They have a lot of stuff, like other reviews state, it is challenging to get assistance. There is staff, but not enough staff for the volume of people. Also, it can be hard to negotiate the store. Usually, there is someone at the front helping to direct people when they first enter, but after that you are on your own. If you need shoes, do not shop for them just days before the season starts unless you are prepared to be waiting a while for service. The store is very clean and you can easily leave with all the items on your list!

I came just to get a feel for bikes and was given a lot more helpful information than expected! Even though they didnt have inventory when I went in, I was given a bunch of options to consider in the meantime while waiting for a new shipment. I would return especially since they offer assembly of bike purchases.

Someone has been reading comments, bc the service here was phenomenal. Attentive, helpful, not oppressive, plenty of options on shelves and willing staff to help find what we can't see. Readily arranged pickup and nearby store. I think this was really good--not.just that it seems better after chronic, anemic service over time.

This is a very consistent location. Clean, well-stocked and friendly. Check can be hit or miss. Sometimes there is one person at a register. Sometimes there's five. You never know. Overall, a solid place to shop.

This shopping center has one of the least pedestrian friendly layouts I've ever experienced. It has 5 distinct buildings, separated by tons of parking and roadways. Not only distance, but to get between the lower and upper buildings, you must walk in a public street and pass an apartment building. This place feels like it was designed to force people to use cars to visit different stores. There are quite a few retailers and restaurants here. But if you plan to visit multiple stores, expect to use your car.

The busstop in front of these stores are safe.Their parking lot is spacious and safe and we'll lit 24hrs.Safe Shopping is priority these times.The products sell their self at Dicks.They are young and attempting knowledgeable sales experience so supportive patronizing is appreciated.

Though the Crossroads Center is open to customers, it's currently undergoing massive remodeling and renovation. This is going to be an ultra-modern center. I love the selection of shops at this center.

You can’t go wrong with Ross and Old Navy. They also have a sweet frog here but Safeway has moved and there is now a big giant open abandoned place beside Staples. We NEED a grocery store. There is an Aldi across the street but it isn’t the same. Please and thanks!

Love this mall because it's so close and has great stores, including Safeway, Staples, Bed, Bath and Beyond, and places to eat like Sweet Frog, Ruby Tuesday and Paisano's Pizza. Across Leesburg Pike, there's Petco, Trader Joe's and Panera. What's not to like??

It's a nice shopping center that provides a variety of stores. You can go get some arts and crafts goodies at A.C. Moore, get some new pillows at Bed Bath & Beyond, then go grab some groceries at Safeway.

I get my hair cut at Ulta. There's a girl there who's the only stylist I've been to in this area who doesn't screw up my (very simple, really) cut. I think her name is Ashley but don't quote me on it, I know her more by face. She. I next see her I'll be certain to get her name. I like that it's within walking distance for me, and in addition to the Ulta (I'm a makeup fiend too) there is the art supply store and the outlet stores. Along the back side of the Ulta building is a row of mostly ethnic restaurants and grocers. I love to go in there, I never fail to find something cool and new, and there is sooooo much good food. Edit: recently had Tiffany cut my hair. She did a fantastic job.

A dilapidated plaza of a now defunct mall with just a skeletal vestige of its mediocre welf, now an eyesore smattering of forgetable retailers with the exception of Dick's outdoors sporting goods. Located at a busy prime intersection of the Pike and Lil River, it's curious that the place never undergoes any modern development, maybe a genuine strip mall or new apartment to replace those dreaded 1950s- era beige condo high-risers.
