My husband and I received a Groupon for a couples massage with add on as a Christmas gift from our kids. We were booked with Josh and Fernando. They were amAZing!!! This being our first time here, we didn't know what to expect. The reception area had several attending the front desk. They were attentive and respectful as we did our paperwork. When we went to the room for our couples massage, it was comfortable and relaxing. We opted for the hot stone therapy for our add on and we are so glad we did! It was great! The aromatherapy was great too. This was a great date day for us! I couldn't be happier and my husband feels so as well. I wish we lived closer so we could come more often, it was definitely worth the long trip to have such a treat! Special thanks to Josh and Fernando!!! Thank y'all very much for taking such good care of us!!

Today was my very first massage ever. This was the best experience ever. When you walk in your greated with beautiful women with so much class and respect. The waiting room was so nice ,clean and smelled so good. Now my therapist was gos sent , and I'm not exaggerating either. She has a beautiful spirit and personality and really good at what she does. If your ever in Buckhead and need a message I recommend Message Heights Retreat and my therapist name is Ms. Kelliama, such a sweet person. It's a much needed experience that everyone should experience. I'm looking to do them once a month.

This was my first time at this location and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I was positively greeted by the entire front desk. Breana was an amazing representative of the company. I really enjoyed her personality and professionalism. I actually want to compliment everyone's professionalism on NYE. Alonzo was my therapist and I definitely enjoyed the experience. Again, I cannot harp on professionalism enough at this location. They definitely have me considering buying a membership just to enjoy the staff again.

purchased a Groupon for myself and my boyfriend while we were visiting atl. staff was very kind and helpful. we had a positive interaction with everyone there. my massage therapist was (i believe) Alonzo and he was amazing i literally saw god. my issue with massages sometimes is a) people are afraid to really apply pressure and b) people aren’t strong enough to manipulate my body bc i’m a plus size girlie. he was great - listened to everything i said in the consultation, was so thorough, and gave one of the best massages i’ve ever had. if and when i visit atl again i will book with him specifically.

I've been patronizing this location for over 2 years with 90 minute sessions. I've had several therapists with minimum improvements. Before I cancelled my membership I decided to try another therapist. Wow! Where has Merrisa been?! She is totally awesome and thorough! She is experienced and has a soothing meditative voice. She explained where my ailments were (no one previously did that), and how she was proceeding to work on each area. That was the kind of massage that I have always been used to from 20+ years back. I immediately fell in love with her services and I'm gratefully going back more often. What she did in 1 hour was above and beyond what I had been getting in 90 minutes. Thank you Merrisa❣️

Best massage ever. Came in for a Groupon for a couples massage. Waited for a bit for the woman at the front desk to give us the paperwork we had to fill out, but she was very nice and I didn't mind. Our masseuses were very professional and talented. The bed/thing you laid on was covered in wonderful sheets and I was never uncovered on any part of my body that wasn't actively being massaged, which I really appreciated. If I could, I'd come here every week!

Great customer service, but massage was not great. It is always fifty fifty. You never know what type of hands you might receive. I wanted masculine to relieve stress in back but ended up getting brutal. So I recommend to get the female staff if you have a sensitive body. Nice location and pretty decor.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but I'm so impressed it's worth my time! Firstly, the administrative staff is wonderful--responsive and did their best to 1. schedule me as I passed through town and 2. pair me with a masseuse capable of true deep tissue massage. Secondly, more importantly, Merissa was wonderful--an hour with her was exactly what I needed to get me through until I can get in with my regular masseuse back home. If I lived anywhere near Buckhead I'd absolutely be going every two weeks. Merissa knows her stuff! Truly-she knows anatomy and what to do to get results you need, but also takes care of little things that make a big difference (wiping oil off;). Worthy of the most generous tip you can muster.

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage last night and it was the best after work treat, the stuff was very professional, they explained everything we needed to know. We were scheduled for a 6pm massage but started around 6.10pm but our therapist made sure our time was accounted for. The massage was heavenly, the foot scrub was simply the best . Our therapist were professional and you could tell they were very skilled. We often get massages once a month and we will definitely go back and request the same therapists. Overall the whole process was made seemless and easy. Clean and relaxing environment .i would say the best we’ve had.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage here using Groupon. All of the staff members were very courteous, and no one made us feel less important for using Groupon (I’ve been to other places that do). The environment was calming from the moment we walked in, and we were taken to our room promptly for our appointment time. Both of our massage therapists were very respectful and would check in with us to make sure the pressure was okay. I had a lot going on in my back, and she really helped stretch me out! At the end, they really try to sell you on their monthly membership, which was a little awkward since we weren’t interested in it, but if we were to want another massage, we would definitely come back!

Booked a last minute massage while visiting Atlanta. I really enjoyed my experience and they practiced good covid protocols. Ashley did an AMAZING Job. I usually prefer to enjoy the soothing sounds/ quietwhile getting a massage. But Ashley does affirmations throughout the session (I believe this is optional), but it was refreshing and contributed to my relaxation because it was mentally freeing. She did an awesome job at relieving tension in my neck and shoulders. She uses essential oils and hot towels, which enhanced the experience. Probably top 3 massages I've had. The front staff was also friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars just because I've had better experiences/hospitality. Even with just things like receiving a courtesy water. I will keep them on my list for when go back to Atlanta.

I’m not quite sure where to start talking about this phenomenal location. Let’s start with WHY I chose this location- Kacie’s amazing spirit seeping through the phone. She exhibited exceptional, professionalism and exceeded my expectations for customer service. So I show up for my appointment and I’m greeted with smiles, warmth and young ladies that ENJOY people. They were kind-spirited and very professional. I was impressed! Next we move on to Dr. Hands - well, his name is actually Jarred but because he was so knowledgeable about muscle, fascia, tissue, decompression, etc. ohmygoodnessgracious!!! I just felt Dr. Hands was appropriate. This young man was phenomenal. He knows where stress is in your body and wants to heal you. Enjoy your massage!!!!

Loved it. Every employee I spoke to was very nice and welcoming. I told them I had bad headaches for a week and the ladies at the front desk suggested which add ons to choose. Chance was my masseuse and he was GREAT. Very professional and sweet. I wanted a firm massage due to stress and he did just that but was careful to ask if it was too much. He noticed how tight my shoulder and neck was immediately and it seemed like he gave it extra attention. His facial and scalp massage is literally amazing. Amaazzinnggggg

Found this place on Groupon. Called them before buying the Groupon to know availability. They were booked for most of my preferred day and time, but found a time which worked. They asked me not to buy Groupon and promised to give the same price on the day of Massage, but it didn't go that way. During checkout they added extra charge of Hot Stones, while it was already included in the Groupon package. I got the extra charges removed by pointing it out. Massage was good, but total massage time was 15 minutes short. They would ask to buy their membership package by paying some fee upfront, which I didn't think was worth committing to.

*****UPDATE*******Miscommunication on both ends have been corrected. See added details on bottom. Ms Dorian Retreat manager called and made a lot RIGHT!!! Back to 4 stars This is a wonderful massage business and my pre-covid experiences were amazing. I have never written a bad review before on any company but find it necessary to hopefully get results. Initially in March 2020, an email was sent out about the temporary closing. It stated that I would be credited these massage charges for future use. I called while they were closed and left a message about wanting someone to call me about continued auto drafts. I received an email asking how they could assist so I called again in April and spoke to someone at the front desk. I have called a total of 5 times atleast. I was advised that the email stated that the charges would continue and the funds would be in reserve for future massages. I was told that I would need to call to have this stopped. I requested this and was told a manager would need to call me to stop the charges. I sent an email in Early June requesting the auto draft be stopped, and again was charged the end of June. I have called more than 2x requesting that I no longer have monthly massage charges and massages since Covid. I have been told both times or more that the employee answering the phone cannot take care of this for me. She assured me a manager will call. I have never received this call to stop charging me for massage fees. I was told I could not gift these to a younger less covid risk friend or family member. I am compassionate for all businesses to stay afloat during the shutdown particularly. Please stop taking my funds against my permission. Thank you ***UPDATE*** I received a call from Dorian the next day after my post. My error in not seeing a June 14th email asking how I would like to freeze my account. She was kind and apologetic. I requested a refund of some of my charges and a freeze on future charges for a time. I asked for an email with my initial agreement with them for the years commitment be sent to me. I left an email today requesting that in case it’s there and I’m not seeing it. I recommended they be more engaged with what the front desk staff is advising callers to eliminate some frustration and expectations. Covid huge volumes of work and I’m not sure that load could be accommodated. I am adjusting my review to a 4. Thank you Dorian.

I had some deeper knots to work out and he was really top notch and finding the right spots and releasing them. While other massages are nice and gentle, this one actually solved my problem. On our 1st visit, they stole a whole 30 mins from the massage! The massage was very magical and we felt the impact for almost 3 weeks! Life changing! However, on our second visit, the impact was so great and we felt that our masseuses could have done much better. I personally feel that my masseuse could have used some more oil as it felt a little too dry for me. We also got 45 mins instead of the 60 mins and we were on time!! Disappointed. We wont be returning!

DO NOT subscribe for any monthly/yearly program with Massage Heights, wedid and we’re told we could cancel at any time with no penalty...when we did cancel after three months they imposed a 3 month penalty, and claimed that whatever we were told was not valid. They are not an ethical company, their employees are not honest, and they will extort customers opportunistically. I recommend you stay away, look for other massage services.

I have a membership at this location. The staff at the desk is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are not too pushing on upselling or selling the products in the store. I prefer some masseuses over others, but that is typical with anything chain massage salon.

This was okay...I felt my masseuse didn't really work on the areas I asked for and the massage was not even throughout. When he worked on certain sides he did different things and didn't spend the same amount of time on each area. I have had better massages.
