I highly recommend this place! My children and I often visit when a new movie is released, and the waitstaff have always been excellent. We have never encountered any issues and always enjoy our time here. Plus, Food Lion is a must go place in this center.

I had to buy orthotic shoes and the owner of Montagna shoes is the best. He made sure that the shoes fit properly and were very personal. His son is just as fantastic as his dad. The staff went above and beyond to help all the customers and made sure to listen to each customer. It's nice to be able to shop and not feel pressured into something you don't like. Definitely my new shoe store.

Picked up some nice pieces of ham from Food Lion for a 15 bean extravaganza in the crock pot, with some of their big onions and chunks of garlic. Toss in some salt and a few bits of Carolina Reaper peppers. Boom! It's on!

Went with the family, I had not been there in several years and to my surprise it had been upgraded. I loved the reclining seats with the table trays along with the bathroom improvements. The group was composed of a total of two kids and seven adults. I sat myself across the aisle because my intention was to sleep. However, the movie playing was Raya and the Last Dragon and it was great. The service was was good. I only had part of my daughter's fudge brownie sundae, which was expensive but it was delicious. The others enjoyed soda and popcorn. I look forward to going back.

Was here for affordable dentures and they are great. Wife went in for 700 dollars dentures and came out with 1200 dollars but it was worth it. She got a temporary pair for six months and then she will get a permanent pair. Dr. And nurses were very good. They have early hours to 7 am. Love them

Fast, friendly service. Came highly recommended. Dinner time frame was very busy, mostly called in orders, so my order was ready in about 5 mins. Menu item (Kung Poa Chicken) was tasty 😋. Portion size was generous for the price. Could have used waaay more cayenne pepper flakes as it really wasnt even mildly spicy. For the price, I've had better egg roll, both in size & appearance, but it could just be that particular one, & not a regular occurrence (this was my 1st visit). I would give the experience 3.5 stars if i could. Definitely a 4 or 4.5 if not for lack of spicy heat level & sad egg roll....

This tiny shopping center is very close to where I live and it has a grocery store, so that is convenient. It also have the BEST Chinese food place called King Hua! I've eaten Chinese food in many places on the east coast and this one is seriously the best. Also there is a movie theater which is the original "Cinema Draft House" (Bar, movies, & food), which is now called "Cinema Cafe" and is now franchised. Great place to go see a movie and order lunch or dinner, or just an ice cream soda. They've recently remodeled and the seating is very comfortable. So if you want to see a movie, go eat Chinese or Sushi, or just need to go grocery shopping, it's all right here.

Pembroke Meadows has been a strip shopping area visited sporadically by my family. Lately we have come back with the remodel of Food Lion. However, it has suffered the fate of others and has several vacancies. Located off Independence Blvd in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach this late 60's, early 70's retail area has seen better days and is due for a facelift like others around town are undergoing. The lot has typically been tidy, it just needs new blacktop. The asphalt roofing is worn and missing shingles. Parking is plentiful and has never been an issue. The main anchor is Food Lion and Cafe Cinema. Both of those businesses have renovated. There are several vacancies including a bank. I do frequent Five Guys burgers. I hope the Harvey Lindsay group that manages is recommending a total upgrade of its facade. It's not that large and would be a draw to new tenants.
