There are so many stores and the food court is really clean. You could spend a good five hours here. I wish there was mall security on foot. The vibe is really nice.

My daughter and I are in DC visiting for a few days to see the museums and sights. We were looking for food for dinner tonight and stumbled upon this wonderful mall completely by accident. We ended up eating in the food court and then spent the next two hours shopping on the four floors of stores. The entire mall was fully decorated for Christmas and it was just gorgeous. It was so great to see an indoor mall so busy and alive, especially since so many indoor malls have gone extinct in recent years. It was such a fun little treat for us after a full day of museums and we had a blast. Highly recommended.

We had some Haagen dazs ice cream, Asian noodle, and Lindt chocolate. This place was packed with people. Definitely coming back soon to explore more when is less crowded. Parking was easy and affordable while paying $3 at the gate. The dining area has glass windows on the top, super cool and comfortable.

One of the places to just drop by and shop. Food options are great too. But just focus on the main mall, the surrounding area have other shops and food all within walking distance Not as cheap as factory outlets but you can find discounts here. Chill day if required.

Really cool mall! I loved the atmosphere of this place! The Christmas decorations was sooo nice!!! There were a lot of shops, and a lots of floors in them. A great selection, as well. The parking was nice and easy! I am definitely coming back here!

Typical to any mall, the entry, exits and navigation is a nightmare here. Otherwise it's a nice place with great food and retail options.

are used to think malls in America were dying, but this one seems pretty upbeat. The selection of food and restaurants are amazing and there are many retail stores there to browse around. It’s a great mall to visit if you have lots of shopping to do or you’re just bored and looking to spend some free time there

A wide range of stores to wander around. Bargains can be had in the sales. Plenty of food choices too. Easy to each by car or Metro.

Is it in Nordstrom in Pentagon City today to have a sit down meal at their Cafe. The cashier was friendly and efficient in ordering our food and helping us choose items that were on the menu. There are limited items on the menu, but most of them are fairly decent. There are fountain drinks and bottle drinks available to purchase. There are at least three servers in the room keeping everything clean and wiping tables and serving the customers. Our server was attentive and professional in serving our table. We each ordered different meals and as you can see in a photo they all came to the table and a nicely presented fashion. We all liked our individual meals of chicken, spicy sausage with noodles, and a bacon with chicken sandwich.

Decent mall. Some Escalators often don’t work, which is fine I can walk, it’s just one of those things you notice everytime I go it’s broken. Parking is a bit ridiculous. Can take a long time to pay the line gets so long in the mall.z should have an online option.

Found some great deals. A lotttt of teens & screaming babies. The food was ok...not good. The person packing the food was snotty & tried to after-charge us for a small packet of sauce...not an extra as we never had any.

Its huge mall with almost all stores and various options to eat. Parking is kinda headache, but there is paid parking lot across the street. Use it. Its crowded on the weekends so plan accordingly. They got good restaurants.

The mall is nice and all, but if it ain't got Barnes and Noble then I don't really care too much about it. Lots of good clothes shopping if you're into that. I got a DC souvenir.

Typical mall with huge shops and decent stock. Employees in Macy's were particularly rude and unhelpful. The mall itself is limited in the variety of stores but has the main ones. Not particularly clean or welcoming environment though.

This mall is very convenient to the Pentagon City metro (just don’t confuse it with the Pentagon metro stop!). It has most stores you would be looking for- all the cell carriers, screen repair, Apple, Nordstrom(rack is across the street FYI), large food court... photos taken August 2018

This location has many of the stores one would expect in a mall which would satisfy most people. The Nordstrom and Macy's are not on the same level as Tysons Corner but there are some good options at Pentagon City Mall.

Super great mall with a tin of shops to this multi-level location. Parking was easy and reasonable with a max charge of $20. Some vendors will voucher your parking if you make a purchase at their store. Several options to eat as well, not to mention it is connected to the DC metro, a short walk to the 9-11 memorial site at the Pentagon, and only 2 stops from DCA.

Recently went to this mall on the 9th of March, this place is huge and pact and it feels like home. One problem about being in the mall is the location of the bathrooms.

As a tourist and an avid mall goer the mall was just ok. Not bad but not spectacular either The layout was confusing, food court was average and escalators were not working. On the plus side I loved the skylights.The customers service at Macy's was outstanding.

Best Buy in the mall was the best store (Best Buy) that I have visited. Every employee in the store proved to be knowledgable and well versed in even the most random sections of the store. The store Manager was on point and it was clear that he had invested in his employees leadership and training.

Great place for food for bus groups. However not as bus friendly as it should be considering how much money we bring in daily. Maybe consider making bus parking in Macy's lot or something. But stop trying to run us off while unloading students that will spend hundreds of not thousands there

Great place to shop with all the designer label and boutique type shops on 4 floors. Nice food court area with a big selection of food choices. Anchor stores of Nordstrom and Macy’s work out nice here. You can get your parking validated by some of the shops too. If you come by train, the Pentagon City stop is directly outside. Very easy to get in and out of this mall.

This has been my favorite mall since I was in college in NC traveling on megabus to visit friends in DC. This mall has everything including eateries and the vibe is always good. Theres a shake shack and sugar factory attached. You can spend hours here. Happy shopping!

Busy mall with a great mix of shops- I just went to visit the MAC Cosmetics store and then got sucked into ZARA Which was having an amazing sale! Two hours later I stumbled out of this huge mall too exhausted to go to any other stores. It’s a great place to spend a rainy day shopping with four levels of stores And you will get your steps as well.

One of the best food courts I've seen in a shopping mall. 4 levels, over 150 stores, very spacious, easy to walk. You can find just about anything here. Very busy at times, too, which is a good thing considering how fast large malls are dying.

I needed something to do and get in my 10,000 steps. This shopping center is 4 floors. A huge food court. Lots of parking. If you can’t find what you are looking for then you probably don’t need it. I felt safe walking around.

Great mall with an entrance from the Metro. Has three floors of shopping, good food court, clean, good security now. We visited the Nordstrom and it was extremely posh, with items displayed spread out like at Anthropologie. We bought my daughter’s interview suit at Macy’s and they had lots of choices in her size, petite, hard to find. Lots of visitors on the summer day we visited (June 17, 2019). Not as large as Tyson’s Corner but sometimes we want smaller scale.

Thos place is a wonderful well kept secret. They are just getting the ice skating rink set up. Beautiful place to sit and drink a morning cup of coffee with a little tasty breakfast cake. This mall is incredible and has so many good stores inside. A little crowded but it's a very large place with superb shopping. Almost all of these stores also honor military discounts which they happily apply. Would recommend if you're visiting the area.

If anything this is Certainly a very Tall mall. as well as conveniently located with it being right on the metro… it just doesn’t have a whole lot to do. I mean it’s certainly spacious but aside from the Game Stop, Lego store, a Random Gachapon machine on the top floor and some of the food, there’s really not a whole lot of things of note there unless you like clothes shopping or need to get the latest Apple Store tech. The place could really Use a Hot Topic, a Box Lunch or a Spencer’s Gifts… and maybe to clean up some of the more run down looking spots. But other than that it’s an alright place to go to just wander around. Word Of warning however, this place is frequently SWARMED with teens on field trips. I don’t know why but so many times I’ve come here and seen it actually packed with kids wearing matching Tee shirts and or DC Hoodies, and As my Girlfriend says, “you never see locals wearing DC Hoodies. only tourists wear them”

A good and large mall...they only have 1 restroom center on lower floor...they should have more on the levels..everything else is good..the good restaurants are on the outside..inside you only have the food court collection of fastfood outlets. If you do not know better you won't know to go the outside restaurant...

I would recommend New York New York, the store manager, is the best for helping you find the right dress for your event as your special lady. Great mall plus the metro train station is underneath. If you take the floors all the way down you’ll find it. They have lots of stores to shop and eat. Including Macys, Coach, Lush, Legos. The food court has variety and all of the food is on the first floor. It’s absolutely gorgeous and very clean. 24 hour parking for less than $20. Or $4- an hour. It does get busy at times.

Shockingly this is packed mall full of stores in 2022. Amazing food , blend of chains and locally owned shops , 4 stories of shops. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. I haven’t seen a mall this busy since the late 90’s.

My 2nd Excellent experience was on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and today was my best day ever do you know why because of Manager Robert Greene along with his Assitant Dio. The store again was very clean and organized The other store sales reps were friendly and helpful as well. Today the manager Robert Greene again treated me with the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Today manager Robert Greene gave me options as a first responder he offered me this amazing offer with First Net for first responders it includes getting a free Apple IWatch As part of this new program that they offer here at the AT&T store. Let me describe to you my experience. My experience was a very short wait time with the upmost highest quality professionalism treatment that I have ever received in my entire life dealing with telephone companies. I’ve had many bad experiences with T-Mobile and Sprint I’ve never been treated with the upmost respect. Manager Robert Greene knows exactly how to communicate and deal with people of all types of attitudes. I observed manager Robert Greene multitask while still helping me and in a timely manner. This is a big mall with multiple levels, and a fun place to do some shopping. There is a specialized toy store for kids, a Lego store, a Nordstrom, and a Macy’s. My favorite stores here are Apple, Armani Exchange, Super Dry, Express, Hugo Boss, Coach, Aldo, GameStop, J.Crew, Zara, Levi’s, and Sunglass Hut. The food court on the first level has a lot of dining options and there is a VR arcade there too if you want to play video game with the latest technology.

I parked in the garage and for the 3rd time the machine would not read my credit cards, although using them at the cashier works each time -- I informed the cashier and she very rudely told me to just 'use your alternatives for leaving' so I replied that I think there's an issue because it's the 3rd time I haven't been able to prepay, my preferred option, and she condescendingly told me "I heard you the first time, you use your alternatives, if I get 10 complaints, then I'll tell manager." I decided to park next door where it's cheaper, easier to park, and no one yells at me when I'm trying to pay for parking.

I went back in April for my birthday to go to the mall which was great but got Chipotle after and wasn't feeling good that put way too much sour cream and didn't leave any for the rest of the people ran out of a lot of food for no reason after that I stopped each chipotle. A tad bit smaller than expected but still a very nice variety of shops across the board; both Nordstrom and Macy's are mainstays alongside a slew of other clothing shops as well as a few gift shops ranging from Lush to LEGO to sauce and spice shops. Food court has excellent collection of different types of food with plenty of light.

I really like this mall, y'all. The variety of stores is really great and the sheer amount of food options on the lowest level is really great. This time of year (December) it's pretty busy, so be ready to be patient with folks as you navigate the mall. As a final note - the accessibility is pretty great! The elevators are in one spot, but it's central to all the shops and there's no place in the mall that only uses stairs.

I went there last month just to look around. Nice place, convenient to get to. There is a pop up in the food court that sells baseball hats from all the major teams. I bought one from the Washington Nationals for about $38. I took it home and compared it to the one I bought from Models last year for half the price. It was then I realized the hat I bought at Pentagon City was thoroughly a fake. I also went online and compared them. The management at these malls need to crack down on people selling fake items...and of course they don't give refunds.

What a huge, incredible, varied, and fun mall located and built right in the middle of an area as dense as Pentagon City! It is an amazing mall in and of itself but to be located in a place as crowded as the area it is is incredible. It has a direct metro connection and an underground tunnel across the big road to the east. From the outside it may just look like another office or apartment building but once you enter the grandeur of looking at its many floors all at once in its open atrium quickly dispels that notion. It has a pretty good food court with a lot of stores, many in small stand form to accommodate the number of places. Lots of food court seating. The stores are generally interesting with a wide variance and lots of little food and shop stands throughout the complex. Overall it's really a wonder to behold and easily one of the best malls in the DC-area.

Right on the Metro line so no need to drive in and try to find parking. If you do drive there is plenty parking for a small price and a decent amount of parking for free but not as close unless you do find parking in the free parking garage.

Eatery looked deserted, since the pandemic, but if you're going to have a few fast food options, chicken, steak and cheese subs and pizza is a good variety! Stores are reopening, but parking should be free until there are more options. Parking machine wouldn't process credit card payment and luckily another shopper paid my way with cash or I would still be there now!

Firstly, parking is atrocious. Expect lines of cars and trucks finding a spot if you are going to Costco. Another option (perhaps for after the pandemic) is to take the metro... It drops you off right outside the entrance to the mall. The selection of stores in the mall is pretty decent, however, which makes the parking hassle worth it. The stores themselves are not the biggest, and therefore don't have the best selection of merchandise. Nonetheless, this is the closest mall nearby. Check it out.

This is a great mall to visit. The food court is quite good and diverse with comfy seating, screens to watch and an impeccable.view to the glass ceiling. The mall's overall architecture is quite nice, as well. S o.k me of the stores are your typical mall stores but, others are not. Definitely worth the visit!

I think this is a pretty good mall with a large choice of stores and brands to shop at. It's fairly clean and doesn't get too crowded. My only issue is that the escalators are at one side of the mall meaning that going to the store above or below you can result in walking all the way to the other end of the mall and back. Not a big issue however, and the new massive Zara there is great.

The most beautiful Mall ever! What was really great is we stayed in the hotel which has direct access to the Mall. There is everything you need especially small souvenir stores or stalls at almost every other area. I love shopping here and we also enjoyed their food court which provides a large variety of foods to choose from.

I went here about a month ago with my school, and this mall is beautiful! It is gigantic, with numerous floors in a circle for easy travel around the mall. The food court also has many options. Some of the mall also has a glass roof, which provides fantastic natural lighting. Ultimately, I would very much recommend this place to anyone who likes shopping malls.

Kind of odd to see that malls would charge you for parking the way they did. I've been to many many major cities & bigger high end malls than this one & never came across parking fees. The stores were kind of dead & there were many beggars trying to hassle you for spare change/money all having the same story that they ran out of gas & need to get home so don't ask for small change they go right for the $10-$20 shot. The store employees at about 1 dozen stores I stopped by had kind of piss poor attitudes as it was obvious they did not want to be there.

This mall is full of hustle and bustle. Its open airway through its numerous floors is both exciting and a little intimidating. There are so many stores! If you shop long, you will not possibly make it to all of the stores you want. There is such a wonderful range of stores. Lots of high end stores and those not as pricey. You can find most of the typical places of interest. Parking can be tricky... street parking fills quickly. But a great place to see and buy it all.

I lived next to the mall a few years ago and while I totally dislike the buses parking in the front, the mall overall is great. They have a small food court with about a dozen different fast food chains and two sit-down restaurants within. It had the normal shops your expect since it's a fashion mall, including a GameStop and Lego store for some reason. The parking isn't the best but I would walk it like twice a week so I am very familiar with it

This place is right off the Ritz-Carlton at Pentagon City and is beautiful. They have a quite impressive index of stores. However the stores carry very standard merchandise. For example the G-star store carries very basic jeans and tops. None of the fur or urban wear you can find online. The food court isn’t great either but the atmosphere is!

In fact, having A METRO STOP IN THE MALL (okay, a metro station entrance/exit) is awesome! And, parking validation from some stores? YES! And, available parking spaces (if you're willing to go to the upper level) without too terrible a search. And, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby! Plus, it's elegant (visually), and fancy (store AND selection-wise). It's just a cool place to hang - sorry mall haters.

Excellent selection of shops and the touchscreen shop finders are slick. It’s right on the metro 🚇 OR you can get free parking if you park by Costco and then get your ticket comped - otherwise it’ll start at $3 for the attached garage. I highly recommend going before the work rush on weekdays or on weekends. I saw some other reviews complaining about tour groups and while there are a bunch of them they’ve never interfered w my shopping - if you are looking to get food here I can see how that would be a pain, however there are several great places to eat <5 min walk from here.

Difficult to get into and difficult to get out of, I visit mostly because it is close. I don't enjoy paying for parking especially when I go and don't buy anything. It does have current stores and the upgrades to the elevator were decades overdue. The glass ceiling is still a fun experience and keeps the space fresh with natural sunlight. I would love the first two hours free for parking, but I understand commuters use it for convenient metro parking.

Amazing, this mall is bigger than most malls in its area. Although it doesn’t have name brand stores it overall is a great mall. This place has an Apple Store, Microsoft Store, Lego Store and all of the above. I come to this mall once a week and never have gotten bored.

This place always has what you’re looking for. Perfect for holiday shopping, just make sure you lock your car, and watch your surroundings. When it’s time to go, get in the car and leave right away. There have been reports that some shoppers have been robbed at gun point recently while playing with their phone, or just sitting in the car. Just be very careful.

I find it a little annoying that there's only one set of escalators for this giant 4 story mall, but other than that it's clean, bright and has most of the stores you would need on any given day. I use to go here A LOT. Like, maybe once a week. It had books stores and a great movie theater. And the food court was nice too - big with a lot of choices. Slowly the book stores disappeared - one by one. So I figured, fine, but at least it still have the movie theater. So at least I could still go there is I wanted to see a movie. Then THAT left and all they had was fashion stores and the food court. The food court is still good and if you are looking for a special gift for that special somebody then, yes, you may want to try here first. Also right on the metro. But outside of that it is crowded with tourists, most of the shops just are not my thing, and I have no reason to go.

Fashion Center at Pentagon City Mall is fabulous! The mall itself is massive with an array of high end and your every day brand stores. The food court has a variety of restaurants as well as a Starbucks. There is a charge for parking. I paid $3 for 0-2 hours of shopping. Clean and modern shopping mall with a large selection of retail stores, food court with many great dining options, a couple of restaurants attached, and snack shops throughout. A large pay parking garage is attached for convenient parking, and there is also a tunnel to connect to the metro. During the day you will find many kids on school trips crowding the food court. Only complaint is some of the sellers of goods at the pop-up stands that constantly try to bait you into buying their goods as you walk by. Easy enough to say "No thank you," but gets annoying if you go there often.

It's a mall like any other. Most storefronts are filled, multiple Auntie Anne's pretzels, a few broken escalators, large groups of teenagers, all the things you would expect. It is only anchored by two department stores, so not great if that is what you are after (better if you are interested in normal mall clothing stores)

Plenty of stores and huge dining area. Parking is as expected for a city mall. Rates are decent about a dollar an hour. Only quorum is with the escalator/elevator. During peak times, navigating between floors can be frustrating. Great mall over all

One of my favorite malls, because you meet so many people coming in and through! It's next to the airport. If you have a long layover come shop or walk the mall! Ever live in a city where you can feel like a tourist??!? This is the city for you! Most diverse area in all of Northern VA! :D Mall is huge and spacious. Need better food court options. Escalator to the food court is super slow and tight!

This shopping mall is super convenient, it is connected to the metro station. I was impressed with the selection of stores and food places. It was a bit disappointing though that not everything was open on Easter Sunday. I understand why but just wish this information was communicated online.

It’s a mall. It’s probably better than most malls. I park there for work on occasion and the rate is alright. There’s an Apple store and a Chipotle. The sum of all of this mall’s mediocrity makes it pretty good. Definitely memorable for me. There’s that time I bought a Swatch at the Swatch store. Then there was that time I ate a pretzel dog on my way from the Metro to the ice rink outside. Good times.

Awesome place for all your fashion needs. The prices can be high but are well worth it. Parking can be difficult. Best to come after 6pm on weekends or weekends when street parking is free. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, just like at any mall...

Loved this mall and super easy access from the metro. Lots of food and shop options and easy access. Wish their escalators were working from metro level, but they do have a small elevator. I'll definitely be back when in the area.

This mall has a lot of different stores and has great variety. The one downside to this mall is that you have to pay for parking unlike other malls in the area. The parking lot also services the other shops outside of the mall as well. However it’s got a simple layout and is easy to navigate. It’s also got a large food court! It can be pretty crowded in the evenings and weekends. There are also great restaurants outside the mall

this mall has so many amazing choices for shopping. They also have a good selection of food options, as well. the drivers around this mall are absolutely jerks, so be prepared to be honked at as you're walking into your Uber. that's DC for you though, I suppose.

Crazy busy and full of children's tours. It was difficult to move around or even enjoy a shipping experience. Wet left pretty quickly. It is good that it is connected to the metro so we could get out of there and it wasn't a dom waste of off the way.

In the food court, there are a lot of options to eat. Overall good food. Can be extremely packed so I recommend one person finding a table while the others order. When buying from the vendors around the tables, check prices and quality. My friend bought a $40 sweatshirt and it immediately ripped.

Huge mall with very average stores. It's often very overcrowded with bus loads of tourists. It's also really hard to navigate - there is one elevator/escalator in the center of the mall, and another escalator at one end, but it's not the easiest place to get around, especially if you have a child in a stroller, or need wheelchair access. It does have decent restaurants attached or nearby, and a large food court. There is access to the Metro from the ground level. You have to pay for parking (although some stores will validate your parking)

This place buzzes with shoppers from all DVM metro area. Just off the Pentagon City Metro station, this mall is a great attraction for families and shoppoholics of all sorts, especially with it being very close to DC Metro area. Love it and recommend it to anyone who loves shopping 🛒

This place is huge. Be prepared to spend an entire day browsing what seems like 100 stores. The Macy's is three stories tall. There are over four levels of shopping with all the name brand stores. The lowest level is almost entirely a food court. Did I mention that it's connected to a Ritz Carlton. I'm done. Go there. Parking may have a price depending on when you go. Be prepared.

Parking is very reasonably priced. Altar'd State is the best store in this mall hands down! The entire mall was clean with hand sanitizer stations throughout. Still prefer Arundel Mills but Altar'd State will keep me coming back to Pentagon.

All around great mall, four stories, great shops, a little crowded but that can be expected. The only problem was that 90% of the stores were closed when we were there at 8 pm on a Wednesday. Although that was due to a nor'easter snowstorm, they at least could have put a sign up of the door saying that they were closed for the storm... Other than that, highly recommend!

An excellent mall in the Pentagon neighborhood. It has all the major brands and also has a giant Macy and Nordstorm outlets. Also the food court has a variety of options. This is the only major mall in my locality and it does not disappoint. We are very glad to have it.

Awesome! I love the stores there's so many to choose from especially clothing stores. The food court is definitely the place to go after exhausting yourselve with all the shopping help yourself with a hearty meal. They have all your favorites from Chinese, Panda Express to Chipotle. You name it. Starbucks if you need an extra boost of caffeine. Highly recommended for your shopping and good meals.

Very clean and busy mall. I enjoyed walking around. However, using the elevator - only two are in the main mall outside of the department stores - with a stroller was very annoying as families without strollers or apparent disabilities crammed into the elevator with me and didn't think to move out of the way to let out me and the other passengers; very selfish and frustrating. I don't know if anything can be done about that, but it's the reason I only gave 4 stars. Families, if you're traveling with babies or toddlers, consider strapping them onto you and not using a stroller so you can take the escalators instead of the crammed elevators. Or walk down to one of the department stores to use those elevators.

4/27/2021 Went to Pentagon City today and treated myself to a Chicken Bowl at Chipotle. Some food establishments had no one in line while Chipotle had the most people consistently in line. Some vendors looked so sad. I did not see one person with a Macy's Bag, so I take that they are closed!. I could be wrong. There was no problem finding a seat to eat. The Cleaning crew is on their job when it comes to cleaning. Seeing this just took the thrill out of shopping and window shopping. So good luck shoppung here!

First time going there. The staff at all the stores we went to were very helpful. It was easy to find but I mixed up this mall and the plaza next to it so I parked in the wrong garage and couldn't get my parking validated. A minor inconvenience I caused myself. (They only validate the green parking tickets so if you get a white one your at the wrong garage) ☺️

It was an alright mall 5 stars since its as good as can be for where it is and what.it wants to be. For us local it serves as a hub for picking up things same day and getting in-store support for electronics, as well as gift shopping. For out-of-towners it serves as a gift shopping spot and a place to get stuff while you stay in the area. Check the directory and be mindful of the mostly 9:30ish closing hours as different stores may close earlier or later depending on staff and such. One stop shop for tourists and mid range fashion fanatics.

It was a fun and exploratory experience. I was really impressed with exceptional level of customer service provided by the Leggo store associates. I was disappointed to see that the mall removed it's only dine in restuarant/lounge, where the public is allowed to access. The only one they have now is The Frye, which is located in the Ritz Carlton, with strict controlled access. The only patrons, who are allowed to dine at this establishment are guests staying at the Ritz. It's a mild form of false advertising. The Frye shows up on the mall map display, as if anyone can visit.

It has all the trendy needs of any hipster. However, don't expect a real shoppers experience. The size defeats the fun. Being able to see the store you just purchased from takes away from the mystique of the American mall. You want to feel as if though you can get lost and need the help of your fellow mall-goers. Overall, great selections of clothing stores, tech stores(except the Apple store, they're being renovated), and various other stores that offer things from cigars to just tea and only tea.

My favorite food court but only get three stars because the food court area is not well maintained. The janitors are working hard and I see them all the time. I guess they place is understaffed given the number of guests. This results in so many bugs in the dining area. Not nice :/

It's a good mall with a variety to choose from. They've added some new restaurants too. I only have two problems with it: the fact that tour groups gather here often and are generally unpleasant and the price for parking. This is one of the closest parking garages to D.C. but it's not cheap to park here.

A huge mall. Has almost every store you'd need. It has a parking garage and has its own metro stop. This is also a pretty cool area to hang out. There are a lot of out side department stores and restaurants. The parking prices aren't too bad either. I'd say reasonable pricing for parking.

Fairly big mall with lots of options. Has anchor stores such as macys, my main hangout and many smaller stores such as Microsoft and AT&T. Enjoy the shirt and nice clothes stores for professionals as well as the gift shop. The best part is the train station right inside the mall and quick way to get to it. Also the Ritz hotel is attached and super nice. Bus and taxi service easy to get to and very close restaurants after shopping.

This is an indoor shopping mall with big name department stores in addition to many smaller know shops. Paid covered parking lot. But, Macy's will validate parking tix with purchase of any amount. Elevators available for all including handicapped.

Accessible via Subway. Has always had a nice mix of stores. Nordstrom and Macy's are the anchor stores. The removal of the movie theater years ago improved the quality of the mall. Only downside is that it's seems to be a stop for school groups. Be prepared for a swarm of middle school kids at any given moment in the food court.

We were visiting DC for an event at Arlington and drove into this area to eat at the mall. There were several stores and the Fashion Centre was one the guests we were with went in to. The location was easy to find and the store appeared very clean with organized stock on the shelves.

This mall was rather interesting for me. I come from a city where you have to choose between two malls: a dumpy one in the bad part of town who's existence is hanging by a thread, or a very upscale one where everything is priced to meet the people who live in the nice part of town. As someone who is sandwiched between those two malls, it was different to see one that catered to everyone. The food court was miles better than any mall food court I've ever seen.

This place is undergoing major renovations right now, so pardon their dust and a few obstructed walkways. The mall has everything you need in one place, and the updated cafe court has comfortable seating and new eateries. The bathrooms should be avoided at all costs. Always dirty and unkempt, but will hopefully be updated in the renovation.

So many shops/stores to choose from! Easy access from main highways. Wish there were more "pay" kiosks near the entrances from the parking lot. We had to go back from the metro entrance to find the one on the 3rd level to pay. Looked on the locator but it didn't show where they were, so the security man told us where to find one. But it was a good day...many granddaughter had a great time keeping the shops green! :-)!

bright, expansive, and open. i still prefer Tysons Corner over it though. the stores and atmosphere are fine and some of the food court options (Yong Kang St) are really great and worth visiting the mall just for them. maintenance is usually very nice and everything is clean, so that's good. my biggest problem, however, are the freaking escalators. it seems like everytime i come, at least one escalator in a different location is down for maintenance. also, because the designers wanted such an "open" design, the way the escalators are layed out sucks. you'll see what i mean if you go here.

I visit here a couple times a year since the mall is virtually fully occupied. Very alive with various shops, people, and a handful of food court choices. Great stop for trying to pick out a Christmas, Birthday, or Valentine's gift when randomly trying to find something. The downfall is since it is so busy, I never dine at the food court. I will just step over to Pentagon Row and find a restaurant rather than battle long lines and slim pickings for seating choices. Direct access to metro is a bonus for me! The other downfall is actually having to pay to park and shop. This never made sense to me. Get ready to hand over a fee to visit any avenue you choose to arrive. Free parking is hidden, limited and a challenge.

If you are doing a quick shopping trip for something, it works. This is not a mall to hang out at. For a higher class experience, take the extra time to go to Tysons Corner.

Plenty of shopping options. It is always crowded though. I have taken dozens of trips at different times of the day and it has always been crowded. You can get everything done in one trip here though. There are many dining and entertainment options as well. This is not an outlet mall.

Many high-end stores in a large mall, with prices to match. Best parking is in the garage, which isn't always free. You can get your parking validated at various stores, such as Macy's, but they must see you purchased something first. The validation will give you 3 free hours of parking. Rent-a-cops patrol the garage. Metro access is available on the bottom floor of the mall.

It has everything in a contained open space for people working in confined building office spaces, needing a change of scenery outside of the water cooler and or needing to meet, chat and lunch with non co-workers. There are brand name trendy stores and coffee vendors as well as an international food court. In winter it's a little drafty and; bird lovers will love the little wren like birds that pass through gleaning and naturally cleaning up the crumbs, one subconsciously, leaves behind. Do consciously green!
