Upscale shopping plaza with almost all luxurious brands of clothing, bags, perfume and lifestyle accessories. Each shop has its unique ambience, a must explore area while shopping. There are restaurants, coffee shops and quick bites for your appetite. Parking is on street or paid parking garages. Tip- in case you shopaholic, stay in Hyatt Grand which is just on the opposite side of the street.

We went here primarily for the Christmas events and was great. The tree and lights were really good. The ice maze was really neat to walk through. Had a long line, but moved dencently and got through the line and maze in an hour.

Beautiful high end boutiques . You can find all the clothing brands high end jewellery and much more .You also can find some beautiful fine dine places around the alley. In the middle there is small splash pad / fountains . Kids were enjoying playing with water . There are some sitting areas as well to take some rest while shopping.

We stumbled upon here actually...lol... we got parking below and the elevator took us up to this beautiful place.... from here your adventures can start in any direction. They decorated the walkways so look up and capture it, plus top notch shopping around.

So it is a small shopping alleyway if you will of high end stores, boutiques, and eats. It is super relaxing to stroll by, grab a coffee, shop or take a picture! Apparently DC updates the hanging decor by season which to me is so cool and vibrant. It makes this place a little more special. When we went, it had these sunset color tassels blowing in the wind. I thought it was going to be more crowded than what we anticipated so if you go morning, you can almost have the entire place to yourself.

A great place to walk around but there's not much to buy. Armed security is around so I suppose that may add a little extra peace of mind or tension depending on how you see it. The gelato place is pretty nice but likely everything here, possibly overpriced

If you are looking for truly luxury retail therapy City Center DC is the place to be. These open air shopping blocks consist of mixed use buildings with shopping and dining brands on street level. Stores such as Gucci, Joe Malone London, Tiffany & Co, Bulgari, etc are located here. On street and deck parking are available for a fee.

I love to shop and eat! DC City Center satisfies both needs!! Fig and Olive is a favorite for lunch. Sofia is the manager and service is her motto! There’s also Centrolina with head Chef Brandwein. Her seasonal selections are delicious and always have me on repeat for few lunches. Right now, the chicken paillard is in my rotation. Expertly pounded and topped with a huge salad, add a glass of grillo and I could move in. There are tons of stores for buying or just window shopping. Beware that some stores have lines so be prepared to wait. There is parking underneath. Be sure to take your ticket because most places validate so the first couple of hours are free. There’s also valet parking. City Center feels like a city within the city. With all the stores a girl could dream of, it’s a little magical. I’m just blocks away when I’m in my base office, so I can walk. They spend a lot of time creating a nice vibe between the stores. It’s worth a visit, it is a unique area of the city.

D.C. is surprisingly clean! We enjoyed the tree lighting and the live music. Although it was packed with people we still had a good time and could see all the festivities. The tree is absolutely beautiful! If I am in town around this time next year I'll go back for 2022 tree lighting.

Loved it. Coming to see the ice sculpture maze every year is now a tradition. And while I am in town, I also enjoy walking around taking in the urban vibe. Ps, parking is not great M-F unless you find a two hour spot in the neighborhood and then walk to the destination. Otherwise, parking will cost you $10+

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas ;-) I wanted to see the tree and all the trimmings - what better way to do so than while shopping!!!! City Center is packed with luxury boutiques : gucci, chanel, tesla, hermes, burberry, louis vuitton, and tiffany. Dining options include Del Frisco's, Fig & Olive, Dolce Pizza, and Milk Bar. I enjoyed myself and the decorations were lovely. I just wished I had made it for the lighting festivities.

Wish there were more lights but it’s pretty nonetheless! Weather was unexpectedly warm so it was nice to walk around outside and visit the many stores. No mask required in any stores I visited or I wouldn’t of gone in. But where do all these people get the idea of masking outside? Never ha there been any guidance on wearing a mask in the fresh open air lol these people look ridiculous walking around the city outside in a mask, but hey.

This place was a beautiful experience until we were borderline harassed by a very eager mall guard that was trying to go above and beyond her call of duty (that's a whole other story and I'm trying to keep it positive). We came on a Sunday, and it was still quite busy but that didn't stop us! Anyway the entire area is well kept, clean, colorful and vibrant. High end stores and restaurants. Oh, and a magnet for photography! 😁 Pulled camera out and went to town!! There was music and bubbles that played every 30 minutes or so, people were dancing kids playing in the water sprinkles. It was the best! I do recommend they put up signs that state: NO PHOTOGRAPHY/NO EXTERNAL FLASH/NO NOTHING instead of picking and choosing who they want to harass!

They have done a spectacular job at making this part of the city beautiful and super clean. There are people everywhere cleaning or patroling the area to make it safe. One of the cleanest cities we have ever been to! Lots of places to eat and shop.

It’s a sophisticated high-end shopping centre with upscale restaurants and luxury hotels too. I particularly love the Christmas installation and the absolutely beautiful installations on Palmer Alley each Season. It’s a lovely tourist attraction especially if you love to walk, take photos and window shop. I highly Recommend!

City center has some of the best archetectual gems in DC. It's the Rodeo drive of DC. All of the posh shops are there. GUCCI, DIOR,HUGO BOSS BULGARI It's a nice place to meander through if you are urban exploring. It's smack dab in the center of DC.

This is a relatively new section of downtown DC. It offers a respite from the crowds as it is tucked between 9th and 10th Sts.in an "alley" but that is definitely not what CityCentreDC is. It is a wonderful 3 blocks of up-to-date shops and restaurants with fountains and places to sit and watch passersby. Love the Italian restaurant and market Centrolina which is helped by a James Beard award-winning chef. Delicious food and modern styling. One thing to know is that shops and restaurants are upscale so more costly.

Fig and Olive Restaurant at the DC City Centre. It’s five star all the way. The waiters’ attentiveness, the perfect salad, the great wine selection, plus just watching high end shoppers dash in and out of luxury stores is just amazing.

The bar has been raised in this enclave of DC. Momofuku, Carolina Herrera, Loro Piana and Gucci among other lux boutiques. It's amazing to see what this has become. The alleyways between the stores really transport you to old streets in Europe. Nice place to take walks.

It’s like a little bit of Rodeo Drive in the middle DC! It’s so cute and fancy here. Lots of fun shopping and amazing restaurants to try. It’s overall pretty expensive so it’s not a cheap date but definitely a great experience.

The tulip festival was beautiful. I wish the display were a bit larger. Also, I spent 10 minutes getting lost because I didn’t see any tulip signage or arrows. I went to CityCenter DC around the courtyard and shops but couldn’t find tulips and I nearly left. Luckily I found them just outside CityCenter near the fountains. Very family friendly.

Very nice spot in the city. There are lots if small fountains. Lots of marble formations for the water to trickle down. The trees are full if lights. The giant christmas tree is being decorated. Its a very cute romantic spot. Stopping by here, we noticed there was a Tiffanys right by. It made for a very romantic evening.

CityCenter with the 2021 version of their Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony after the last year of Covid19 closures. NBC'S Eun Yang was back as this year's emcee. It drew large crowds, in an area of the city known for its upscale retail shops and restaurants.

Back in the day, CityCenterDC was a massive astroturf parking lot where you'd pick up the MegaBus or BoltBus to New York City. Fast forward a few years, it's now the shining gem of DC attracting tourists and convention goers. For locals, it's a beautiful show as you walk by to dinner in Chinatown. The center itself has many three star restaurants and shows too expensive for the average person. One plus for all is they decorate it for each season providing DC's Instagrammers with a feast to photograph! If you must grab a bite, keep it simple and opt for the black sesame gelato at Dolcezza.

Lots of fancy shops, great for rich people! Careful of the highly coveted slate tiles on the ground that were shipped from Italy and are closely guarded. Love when the Fresh Farms market is set up on Tuesdays during warm months. Fruitive has great fresh juices.

If for anything else the walk area with seating is beautiful when the weather is right. We came when they had the rainbow banners and the umbrellas for spring. Gorgeous walk both times and the shops while higher end have great options for both men and women.

The apartments here are wonderful and I love living here. Problems are addressed quickly and staff are lovely. It is right in the heart of the city and has great metro access. Jesse has always been great from starting the lease to managing anything throughout. Tony is amazing at the concierge and always is so freindly and responsive in assisting me.

Affordable and easily accessable parking a short walk from the convention center and other nearby attractions. The parking facility is well maintained and the area is beautiful. The shops are upscale, so if you're looking for brand name shopping without visiting a mall this is a good place.

City Center is expensive but worth it. My favorite store has to be Tesla. I love the look of the cars through the glass and it even looks better on the inside. The residents and security guards are so friendly. If only I had the money to live around there. It is very worth it.

Had an amazing time here, very cute and chic. A nice place to have dinner, shop or even just sit outside. I went to Del Frisco's steak house and had an amazing dinner and then sat next to the fountain afterwards, all in all a remarkable evening!

We parked here for a hockey game and the lot isn't very far from the area which was nice. It wasn't very crowded and was easy to exit after the game. Please note that the sign says 10 dollar parking for events but read the fine print. If you park more than an hour before the event it will be $22.

Beautiful retail space and restaurants. Hate the lack of hand sanitizers and all the touch surfaces. Tried to get some hand sanitizer at the hand sanitizer station but it remained empty for hours.

Went there on Tuesday and ordered their daily special, chicken and waffles. The chicken was ok a little dry and not enough toppers and sauces were given but it wasn't bad. They have good beer selection and it's one of the better places to go eat before the Caps game.

It is a fun place to hang out and shop for expensive things. The streets have overhead seasonal decorations all around the year. Kids and dog friendly. You can install a VR app that is supposed to show some augmented reality animations but doesn't work on most phones. The large display screens with animated artworks are pretty cool.

Too artificial, no charm. And seriously, the security guard standing in the middle of the walkway makes the place a little bit stressful and creepy. Design is nice. I can walk through, I don’t really stop. I have tried most of the restaurants and the coffeehouse there... nothing remarquable. There’s better, nicer and warmer in town. 3

Beautiful place. I parked in the garage under the center. But I hangout a lot in this area. Really nice places to eat. I love coming here for my coffee breaks. Centrolina, Dolcezza or Milk Bar are excellent choices to make. The water fountain with LED displays are very relaxing. They really turned this place into a beauty

Nice outdoor walking mall in DC. We went to the ice maze in December. The line was long as ever so we just walked up and took pictures. The views are worth visiting and many restaurants to choose from as well.

Pretty area where the main draw are the fountains and seating at the central plaza. Its businesses make for decent window shopping, though each spot will be well beyond the price range of most. Biggest critique are the occasionally over-zealous security, which are omnipresent and *can* be friendly, but come 11pm they eject everyone out.

A very hip and happening place, but only if you have the dough to spend it. If you're like this particular guy, you walk through to enjoy the wonderful sights and lovely architectural displays this place has to offer. Even window shopping is quite acceptably fun. Check it out, as it's only a few blocks from Chinatown

Very impressive shopping center. In the center of the shopping center there is a beautiful fountain that is on the floor it's really cool my kids played in it. The shops are a bit more high-end but there are few restaurants and coffee shops throughout the mall.

Nice area for an evening walk. Some of the shops are open, others are not. The gelato place is a must try! Some high end clothing and accessories shops are in this area. If possible find a way to check out the skyline views from above, magnificent.

If you've never been to D.C., then this is an excellent first time visitor's choice. You can compare this to an inside shopping mall experience on steroids. There shouldn't be an ounce of disappointment left upon departure from this side of the city after visiting the city center of D.C.

I got amazing care as I was trying to get to my car in the parking. I am 7 months pregnant and as soon as I got out of the elevator trying to figure out where my car was parked, 2 very kind gentlemen asked if I was ok. I figured 1 of them was the owner or in top management of the place. He immediately asked for a the parking manager to bring a golf car and take me around to find my car. After walking too long running errands around DC, and with swollen feet, these 3 gentlemen were heaven-sent. I just want to say thank you, thank you. You are amazing!! An incredible oasis packed with cozy and upscale restaurants. There open outdoor seating areas are open to the public and they serve as a perfect place to eat if you grab a meal to go from any of the local eateries or retail shops. You can also shop a variety of luxury brands located along the walk. Those driving into the area will be happy to discover ample fair prices parking available under the main buildings. The entire CenterCity open air atrium is a few blocks long and I believe they offer something for everyone.

About CityCenter as a retail/dining/entertainment venue: well, to put it mildly, it's expensive. Definitely too expensive for me to shop or eat there. BUT I've hung around the place enough to also see how much effort they put into little events designed to draw in a wider crowd-- like the weekend farmers market, weekly (I think Friday evenings?) outdoor yoga group, kid-oriented Christmas concert/party thing.... so I give 'em credit for that. And the central sort-of courtyard area is very nice and kids definitely love looking at the huge digital art display thing and the fountain feature. So if you really need a coffee break but you've got a kid on your hands-- it might be worth it to let them explore a little in the courtyard area while you take a load off for a second. It's a pleasant, sun-shaded, car-free little space with benches, tables, and chairs. About CityCenter as an apartment/condo building: If you can afford it-- do it. Go for it. It's worth it. Of course, whether you can afford it is a HUGE 'if'. I will never be able to afford a place like this, the only reason I've spent any time here at all is because I have some friends who can. But yeah-- the staff here are ridiculously kind and pleasant. The common space areas like the roof terraces, gym, conference room, and sort-of communal living room are all really nice. There is a real community within the building to engage in if you want that sort of thing.

Gorgeous outdoor shopping mall! This is definitely a more upscale set of shops (Tiffany's, Kate Spade, Caudalie, etc.). There are a few different restaurants here too like DBGB and some more casual spots like Milk Bar (attached to Momofuku). The display changes every few months but I especially love it during the holidays when it's all lit up. There are tables and chairs by a fountain and when it's a nice night I really like sitting outside.

Always on point with the decor, especially for the winter holiday season (Christmas tree - it’s HUUUUGE). Fancy pants stores but fun to shop if you got that $$$. If you’re like me and seeing things you can’t afford/have (like RN) upsets you, STAY HOME. If not, go here and grab a vegan smoothie at Fruitive before browsing the decor (#photoop) that surrounds the Center, and popping in the shops. Obviously there are a lot of designer clothing shops, but a personal favorite (and “so DC”) is The Great Republic - lots of historical documents and statues and “rustic Americano” goodies. Also, if you’re a vegan and want a more sit down dinner, go to Fig and Olive. Their staff is more than accommodating and the food is amazing!!
