Best place to go for some peace and relaxation . My friend and I booked the hot tub and sauna for a half an hour before are massages. I would recommend and hour before since time flies by. I had a massage today with Eugenie and it was amazing! I was so relaxed afterwords I could of slept in the massage room for hours. Every one here is so nice and friendly. The place is very tranquil and peaceful. It’s a wonderful little spot.

The Hemingway hot tub was cozy and quite with ample shade, while taking a break in the cozy space, comfortable chairs with head rests would go a long way in completing the experience, overall the facilities are well kept and the customer service is outstanding. A must try spa and massage when looking for a quick getaway in Albuquerque.

The Remedy Day Spa is truly a hidden gem. I was diagnosed with Discoid Lupus, Systemic Lupus, Sjogrens and Fibromyalgia. I come here to help manage my pain. Their private soak & sauna is my fave go to. Their yoga class is phenomenal as well. The instructor truly takes into account everyone’s special needs in her routine allowing us all space to stretch and move at our own pace. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a clean, safe and friendly environment to “woo-sah” in. Totally Instagram worth as well.

In reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant for my fiancee and I to try Remedy. There was one review that highlighted bugs were in the private soak area and others than complained about noise. Considering the owners addressed these reviews , we took a chance and I am so glad we did. We booked the Hemingway soak for 1 hour and then a one hour couples massage. If you haven’t soaked before a massage, you must! It is obvious there has been a lot of thought and energy put into the indoor & outdoor spaces of this spa. The robes were comfy & the waiting space was quiet with tasty hot tea options & relaxing furniture. The Hemingway soak tub was perfect! It is an outdoor area with privacy but don’t expect it to be 100% quiet and void of all things mother nature. The area has a privacy door with trees on the inside thar perfectly frame the space. We had a bee buzz around us for a bit and sarcastically joked about how that was most certainly grounds for an unfavorable review! The tub was the perfect temperature and we had two chairs to lounge in if we wanted to get out before the hour. We were offered massage add ons (for additional $) and items to buy after the massage. I did treat myself to a hand/foot add on that was nice. I can appreciate the upsale techniques but appreciate more that the items don’t feel aggressively pushed on you if you are not interested. Had they been super aggressive it would have been completely off putting and would not want to return. Shout out to our massage therapists, Rachel and Doozer. They were very attentive and skilled. Highly recommend and will be back.

I love this place! It's like a secret garden in the middle of the city. I have a basic membership and use it to stay relaxed with private soaks and monthly massages (or facial, I alternate). My partner is also a member so it makes a great, relaxing date. The people at the front desk are very nice and all the providers have been great! The online booking system leaves a lot to be desired and your account doesn't reflect your membership. I just book on the phone or in-person to avoid this.

I went for a soak with a couple of friends yesterday (4/14/23) and it was AMAZING! The private hot tub area we reserved was just the right size for the 3 of us. The facility was very nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I am totally addicted! Even though I feel that the $25 per additional person (after the 2nd person) is a bit steep, it doesn't detract from the wonderful experience I had. It's too bad that they're completely booked up today, otherwise I'd be back this afternoon!

My massage with Anna was wonderful, I liked the heated massage table, and appreciated the choices for add ons. But there were noisy guests the entire time so it felt a bit like getting a massage during a party at someone's house. Parking was stressful as all five of their spots were full and street was full so I had to park in pay lot (luckily I had $3). I was told I would get robe, towel, and sandals but had to ask for sandals. The locker room is small and a woman came in and practically ran into me as I was changing. The locker room smelled like a damp old shower curtain. The staff were overall polite and professional. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do about parking when I called for advice and there was nothing she could do about bridal party that was loud. Actually, she could have volunteered an apology because the therapist had mentioned it versus me having to bring it up. I used a Groupon and I am not sure I will return.

UPDATE: Below is my initial experience. The owner got in touch with me today as well and apologized. This was news to her and she made sure to send me a full refund. She also said she would be meeting with her staff to address what happened to ensure better customer service is provided. My husband and I will definitely give this place another chance. People make mistakes and I appreciate the owner reaching out to try to make this right. When I do visit the spa, I will write another review, especially if it highlights a great experience. This review is not based on actual services rendered. My husband and I booked a couples massage online for December 23rd and were really excited to attend. It is not something we do more than once a year together so we cringed at the $410 price, but went for it since it was supposed to be a special treat for us while family watched the kids. On the morning of the 23rd, I woke up with "bumps" all over the top of my feet, legs, and arms. My husband called immediately on opening to cancel our appointment (my husband didn't want to go without me) because my skin felt like it was on fire and very itchy. I didn't want to be touched and I didn't know what was going on with me so I was concerned this could be something that I could pass on, like shingles. When my husband called he had to leave a voicemail because no one answered. He did get a call back from The Remedy Day Spa and they didn't care that it was a legitimate medical issue, they were going to charge us for the missed visit. I called back hoping to speak with someone to hopefully appeal to some common decency and explain that we would be willing to meet them in the middle and pay a late cancellation fee that was closer to $100 for their troubles, if we could also reschedule once I was better, but all I too got was voicemail. I was even prepared to provide pictures as proof. I never received a call back and the next day got a charge of $452.76 to our bank account. I couldn't believe they did not have courtesy to call me back. I was looking for somewhere I could go more frequently to help with injuries my husband and I both received while we were on active duty. I will never give this place my business in the future! I am truly astounded that a place that proclaims to care about people's health and well-being is so absolutely heartless!!

The Remedy Day Spa is one of Albuquerque’s hidden gems. Located in a residential area, you’d hardly know there was a spa until you step inside. The decor is very hip, soothing and takes you miles away from the outside world. Every therapist I have seen there has been fabulous, especially Caryss, Massage Therapist and Katie, Esthetician. The outdoor tubs are super relaxing and also include a sauna. Not the cheapest place in town but worth every single penny.

This was mine and my wife's first time here. We are frequent visitors of spas around Albuquerque as well as New Mexico. We were thoroughly impressed. The hot tubs are awesome and made out of wood which is something we have never seen before. The water temperature was perfect as well. My wife had her massage from Alexis. She said her massage was very relaxing from the atmosphere to the actual massage itself. She will be returning to see Alexis. For my massage, Sara was amazing. I told her where I was having aches and tension and she really concentrated on those areas. I prefer firm pressure and that is exactly what I got from start to finish. It was definitely one of the better massages I have ever had and I have had quite a few. I will definitely be returning

Best place, this was my first spa massage experience ever. Loved it. The hospitality was awesome. Sauna & hot tub along with the massage package was a bonus. Heather was my masseuse, she is amazing and she gave every little detail of the strokes she gave, products she used . She took really good care of service i wanted. I felt easy breezy after the session & relived from aches in the body. Loved the cozy relaxing place. I planned for an hour time to stay but ended up nearly 3 hours. Would surely come back.

After days of severe sciatic nerve pain I booked my first professional massage here. I chose "any available masseuse" just to get an appointment, and was assigned to Ms. Grit. I think that is how to spell her name. The place is clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was welcoming. Ms. Grit massaged and worked on my back for an hour, it was very comfortable. I left in the same amount of pain, but she said it is not a miracle cure, it might take 2-3 sessions to alleviate my pain fully. I woke up this morning, and my back had a series of 5-6 little pops and a release of tension. It still hurts a tiny bit, and I will take it easy today, but the relief is amazing. I plan on returning some day for a more relaxation based massage with my wife.

I have been to this comfortable tranquil spa 3x The first time was incredible during the second part of a massage I went into another place. Used the hot tub cold plunge sauna and showers very nice. The second time used just the amenities and was feeling great when I left. The third time another wonderful massage with Martin.

I love this place! Heather gave me such a great massage and really listened to what I needed and designed a treatment around that. The bromide hot tub and sauna after are an awesome bonus. I have been to many spas and this now my fav. At others I've felt like I was on a conveyor belt; just another client that day in a place that books more people at a time than it should because it is motivated by money. This place is the real deal and I will definitely be back. A lot!

The Remedy Day Spa was such a treat! Everyone was so professional and talented. I had a massage with Tara and a pedicure with Katie. The massage room was so beautiful and relaxing, and Tara had hands of an angel and the pressure was spot on. She knows just what your muscles need! My pedicure turned out perfect and it was such a pleasure talking with Katie. My feet were in bad shape and needed a lot of TLC. I left there with baby smooth feet and a perfectly painted toes. There is a good selection of colors to choose from too. There is free parking in front of the building and more in the street if needed. They give you a warm welcoming and a robe and towel if you are getting a massage. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and relaxing. There is an outdoor relaxing area with lounge chairs, hottub, and sauna. Definitely treat yourself or someone else!

I LOVED theThe Remedy from the moment I walked in. The soothing tones of the decor, the beautiful artwork and friendly reception helped me relax right away. I had a wonderful facial from Emma and an equally wonderful massage from Tara. These therapists are top notch. The attention to detail, from the luxurious comfy robes to the heated massage tables was also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend The Remedy whenever you need an escape with some extra special pampering from people who know what they are doing.

A beautiful Urban Oasis in the heart of Albuquerque. Every treatment I have received from the talented practitioners there has been amazing and incredibly healing. The Vichy room treatment are INCREDIBLE!! Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the outdoor tub, sauna and pool, and enjoy a cup of tea before and or after treatment. I had the most amazing massage at Remedy Day Spa. Ethan was my therapist, I did 90 minutes. That is the only way to have a great massage. I felt better than I have in months. I had a five-star experience at The Remedy Day Spa! I received a Groupon for my birthday for a Massage Package with Amenity Access. I called and had to leave a voicemail to make a reservation on a Friday (it was the day after a holiday), and received a call back on Monday to make my reservation. I got in the next week with no problems. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I do want to forewarn you that there is very limited free parking here. They have a few spots directly in front of the building other wise it's street parking (if you can find it) or paid parking in the lot directly next store. DO NOT TRY TO PARK IN THE PAID PARKING WITHOUT PAYING. Upon entering the establishment the woman at the friend was very kind and didn't treat me differently than any other customer for arriving with a Groupon. She showed me the amenities which I enjoyed thoroughly before my massage. They have a cool dip (swimming pool), hot tub, sauna, and outdoor relaxation loungers and hammock. There is also a beautiful indoor seating area with comfortable seating, water, tea, and snacks. They also have smoothies, sunscreen, and other great items available for purchase. In the locker room they provide you with a personal robe and towel, shoes to use, combs, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and even have plastic bags to put your wet swimsuit in! I was happy that the woman who gave me my locker was thoughtful enough to give me a locker with the larger style robe, as I forgot to ask. Let me tell you this robe was great! There is nothing worse that going to a spa and being given a robe that you can barely close. This one was big, baggy, and had lots of room to spare! After enjoying the amenities I was introduced to my massage therapist, Michelle. If you want an amazing massage ask for Michelle! She did an amazing job and I feel like a million dollars. I did decide to add on the Mint Scalp Massage, and if you have the $25.00 I highly recommend it! It was a wonderful add on. I can't say enough how wonderful this location is, I will definitely be returning.

I had purchased a introductory massage for a sale price and the customized deep clean facial for my girlfriend’s birthday present. The facial was with Emma and the massage was with Jovina. It was a very welcoming environment. She had access to the jacuzzi before her massage. Just a great experience all together. A complimentary beverage was provided for her while she enjoyed her sauna time. It’s was a beautiful business, such a sight for sore eyes. Jovina was very knowledgeable on muscle pain and seemed very concerned about her “cracking” shoulder. She provided exercises that could be done to help stretch out and alleviate future pain. She was very pleased about her whole situation. As for me, I dealt mostly with Mandy. Let me say she is the most amazing person! She was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Was on top of the situation, and everything was handled seamlessly. It was such a great relief to have someone so dependable, and this is the first time we’ve dealt with this place. As long as Mandy is running the fort, they’ll have our continued business.

I took Sami's Manipura Chakra yoga class this morning and it was spectacular! First, Kari is amazing and made me feel immediately welcome in the space. This was my first time doing yoga outside of my home and I felt incredibly comfortable despite being nervous beforehand. Second, Sami is a wonderful instructor! You can tell right away she knows what she's doing and that she is passionate about others' wellbeing. It was fun, challenging in all the right ways, and very relaxing. Her class was the perfect anecdote for de-stressing after a long week at work. I highly recommend The Remedy and Sami as an instructor - you won't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Remedy Day Spa on the tail end of a two week road trip. I walked in with aching joints and sore muscles from camping and sitting in the car. Despite my frazzled look and weary eyes, I was ushered into their tranquil space where a warm shower stocked with invigorating products helped me begin the relaxation process. I soaked in the hot tub where I watched the monsoon storm clouds roll in. When it was time for my massage, Heather welcomed me and really listened to my story. The next 90 minutes was bliss as she smoothed out my knots with such compassionate care. The Remedy is an island of peace in the bustling city that left me feeling renewed.

I love the remedy day spa! Is close to unm / nob hill area so it's convenient for a spa day and a bite to eat afterwards! They have a hot tub and sauna in a private courtyard. There are numerous services including having trained massage therapist and estheticians on staff. Staff is friendly and helpful!

I love this place. Let me start by saying how much I love the soaking pools. I always get a private one for 1 hour so I can read and relax. Then I get a facial from Emily. She makes my life complete. I trust her completely with my skin needs. I also love massages from Eugenie. I have never met anyone with such a good technique and professionalism. She's the best massage therapist I have ever worked with.
