I've been there serveral times and always had a wonderful experience. The staff knows what they are doing. Matt is great loved the deep massages. The body massage is awesome. I bought a package of 6 massages so I can get one a month. They also have a CBD lotion that the can use for a small upgrade.

Love this place! I worked in the spa industry for 15 years and NB Morningside has always been my go to. Had a deep tissue massage today with Denise... One of the best massages I have ever had. Perfect pressure and nailed all the spots that were bothering me! If you need a REAL massage and not just an hour lotion application then Denise is your girl.

However after 14 faithful years with Natural Body Spa Morningside I sadly say that the place feels cluttered with merchandise and staff conversations making the waiting experience far from enjoyable. Also the policy of charging 50% of the service upfront is quite hostile and does not say to me 'we appreciate and trust your business for the past 14 years'

Fantastic experience again! I have always wanted to go to this spa and I was treated to the location in Snellville once... but as a young lady I used to dream of going to the Highlands location. For my birthday I received a GC from my fiance and booked a CBD massage with Diamond and a Blueberry facial... I was in heaven! The massage was amazing and therapeutic and the facial?! All of the "oil worms" were extracted from my nose!! IYKYK... I'm worm free 3 days later! Highly recommend!

This is the real deal, with trained professionals. My husband and I get full body massages all the time. But we could tell right away that our massage therapists were trained and knew exactly what they were doing. I asked my therapist to really focus on my feet. She asked questions and then executed exactly what I requested. It was heaven. We also both received facials. We could tell this just wasn't a feel-good experience. The one who did my facial educated me well on how to take care of my skin. I hate that I cannot recall anyone's name but they all did an amazing job!

I have had great experiences here before, this time was different. I selected a swedish massage and have had a swedish massage here before. This time I was reminded multiple times by the therapist that she would not be applying hard pressure. The multiple reminders honestly put me out, like she was trying to upsell me a more expensive massage when I had selected what I wanted. Secondly and more importantly, she didn't ask for any feedback throughout. Didn't ask what I wanted to focus on, didn't ask if I liked the pressure, didn't ask at the end how the massage was. I felt zero interest from the therapist in ensuring I had a good experience, and was nervous to ask for any customization for fear of getting a sales pitch. I have had engaged massage therapists in other swedish massages at Natural Body Spa, so felt compelled to give feedback as I hope this doesn't become a trend!

I am very hesitant to do anything because as much as I want to look my best I don’t ever want to look like “I’ve had something done…” Maria is always conservative and everything she does looks natural! Went today with my mom for a signature spa package which includes a seasonal body scrub, a 60 minute massage and a facial. I had Denise for my body scrub and massage and I don’t think I’ve ever had someone pay such close attention to the needs of my body. She found and worked on every spot that I hold tension. I felt like a bowl of jelly afterwards. The rooms, bathrooms and shower were perfectly clean and comfortable. After the massages we waited for about 15 minutes in the relaxation area which we had to ourselves so we could sip some warm tea. My facial was with Jin and it was so soothing I fell asleep. She used the perfect amount of product for every step and was so gentle that I was comfortable even during the extractions. My skin looks fabulous. Everyone was incredibly COVID safe which I appreciated having brought my mom with me. Can’t wait to go back. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Love this place! They are beyond accommodating and sweet n nice while they’re at it. Very clean rooms and the vibe is perfect. The slight little rushed you feel I think was simply to make sure you get the most out of your money and I appreciated that. We had never been to a spa so the process was new but they were very helpful. I even booked the wrong thing and they made it happen for us any ways. AMY is wonderful and makes you feel like a friend from the start. The front end staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The hot towels are mint! Another review coming from my parter because they deserve two 5 stars.

The customer service was great, not pushy at all and still very informative of any questions I had. I was about 15 min late due to my taxi not showing up on time and they couldn't have been more easygoing about it. I got a 30 minute facial and 30 min massage from Francesca and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and did not rush me out. I had never received a facial before and she explained everything she was doing as she did it which really helped relax me through the process. During the massage she used a slow to medium pace and knew how to properly affect muscles without causing pain. I actually felt great for a whole month following her massage! I was visiting from PA and boy I wish I could have brought her home with me, I can't wait to go back to Atlanta just to get a massage from her again! Next time I'm doing an hour or 90 min lol!

My first visit was for a Hydrafacial and it truly made my skin smooth and had lasting results which I loved. For my birthday I splurged on a day there with a massage, regular facial and a mani/pedi. I felt truly refreshed and my spirit lifted. Thank you Natural Body for always providing the best services and care!

This is really nice shop. It has a sent mixing center that allows you to create your own locations and creams in the sent you like. This is more than just a massage spa, its an experience that is hard to describe. The people are nice, professional and clean. The store is a pleasure to come into. My wife loves this place and this is the one thing that we both due together. Come check them out and make sure you signup for their newsletter they send out some pretty good specials about once every other month.

The massage therapists are wonderful and always apply just the right amount of pressure -- and yes, they do deep tissue very well when I want that. The aestheticians are so very well trained, knowledgeable and thorough. I always learn something about skin care as my needs have changed -- which they have over 20 years! Plus the spas are beautifully merchandised. Over the years I've purchased lovely gift like jewelry great skin care items for myself and friends as well as my favorite summer hat and sandals.
