficulty I was experiencing with them. I needed one more treatment in order to correct an area that did not respond to the three previous treatments. Danielle knew exactly what to do to get great results for me and worked with me to get a fair deal for what I needed. The Canton office is amazing!

I am very disappointed and upset .. I have membership and I made appointments to get my botex which I asked and it was $8 unit so according to that price I went ahead . When I went they told me it's $10 a unit they changed the price without letting me knew and refused to honor the price I been told that was unprofessional off course I didn't do it . And I told my daughter and daughter in law that so now so far you lost 3 ppl maybe more bc of not honoring your promises and I paid for membership for nothing. I really do not appreciate it 😒

I am not happy that the price of Botox has increased. It is an unnecessary upcharge for members. I will probably not renew now that member prices are the same or more than other market competitors, as there seems to be no benefit of renewal for me.

Highly recommend! The staff is very kind and respond quickly to any requests. Elizabeth is one of the nurses at this location and is the best! My schedule is unreliable since I work at a hospital but she was very helpful with finding the right appointment for me. I also know she will be quick and efficient. Very professional. My first experience for my cool sculpting was different feeling (not good/bad) can't really describe because the cool/suction feeling. But the staff took care of me & felt fine afterwards. This is my third visit to Ideal Image. I am greeted as soon as I get in the door and offer a drink. Michelle is the person that did my fillers and BBL procedure’s. I love the way the filler look and excitedly waiting to see how the BBL treatment turns out. I loved Michelle she explained everything that was going on and what I needed to do for after care. Her excitement for me made me very comfortable and I would love to have her for all my visits. Love Ideal Image.

I went in to get my laugh lines done and after the appointment I saw results immediately. The next day I had a small amount of bruising but besides that I loved the results. I had botox injections for the first time at Ideal Image Canton. Staff were friendly, professional, and conscientious. The location offered ample parking in a spacious lot, and was easily accessible. NP Lizzie had a great eye for placement and a delicate touch. She was knowledgeable, effectively communicated expectations prior to the procedure, and answered all of my questions. The injections were virtually painless and all staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

My experience was great. I got there just prior to my appointment and was immediately taken back to the room for my session. The technician that assisted me was a young lady (my apologies I cannot remember her name). She was so personable and friendly. She was very thorough and was able to get me in and out. I mentioned to her my experience at another location not being as pleasant, so she made sure I had a great experience for my first visit at the Canton location. I’m looking forward to my next visit being just as pleasant.

My appointment was autocancelled because an outdated email address was on file - that aspect of my experience was extremely frustrating. Since then, I heard that clients now have 180 minutes to put a credit card on file, that is more reasonable. After realizing my appointment was autocancelled, the receptionist was very thoughtful in helping me find a solution. She worked hard to fit my appointment into a nurse's schedule and helped me through scheduling another appointment. I didn't learn the receptionist's name, but she was working at 3pm in the Canton location. She should be recognized for her patience, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Just finished my first Botox appointment with my nurse, Danielle, and will be back! She was very professional, made me feel at ease, and I am very happy with the results so far. The Canton location was easy to get to with good parking, which is a plus. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you won’t regret it!

I was so nervous to get my lips done as they are my biggest insecurity because they were really small. Other places I've been to get a consultation judged me saying "aww your lips are so tiny!" and "we'll have to do a lot of work to get you where you want to be", therefore, not making me feel comfortable or confident in my technician. Olga, her teacher, and her team made a plan, talked me through the process every step of the way, and answered any questions I had in depth. The results were better than I ever could have dreamed of. Michelle is thorough and you can tell that she sincerely cares about the comfort of her clients. She is careful. She understands that her patients are humans who may feel pain, NOT objects. Melissa R. is hands down the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible injector! Before she started injecting, she inquired about my concerns and mapped out a plan which I was in complete agreement. She took her time and made me feel completely at ease. The main reason I chose Ideal Image in Canton was because of the awesome online reviews and this office did not disappoint. The entire facility is clean and very inviting. Melissa in particular was fantastic. She has such a warm spirit. Very knowledgeable and attentive. My experience was great . Staff was all smiles . Just very bummed out I couldn’t get the area I wanted treated . I was happy to get there but then it quickly vanished as soon as the employee told me that area wasn’t good to do because i may have a hernia … the whole pint of the appointment was to get rid of the area I wanted gone the most . That’s the only thing I was dissatisfied with but I did get another area treated that I wanted gone just not as much as I wanted the area I planned on having work on .I can always book that appointment in the future tho .

I honestly was a little turned off that there was no receptionist when I arrived. She came from the back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Never greeted any of us that was waiting just asked our names. So my first impression was not a good one. After meeting the nurse that would be injecting me I was relieved. She was instantly welcoming and I felt comfortable. She explained everything and made sure I was satisfied. Overall I love my fillers and I only want the same nurse everytime. It was the best experience so far with Nicole. I’ve been going to the Arundell office; however, I feel the care is always rushed and not enough time is spent doing the treatment. Nicole was extremely thorough and paid attention to certain areas. I feel this time I got my money’s worth unlike the previous times I even asked the nurse “are you sure we’re done?”, because it literally took less than 5 minutes. I have even expressed that I can tolerate more but I always get rushed through the treatment. The Baltimore office is a longer drive, but will much rather do that then compromise the outcome of the treatment. I’m very pleased with Nicole and highly recommend her.

I phoned the center (Canton, Towson, and Arundel) several times over the course of 5 days and not one single call back after a message and several attempts to be called. I had to contact my initial sales associates who was amazing and helped me. Disappointed in the level of specific center customer service.

I was referred to Ideal Image by Taylor Dabney who works for the Spa in Bethesda. Taylor explained to me in extreme the procedure and products. She made me feel better about what I was going to have done. I had my two procedures done in the Canton Spa on September 14 and 15 which was Dystport and Restalane. Tammy and Michelle were the nurses who did the procedures. They both explained everything ahead of time and made me feel at ease. They were all very sweet. Both procedures went well. Am absolutely loving my results so far... rate of regrowth has slowed significantly. Now I have stubbles after 6-7 days and I just pass the razor over them. Can't wait to complete all my sessions!

I was very excited about my appointment. I went for a training session and it went very well. Everyone was professional and kind. The teachers were knowledgeable and patient as they taught the students the art of Cool Sculpting. The students asked questions about the process so they can prefect their skills. They went over my medical history, explained the process, and the after care. They checked on me several times and asked was I OK. The procedure wasn't bad at all. I was cold however, but I am always cold. There was really no pain going through the process. Minimum soreness around the area from suction apparatus. Suction sounds bad., but that's the best way to describe it. Because it seals to your body. You won't hear suction, I promise. Its been 3 days and my back is just a little sore. I was able to go to work the next day. No time off was necessary for my procedure. Wearing no bra or shirt at night feels great, because there is no friction. I am excited to see what the results look like in several months. : ))

My appointment got double book. I called the same day and offered an earlier appointment, I declined as it was not convenient for me. When I arrived later that day for my scheduled appointment me I was told I needed to reschedule because I did not take the earlier time when I was called. It was not made clear that I was going to lose my appointment altogether if I did not take the earlier appointment. The secretary was able to make a phone call to manager to stay later to do my appointment but it was incredibly frustrating and I waited an hour in the waiting area to be seen.

A few hours later I came back for my Juviderm Fillers Sam again did those she was great very professional but still made me feel super comfortable. Will Definitely be back for more work

I was assessed and it was determined that I was not a good candidate for one area of my body. However, another area of my back, I was informed I could get done. I was walked out of the door and told to lose some weight and come back to determine if I could be helped. I inquired about the cost of the area I could get done,as I was being walked out, I was told that area would be about 1, 000 dollars. There was no sit down consultation about price regarding the area of my back that I could have benefited from. I was treated rudely at the end.

We went over various options and procedures I was curious about -mostly for the future- and she seemed very knowledgeable when comparing options. She sent me the release forms while I was still chatting with her and then everything was booked. I'll be popping my Botox cherry in two days! Very excited!
