I come to this area to get my haircuts, best place in town for a good haircut. I believe there’s also a bookstore or cafe. It’s a nice area to chill and just watch traffic drive by.

Livingston's cafe is the primary place I visit. My husband works there. She tries to keep the menu items and recipes of Her father for consistency. Good following... it's pretty Good . They do care about their cooking and a lot of the people there are nice.

I love window shopping here. I used to go to Sudi's and Gessler's for lunch when I was in grade school down the street. It's still fun to shop there in retirement, even though all the merchants are different.

Lovely boutique shopping. Only 4 stars due to the book shop being members of the Religion of the Mask. If you do not participate in their religion they do not want you to enter. No other shop seem to participate in the religious ritual mask wearing. Warm and welcoming. Tight parking lot but we found a spot quickly.

I'm not a person who does bad reviews, but this place was just ok. The breakfast burrito was soggy and didn't have much flavor even with all the green peppers and onions. I added hot sauce, to their mix of tomato and onions, Also added salt and pepper. That helped. I get that everyone can season their own food but it's difficult when it's wrapped up. I'm definitely going back to try the 1-2-3.

This little shopping center is in college hill. Whether you visit Maxine's, saloom- neat little gifts. Watermark book store. Livingtons diner- yum!! You must stop at livingstons- food us awesome!!

Great little mall with several awesome stores. My two favorite are the book store with unique books and items and the of course the newly renovated Livingston restaurant. Great food, affordable prices, top notch service. Very cozy place, been coming here for many years..

Cute shops and even healthcare here! I love going to Watermark for books, Livingston's has great food and Freestate is a great doctor's office. They offer memberships if you don't have insurance.

This was like the fourth time trying to get in, I was not all impressed with the service. It was like because we where not a regular we where not there. Make note of the prices on the menu they are funny. Just make sure you get full size whatever. It took some time for our food to get out to us, but it was good. I can say I experienced this place but the hospitality for everyone was less inviting.

Fun little shopping strip that has been a Wichita staple for years. I wish the parking situation were better. Some of the stores and restaurants don't seem to fit as well as others.

Nice little shopping area, but even with two parking lot area's it's a nightmare. We had to park in the second parking lot as far as possible, and our friend kept circling around to get a decent parking spot.
