This is a newer addition to a cluster of shopping centers and it's a lot more shopper-friendly. There are side walks and bicycle racks in between the stores, unlike the other sections. This is nice for shoppers that want to ride a bike or drive and park once and then be able to stroll from shop to shop without having to walk into traffic.

This is an amazing shopping center especially for a variety of food. I usually come here to order food. There is alot of parking space which will never run out and it is a safe area as well. This area is very clean also and business is thriving!! Definitely a spot for famoly/friends to hang out and enjoy.

My stay at Hyatt Was nice. Was really disappointed I didn't get a tub. That's why I wanted the room for my bday in the first place. And smoking in the rain was not fun either.

Everything you need is all right here in one shopping center. The only downside is that the parking layout is bizarre. It doesn't make any sense; and just like one would expect in an overcrowded and poorly laid out parking lot, the people who travel through the parking lot are equally frustrated and thus begin to behave poorly and make bad decisions. So if you can stomach people behaving poorly, everything you could possibly want is all around a few corners

A surprisingly large selection of shops and restaurants. A strangely laid out parking lot; the designer didn’t really think through some of the blind intersections very well. There should not be non-signed intersections in the middle of rows of parking. We’ve had a lot of near misses when trying to see around large SUV’s parked in the end spots.

I recently had my 4th massage at Hand and Stone. Amber was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable. She would ask me before doing something she hadn't done before (massaging my scalp). She used the right amount of pressure to give my sore muscles and tension knots the attention they needed. Definitely recommend this spa!

If you're looking for "Downtown Chesapeake" this is it. Interesting enough, Towne Place at Greenbrier has been around for several years but the new addition of infrastructure on the Dollar Tree campus is the icing on top of the cake. There's a lot of potential here, and I can easily see Greenbrier mall changing to accommodate the vision. Having said all of that it's still dangerous to cross the street, but that's no different than Town Center Virginia Beach. Hampton Roads is just built out suburban little that can be done but take lanes off of the roads but we need better transportation infrastructure to even think about doing that. But I still enjoy these urban projects it'll be interesting to see what this region looks like years down the line.

Have down the best damn seafood in all of tidewater.. I had the crabcake dinner with fish and Big Ol Fried Shrimp and wife had the seafood Trio .. my God that was some good food, that crabby dip they give you for your fries 🍟 is amazing, the crabcake was absolutely bigger than I expected for one and it was all lump crab 🦀 meat oh my Goodness my mouth is watering just doing the review. The whiting or flounder was fried perfectly the food inside that box was pure Art and tantalized my taste buds, my tongue was dancing in my mouth and my whole brain was upset when the crabby sauce was gone but it lasted thru all my fries and I never eat fries for real when I go anywhere.... But they accomplished something most restaurants don't get from me ... I'll always have fries with my combo out whatever when it comes with it but most times I throw them away, these were seasoned waffle fries.. very yummy... The whole experience was Amazing... I will be a regular there believe that!

The food is always excellent here. It's a salad buffet, so don't expect anything gourmet but this is a really awesome spot for lunch. Especially take out or curbside delivery!

Great little area with different foods options. Taste and Moe's is there as well as a Japanese steakhouse, juice bar, etc. I take my son to pigtails and crew cuts. It's the only place to get your little one's look back on track in my opinion! The parking is adjoined to the Target parking lot with a best Buy, PetSmart, Harris Teeter, Barnes and Nobles and way more. These are just the places I frequent so drive through and check it out yourself!

It's a nice shopping center with upscale places for shopping (Jos. A. Bank), eating (Geisha Japanese), Yoga (Natural Elements) and Spas (Pure Barre). It is a very short walking distance to a large upscale apartment complex as well. You could live in one of those apartments and never have to cook with the amount of eating places near.

The parking here is definetly hectic. With the new renovation for Target and having bed bath and beyond and old navy being so close together it's hard to get a great spot in the front on weekends. So I suggest If you're planning on making a trip to come mid day during the week to save some time.

This is a Great shopping center. Fresh, clean and plenty of parking. There are so many good restaurants here which is nice when shopping or working in Greenbrier. There is a beautiful fountain between Moe’s and Surf Rider’s with live music every Thursday evening throughout the summer.

Some higher end shops and nice walkable area for the nearby condos. Shout out to Natural Elements for their awesome spa treatment. Would recommend the Moe's and Jason's Deli as well. Sometimes there's live music by the fountain.

This place is large and continuing to grow. Lots of stores, restaurants, and housing too. They even have a summer concert series. It seems to definitely be hopping. My visit there today was to Jason's Deli. First time there and I was impressed. Looking forward to returning. Only negative is that traffic within the parking areas is rather congested but then again it was lunch time...

When I'm over here, I'm usually going to Natural Elements Spa...which is AMAZING! They have a massage therapist working there named Virginia and she really takes pride in her work. I love going to that spa. I've also been in this plaza to go to the Cox store, which will give you good service but there is almost always a lengthy weight. I've been to the Surf Rider restaurant a few times, food is always good. It's in close proximity to like three other shopping plazas.

Greenbrier's best kept secret. This area offers a dynamic range of restaurants, clothing stores, a spa, health and fitness options, and more. Plenty of parking which is needed when they host local artists during the summer. Still a growing area and a few open spots as well so if you're interested in starting your own business, you should check it out.

Some great shops in here, I had went to Nutrishop and the staff is wonderful. Great amount of product selection. Helpful and informative staff, not pushing for the sale. Lots of eateries in the vicinity, Alkalicious is a little gem here also.

Went to Jos. A Bank men's clothing. I used to go there regularly 10 years ago. I changed jobs and had plenty of office clothes, so I stopped. I was now looking for a snazzy jacket for dinner with my wife. I have lost a few pounds since my last visit, but they tried to put me in clothes larger than before...i couldn't figure it out. Didn't buy anything. Good quality stuff, but not suited to my needs.

Typical strip mall and brick-and-mortar stores adjacent to other shopping mall plazas. Has an ABC store and a cigar shop among restaurants and stand-alone department stores. Would be five stars except for it can be a little difficult to get out of there due to the design.

There are a lot of shops here and quite a few major retailers as well. For clothing you have Macy's, Dillard's, jc Penney, Ross, among others. You have best buy for tech, you have gaming for gamestop, food places, ice cream places. This is an excellent place where you can find almost anything you want in about 500 or so feet of not thousand feet.
