I did full body laser hair removal here and highly recommend it! I have tanner skin with dark hair and Kalen does an amazing job making sure we get it all. I saw significant changes in 2 sessions and after all 8 sessions I have noticed about a 80-95% reduction of hair all over my body. My leg, underarm, and arm hair is basically 95% gone. They are flexible with scheduling and make sure you have enough time to have a thorough appointment. Very professional and trustworthy team at Blue Divine Spa. Loved my experience here.

Blue divine is the best! I have my preferred treatments, but you can’t go wrong with any treatment from this spa! Kalen is so knowledgeable and LOVES getting results for her clients. Trying to figure out where to go to achieve brighter-looking skin is stressful. There are so many options. A healthy lifestyle and daily skincare routine are necessary but will not yield the best results as you age. I needed some additional help, and I will need help again in the future. I saw many stellar reviews about Blue Divine Spa, so I checked them out myself. Over a handful of months, I had a few hydra facials, a Reve Peel, and a CoolPeel laser. My skin looks noticeably better! The owner, Kalen Wheeler knows what she is doing and has excellent suggestions. Everyone on her staff is welcoming and kind.

I felt kind of uncomfortable when I got to the front desk after my service. A bunch of prices were thrown at me since the first time I came for a consultation as a new client. Would think they would be a little more organized than that. Overall my service was wonderful and my skin feels flawless! Front desk could do a little better!

Thought I needed a dermatologist but she gave me a product that fixed my issues within 3 days then did a hydrofacial that further brightened & improved my skin drastically. She also has lasers & other technologies that work for black & ethnic skin. Very knowledgeable, honest, & non-judgmental. This could change, just moved to the area. Services seem right however if the person who answers the phone (2/5/22) is unaccomodating ruins the excitement for wanting to come here. Receptionist put me hold, phones hangs up. Call back rings and click! Two times .. very obvious the person picked up and hung up. Finally get her on the phone to ask about a facial service and told her about me calling and getting hung up on.. no apology or acknowledgment.. just a “ well how can I help u!” Someone please address this …because I was very interested in coming here! ———————————— Manager reached out and said the issue was addressed… also before I was able to get ANY service. 1 to a 4/5… it’s expensive! That’s my only complaint 🙂 Update** I love it here. Like to give credit where credit is due!!!

They really are experts at what they do. When I first began looking for laser hair technicians I was weary because of my complexion a (dark skin). But they specialize in the needle that is required for dark skin laser hair removal and the amount of hyper pigmentation that has decreased is incredible. I got the bikini, under arm and chin done and my results are fantastic. Adriana was awesome. I just finished my package and I’ll definitely be returning. They don’t play about their cancellation fees so make sure you give them 24 hours notice.

This was my first visit and definitely won’t be the last. I enjoyed my time with my esthetician as she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the services provided and about skincare. She walked me through the entire process of the hydrafacial procedure. Her skills were phenomenal. This was definitely a spa experience and not just a service. I appreciated her recommendations on products to maintain my results. The business offers very reasonable packages to keep a consistent skincare regimen. My esthetician was “Yas” because I can’t remember her name but they’ll know who I’m referring to. After the procedure, my skin felt and looked amazing. The products recommended are truly an investment and that’s because you’ll see quicker results than using some of your over the counter products.

When I say there are results just from ONE treatment, recently got my second! I have seen such great results with getting laser hair removal at Blue Divine. Molly is the best! She really helps the process move smoothly. My numbing app was scheduled for 10 am, and I finished my laser app (Brazilian and underarms ) at 10:54 am. I had a great experience at Blue Divine Spa. I went in for a consultation for full body (everywhere except my back) laser hair removal last week and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their professionalism and knowledgeability of the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain at all (coming from someone with an extremely low pain tolerance) when they did a “patch test” on my leg. They blow very cold air onto the spot as the laser zaps the hair, so you won’t feel anything. The type of laser they use (YAG, I believe) is also great for all skin types, which was a big deal for me because I am biracial (tan skin with very dark hair - think Italian or Latino). My aesthetician, Adrianna, was great! She was friendly, professional, and really helped ease my nerves about having the procedure done. They really work with you on prices which is great because I was a little worried about the cost of a full-body procedure, but I am very happy with the price they gave me. The place is clean and well sanitized which I know is important to a lot of people in the age of COVID, and they also make sure to take your temperature upon your arrival. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. I am scheduled to have my first full-body session done next week which should only take 1.5-2 hours. I would definitely recommend Blue Divine Spa! Review Update: (4/22/2021) I have been going here for full body laser hair removal appointments and hydrafacials/chemical peels/microneedling for a few months and my skin looks amazing! My body is super smooth now and my face is always glowing. The staff here is super friendly and the customer service is great. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Had the new client special hydrafacial with red light from Jaycee and it was absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had. This facial included a combination of what felt like microdermabrasion and hydration, it also included extractions and acne treatments. Jaycee took her time and was so sweet and she explained every step of what she was doing and how the products worked. The facial was a full hour and was 10 times better than the 15 minute hydrafacial I got at Dermani.

As a first time customer getting a chemical peel with Enlightening RX by Yesenia I can’t begin to express my true excitement and joy over the results I’ve gotten from just one treatment. Yesenia was amazing as well, she made me feel great and relaxed during the whole process and was very informative and caring through out the entire procedure. Ten out of ten I would totally recommend their services and please do ask for Yesenia cause she is the best customer service experience I’ve had at a beauty parlor in a long time. Yesenia informed me of everything she was doing step by step so that not only have knowledge of the procedure but feel comfortable as well ! However, warning ! You might fall asleep due to how relaxing it feels! As she was finishing up, I expressed my concern with my pores since I do wear makeup on a daily. She recommended a deep cleanser which may I just say I was one of those people who thought skin care products are the same whether it’s clinical or from the drug store ... well am I here to confess how wrong I was ! Even when you think by buying a high end product from a department store is better, it’s not, it’s best to consult with a skin care specialist. The product she recommended was not pricy & it did my skin wonders ! It unclogged my pores and then look invisible ! I definitely recommend getting a hydra facial done by yesenia! This place is incredible, the women who work here really make you feel comfortable. Everything makes you feel good from the minute you walk in until the moment your laser session starts. The laser surprised me with how effective it was after just one treatment. I'm a little sensitive to the laser, but it's worth the results and not having to shave. I would try Blue Divine, it's convenient, clean, and the front desk is always super friendly and Kalen the laser tech is very informative and seems to know her stuff.

The team there is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I got laser hair removal and was slightly nervous about the pain and outcome but they tell you everything you want to know. They also try to work with you if you are thinking about getting multiple areas done. I never had to wait long and they try very hard to fit your appointments in at a time best for you. Having never been, I was unsure what to expect. I was apprehensive when I was called a few days before to move my appointment up 30 minutes and then, on top of that, be there 15 minutes beforehand to fill out paperwork. My appointment was originally for 2 so I hustled to get there by 1:15. And then waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, at 1:50, I finally was rescued by Jaycee. She was delightful, professional, and talked just the right amount. She saved the experience from being scored a lot lower to a 4; her part was a 5.

She does a great job indeed; you should definitely consider this place if you want to get a laser hair removal. And another awesomeness they have is the reminder emails that you receive once you book your appointment; you can book online or on site or with someone on the phone, but the best part is that they send you a reminder email one day before, so even if you have a hectic schedule, they help you keep track with your schedules.

My favorite place to go to pamper myself! If you’ve ever thought about getting laser hair removal, DO IT! Absolutely THE best decision I ever made! Bought a Brazilian + underarm package and I’m completely hairless (minus random itty-bitty peach fuzz that no laser can completely do away with)! Plus, Blue Divine’s laser is YAG which means it can treat all different skin shades from extremely pale to dark (most lasers cannot do this without damaging pigmented skin). Also, I get a HydraFacial with Kalen (the super knowledgeable owner / really cool chick) every couple of months because they’re seriously skin changing! I have very dry/sensitive skin and have struggled with rosacea my whole life. This facial has made winter SO much more manageable for me. And if you want to treat yourself, I recommend adding a jelly mask to your HydraFacial! Feels like a cloud on your face! No secret that I love Blue Divine. If you’re thinking about which MedSpa in Atlanta to visit, look no further!

Let me tell you how much I appreciate their promptness! You walk in and they are ready to see you approximately 5 minutes later. They also do an awesome job of scheduling and sending appointment reminders. On friendliness, I would have to say its hit or miss. There's one lady who is super bubbly and sweet. Some of the other staff are sort of "too cool for school" with an apparent 90210 smugness. It doesn't bother me especially because the service is so quick and they do a great job. Just an observation. But I would recommend their service. The technician stated that she has experience with a wide variety of skin types and colors and appears very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. It's worth checking out!

I have wanted laser hair removal for years, but I have dark hair so I was worried about hyperpigmentation. I did my research and found that Kalen specializes in laser hair removal for dark hair. I had my consultation with her and she sent me home with a lightening cream, for the hyperpigmentation I already had, and was set to return in two weeks for my first removal session. After two weeks of using the cream, my skin was so even toned! The hyperpigmentation I had caused from years of waxing/plucking/etc was completely gone. After my first laser hair removal session I noticed a difference in a few short days, I was having to shave every 2-3 days but after the first session I went an entire week without needing to shave. I just returned from my second session and I know the results are going to be even better than before. I do not have any hyperpigmentation which was my biggest worry. Blue Divine is clean, professional, and the staff is very friendly.

Decor and atmosphere pretty impressive. Plenty of chocolates in the waiting room if you happen to have a sweet tooth. Kalen is very nice, she uses the latest technology, her laser machine blows out cold air to sooth "the pain" that comes with the laser on the skin. If you are like me, you get super anxious when that laser touches your skin, but fear no more, she is super quick, you're done before you know it, with almost 0 pain. I am only on my 2nd treatment, and the hair is barely growing back. Totally worth trying.

I went in about a week and a half ago for a Skin Pen treatment. I was worried about the pain because of the word "microneedling" but it really wasn't much more intense than a cat licking your skin. It burned a little afterwards – about like a sunburn – but was mostly better by evening and completely better the next morning. I'm not really supposed to see full results until 3 weeks, but already I'm seeing some spots fade, and just seem to have a healthier, more even skin tone. I've even gotten a few compliments on my skin kind of out of the blue! I can't wait to see the full results in a few weeks. Side note, I've also gotten 5 out of my prepaid 6 laser hair removal treatments done here and have been amazed at the results. (bikini and underarms.) After only a couple treatments, I'd say 80-90% of my hair was GONE! Very clean place, nice part of town, nice staff.

Kalen is sweet and lovely, but there have been a few times when I waited for the staff to finish their conversation before acknowledging me as I stood at the front desk. I also received an inbox filling spam, which I made sure to make them aware of, and no follow-up explanation or apology. I wasn't looking for personalized service but at least customer support on par with other laser removal firms in the area. (To which I also had groupons but have been treated as a paying customer rather than a second thought, schedule filling client). I will not return based solely on the treatment from the front desk jerks. Thanks for making me feel so unwelcome.
